GGuest UserAs very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

GGuest UserThis is a very worthwhile hotel. It can be said to be the highlight of the entire trip to Morocco. Each room is an independent Riad courtyard. The service is friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Except for the average food, the environment can be said to be impeccable. Marrakech is actually quite dirty and messy as a whole. The inside and outside of the hotel can be said to be two different worlds. If I come to Marrakech next time, I will still consider staying here!

KK DesaiThis is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants.
We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum.
There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great.
The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us
Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals.
Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person
I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever.

DDiliaraThe hotel is beautiful and clean, and the location is excellent, with a good breakfast. However, all of this is overshadowed by the somewhat lacking service. Check-in was incredibly slow; our room wasn't ready by 3 PM, so we went out for a walk. When we returned at 9 PM, we still had to wait about 40 minutes to be checked in. Being exhausted, this was far from pleasant. There were about 10 people at the reception, walking around, chatting amongst themselves, and pretending to be busy, which resulted in a check-in queue that moved at a snail's pace. In the end, they upgraded our room as an apology, but the negative impression lingered. If you don't mind these issues, I would recommend the hotel.

JJu&LinThe staff were very welcoming and friendly overall. We got a spacious room and the bathroom was huge. Cleanliness was top notch. There are a lot of swimming pool, and we never had a hard time finding sunbeds available. The interior heated pool was beautiful and very calm because it is adult only. We enjoyed the padel court and the other facilities. We had a lot of fun at the Aquapark (plenty of water slides to choose from).
There are three main restaurants (Asian, Morrocan and ”international”). The Asian buffet is quite smaller and didn't have a nice range of dishes. The international one is bigger and has more choices but tends to be repetitive. The Morrocan was also a bit small but the quality was great. Overall food was ok.
There are some animations throughout the day (ends at 10pm ish) for the kids and for adults which were pleasant and fun.
We spent a great weekend and made good memories at this hotel. We definitely recommend!

YYIJIAOn the day of check-in, I arrived very late and said that I wanted a quiet room, so I was sent to the innermost corner. When I entered the door, the curtains were not tight, and I felt that it was even worse. I asked for a room change. Fortunately, changing the room was fairly fast, but the room downstairs was changed, because there was a block on the second floor balcony, so the lighting was not good at all. The three meals I ate didn't have a day because the breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. The lunch and dinner were similar, and there was nothing to eat. I didn't see any seafood except grilled fish. The pictures were deceptive. There are quite a few places to play, but the water in another pool with a slide is cold, so it can only be displayed.

Hhamid12I had a wonderful stay at Riad 16 Dar & Pool. The riad was clean, peaceful, and beautifully decorated, and the pool was a great place to relax. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mr. Ayoub for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this riad! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

GGuest UserWe didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
