Definitely will go back to this wonderful paradise!
This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble.
From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home.
We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest.
The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self.
Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back.
Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.

1. The staff - Super amazing and friendly, always smiling and helpful.
2. The managers - great, caring, funny and always went above and beyond to help and accommodate.
3. Resort - Amazing ocean view and lots of activities, we went back 3 times in a span of 2 weeks. Lol
4. Room - clean and comfortable!
5. Food and drinks - delicious and amazing! One of the best in the Philippines.
I've been to many hotels and resorts worldwide, but this has been the top of all of my stays. The vibe, the friendliness, activities, food and drinks. I've never felt so relaxed and I didn't even need to use my phone. No stress and all good vibes! Waking up to see the ocean with a nice cup of coffee with smooth music, it makes the hours of drive (almost 4 hours one way) to there well worth it.
In my opinion, this was more than a stay, this was an unforgettable experience! We have been through the regular days and also the typhoon days, they have been amazing and helpful the whole time! It was definitely an adventure! Now I'm back in Florida again and I miss this place, but I'm planning a visit the Philippines next year and I will make this my top place to visit!

GGuest UserFantastic resort. Very well organised, grounds kept very clean and beautiful. We stayed at 5a and 5b Cassistas and it was perfect location with a beautiful view of the cove. Shuttle service to the main beach 5 mins away was quick and well run. The Long Beach facility was great, the beach was beautiful and clean. The swimming pool was well maintained and loved by our kids. And most of all staff members were very helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return to again.

Loved everything and will absolutely book again. Our room was upgraded for free and had an outdoor tub. The room was huge and had a lot of sitting areas. Bed was king size and comfortable and clean. Smart TV can connect to YouTube but you need to sign in to your own Netflix account. Bathroom was huge. I think the room needs more hangers, complementary shampoo, reusable room slippers, scented candle/diffuser and it would be just perfect. Wifi was also fast. Breakfast buffet at pesce was cleansing and delicious for us. Loved walking around the farm, swimming at the pools, and the other services plus, the staff of the farm are very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the Upperdeck and food was also good and yummy and it felt romantic because a guitarist and a singer serandes us.

JJose Emmanuel evaOur stay at Splendido Hotel in Tagaytay was truly relaxing and memorable. The hotel has a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the greenery and the cool Tagaytay breeze.
The staff were all very accommodating and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the amenities—especially the pool and golf course—which gave us both relaxation and recreation.
The location is also a plus since it’s close to Tagaytay’s main attractions yet far enough to enjoy a quiet retreat away from the busy spots.
Overall, Splendido Hotel gave us great value for money and a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in Tagaytay.

RRosalieWe recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect.
Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

EElizabeth PaguintoOur room was pretty old. The bathroom door was creaky. The TV didn't work; the channels were blurry, and the Wi-Fi was very weak. The air conditioner wasn't cooling.
The technician fixed it after an hour, and then it started cooling. The breakfast buffet took a long time to refill the food. Not recommended, 2 stars.

GGuest UserVery dirty room. Pillows and blankets are dirty. Towels are also very dirty. Service are okay, wouldn't say its the best. They only have complimentary 4 bottle water per day. Additional 50 pesos or one.
No beach, no activities. Only snorkeling and kayak. But views are nice. But will not come here again. There are more resorts worth your money and stay. Only came here since social media said its nice and worth it.
