"My second time staying staging at this hotel and I hope it’s true what they say about everything coming in three’s because I hope to stay here again . Excellent location , great breakfasts . Provok rooftop restaurant has amazing views and great food . The pool area is great as are the cakes selection next to the hotel lobby . Rooms are really comfortable beautiful bathrooms . Great attention to detail my favourite fairmont hotel even better then the one in the palm in Dubai . Next time I intend to visit their Indian restaurant. Miss it and Raffles next door already."

simpleThe drainage in the shower room didn’t works properly, we have reported to the front desk but they just fixed it after two days.
The hotel didn’t provide new slipper even for a week.
We have to line up for breakfast for more than half hour.
Overall, the hotel is comfortable.
