This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed and is probably the most friendly one. The room is spacious, decorated with Chinese traditional style and yet the room is equipped with modern electronics. The staff at front desk, restaurant, coffee shop and bell desk were all very nice and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They even booked our taxi to SanXingDui and train station for free. The breakfast and afternoon tee was complimentary with the stay. We had lunch at their restaurant and the dishes were very tasty too. Overall we rate our stay 10 out of 10 if not higher.

The team here was incredible — super friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Our room was one-of-a-kind, with a private hot tub that made our stay feel extra special and relaxing. Everything was tidy, well set up, and easy from beginning to end. They also have a really cool Mercedes van that can take you straight to the famous museum nearby, which was such a nice bonus. It’s a great spot for families too — kids will definitely love it here. A fantastic place all around!

The location was in a small village outside of Mianzhu or Deyang. It was a beautiful place surrounded by farmland to the front and bamboo-covered mountains to the back. The staff were very helpful with our requests. We mainly communicated through translation app, as they did not speak English. The hot springs were available to us every day. You could easily walk or also ask for a buggy ride up to it. Some of the large hot spring pools were closed, we believe due to it being winter time. But there were still more than 12 hot springs open. If you are a westerner travelling here, don’t expect a cozy residents bar. There is a bar area but not that equipped. We did not try the hotel restaurants. We walked 1km or 2km into the village and had many cheap restaurant options and the locals were very friendly and accommodating with our lack of Chinese. The room had a torch also available, which made it easy to walk along the road when it was dark.

Choosing this hotel for my business trip was such a wise decision! The location is convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a great restaurant downstairs, offering both mild and spicy options to suit different tastes. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was pure cotton, comfortable and breathable, and the desk and chairs were practical and spacious enough to work comfortably. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always greeting me and making me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Free parking, the hotel also has 9.9 freshly ground coffee, delicious and recommended! You can also take photos and check in, the environment is good, the room bedding is comfortable and clean, the hotel breakfast tastes good, the front desk service Xiaomao is very good and enthusiastic, thumbs up! This hotel will be my first choice in the future
