All stuff is friendly

Our group of nine had excellent service with airport shuttle available. The hotel was new, had a large swimming pool, and was very close to the beach. It was a rare local hotel that catered well to Chinese tastes. The hotel's fusion cuisine was reasonably priced and tasty, but the breakfast buffet wasn't quite to everyone's liking. The fried noodles, however, were quite good.

Generally, I have good impression. The only problem I experienced were no working AC, however, two fans solved a problem, so I was ok. Breakfast isn’t huge: it’s ok, there is even eggs station, but that’s almost all. Chicken, couple more items and two fruits. Not big, but you won’t be hungry. People are very welcome.

All over the experience was good. The hotel is nearer to the laboni and sugandha beach. So easily anyone can walk and reach the shore within 10 minutes. All the Burmese shop are 5 minute walking distance and affordable than anywhere else. Most of the known restaurants like al goni, handi, palongki ar nearer and we do not have any trouble to find out a place for dining. We got a buffet breakfast for two morning of our stay and there are varieties in menus for two days so it became enjoyable as there is no significant repeatation. But if Desert item and fruit juice were available, it'be topnotch hospitality. The swimming pool is just amazing and we had fun there. At a time I felt I was drowning in the pool don’t know how, the responsible person was running towards me for my scream and made me relaxed. Thanks to them. We got a room for two bed for four people and everything was quite good. But the thing I mention about the hotel is the cleanliness. As a 5 star hotel the management should be more cautious about cleanliness of room and washroom they serve us. The common washroom in lobby are too odorous that no one can use it. The washroom in the prior room was not so clean. The room bed cover and comforter are not so clean as well. If they look into this, the Hotel Cox Today will be the first choice ever. Apart from this, this journey was too good. Thanks to the hotel Cox today and trip.com to find me a good search.

The entire hallway of the floor we were staying smelled like cigarette and ****. People were smoking inside of the hotel on the 5th floor. We informed the authority but they didn’t do anything about it. Their morning breakfast was good tho. The bathroom of our unit was extremely small. We booked the hillside delux (the view from the window was terrible tho)

Overall good except the road. Nice location, nice decoration. But offline price 50% cheaper than online price.
