GGuest UserWe recently stayed at this hotel. Having lived in Vietnam for over 10 years and visited numerous hotels during that time, we have a good basis for comparison. The grounds are beautiful and spacious, and the villas are excellent, each with its own private pool. We especially loved the mango trees throughout the property – they create a truly tropical atmosphere. For first-time visitors to Vietnam, this would be a real exotic treat. However, there were some aspects that were disappointing. The pool near the beach is too small for the number of guests, and finding available sun loungers is difficult, both at the beach and by the pool. The food variety is good, but we wished the quality of some dishes was higher. What surprised us most was having to pay for ice. In all our years of traveling across Vietnam, this is the first time we've encountered a charge for ice, and the price seemed clearly excessive. Overall, the hotel is good, and the staff are polite and friendly, but we couldn't shake the feeling of a certain formality. Everything seemed to be in place, but we didn't feel that atmosphere that makes you want to return again. For a first introduction to Vietnam, the hotel is perfectly suitable, but personally, we'll choose a different place next time.

GGuest UserThis place was absolutely fantastic. I didn't have high expectations for the food, but after staying for four nights, I still wanted to have dinner there again on the last day because it was so consistently good. Both of my kids ate well and had a great time playing. The water quality was excellent, and the private beach was impressively large, comparable to Haeundae. For this price, getting breakfast, dinner, and happy hour, plus being able to enjoy a mud spa right in the hotel, was incredibly convenient. We swapped one dinner for a mud spa session and then paid to do it again after check-out. My skin felt so calm and smooth afterwards, I was completely satisfied! I really want to go back.

XXiaojio oGreat for a family vacation! We stayed in a sea-view villa, and I had requested a room close to the ocean when booking, so we were lucky to get the second row facing the sea. The villa's private pool is on the rooftop. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, but the taste leaned towards Korean cuisine. I suggest they could adjust it slightly to include more Chinese dishes, especially since more and more Chinese guests are staying here. The à la carte food was just okay and not very suitable for young children. The hotel charges 300 RMB a day to rent kitchenware, so we ended up buying our own set of pots, pans, knives, seasonings, rice, noodles, meat, vegetables, and oil from the supermarket to cook for the little ones. For the adults, if you don't want to eat at the hotel, you can order takeout via Grab, but it can only be delivered to the hotel entrance, so you'll need to pick it up yourself. Other than that, everything else was good. Service requests were generally responded to promptly; even when an AC broke in one of the rooms in the middle of the night, someone came to fix it quickly. If you turn right after exiting the hotel, there's a coconut stall a few hundred meters down the road that sells very cheap coconuts, around 4 RMB each.

AAnonymous UserIn the 4-room villa we stayed in, it seemed like ants had built a nest in the largest room on the first floor, with hordes of ants near the head of the bed. Even after checking in, and the bellboy who helped with our luggage saw and confirmed it, he just sprayed some ant killer and left as if it was nothing. We barely used that room. The hotel shares its lobby with Wyndham Garden, but there's a separate counter across from it. Breakfast is also shared with Wyndham. Buggy service is operated separately from Wyndham and needs to be called via KakaoTalk, but the response is so slow that we often ended up walking. Once, I waited 25 minutes with my golf bag and ended up walking from the lobby to our beachfront villa, carrying a golf bag on each side. The price isn't much different from Wyndham, but it was incredibly inconvenient. Wyndham buggies frequently just drive off after asking for a room number. The outdoor pool on the first floor had no water, and only the rooftop pool was filled. The Wyndham Garden pool was under renovation, so only the infinity pool was available. I think they should address the ant problem first, and at least have someone permanently stationed at the buggy service and lobby counter. Alternatively, if the price difference were greater, it might be an option for value for money. This was my third visit to Nha Trang. If we visit Nha Trang again next time, we'll just opt for a 5-star hotel in the city center. It's quicker to get around without buggies, cleaner, has more good restaurants, and cheaper and better massage places seem more abundant. This is my experience after 4 days at Cam Ranh Villas!

EEkaterinaEliseevaWe stayed at the Riviera for a few days in June. We liked how we were greeted. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 AM. There was a Russian-speaking Vietnamese person at the reception who explained everything clearly. They immediately gave us wristbands, so we were able to go for lunch and use all the other facilities (water park, bars, beach). We checked into our room closer to 2 PM. Our room was on the 9th floor, and the view was stunning! The balcony was huge. Everything in the room was clean, the bed was large, and the linen was fresh. We enjoyed the food. There was a huge selection of different cuisines. We particularly liked the BBQ, seafood, and the wide variety of fruits (they served passion fruit, mango, papaya, lychee, and even grapes). There were tons of different desserts. There's food for children of all ages, purees for infants, sausages, french fries, and lots of other healthy and delicious options. Regarding alcoholic beverages: bottled beer, average but drinkable wine, and local spirits. Freshly squeezed juices, coconut water, and smoothies were available at an extra cost. For those traveling with young children, I'd recommend bringing drinks that your child usually has before bed (juices, bio-yoghurts, etc.). We were pleased that there were always available sun loungers on the beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The sea was gorgeous. By the way, they offered us a free shuttle to the airport. We definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel is the 'Russian vacation' type! Overall, it's a good hotel with service that's up to par. There are two Russian-speaking administrators at the reception who can help you with any questions. And, in general, most of the guests at this hotel were Russian. The rooms are clean, and housekeeping is good. Towels are changed daily, regardless of whether you've thrown them on the floor or not. There are enough sun loungers on the beach, the food in the restaurants is tasty, and there's plenty of entertainment for kids, both free and for an extra charge. This hotel is suitable for those who enjoy lively vacations, having fun, and drinking and snacking at any time. It's not for those who prefer peace and quiet. We stayed in the Noah zone, which consists of 2-3 story buildings further back on the hotel grounds. They're a bit set apart, but we could still hear the sounds of a wild party near the main building in the evenings. And generally, there's loud music and some kind of activity constantly throughout the day and evening near the main building, whether it's aqua aerobics or other events. So, if you want quiet, I don't recommend staying in the main building. Also, some rooms there have a view of a neighboring unfinished construction site. We witnessed tourists being checked into those rooms and they were very unhappy. The other rooms face the main pool where the music is constantly blaring. We were lucky we chose rooms in these separate buildings. The Noah zone is quiet and peaceful during the day. The rooms are spacious. We had a garden view, which was wonderful. Birds would wake us up in the mornings! The second restaurant is conveniently located right next to these buildings, so you don't have to trek to the main building. All in all, the hotel is excellent. I'm giving it a five-star rating because the service and everything else are top-notch. But it's not for us, simply because we don't like all the constant activity, the perpetually loud music, and watching Russian tourists drinking on the sun loungers all day. But to each their own, I suppose.

GGuest UserWell, what can I say, overall not bad, but there are downsides. The villas are good, everything is in good condition, the beds are comfortable, the linen is good. There is a washing machine and powder. The dishes are clean, though there are no forks and teaspoons. That's probably all. Of the downsides: there is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything that is said in the neighboring villa, while you are in a room on the second floor, and they are in their courtyard, the cleaning is initially a C, everything is swept up in the corners, you clean yourself, you even have to take the garbage out to the bin outside. There are few towels, no kitchen towels at all, as well as a dishcloth. There are not many dishes, a minimal set is present, but if you are traveling in a large company, there are not enough dishes, both for cooking and for eating. There are no napkins. Pool: the entire bottom is in sand. Somehow the courtyard is not well maintained. There are no soft mattresses on the sun loungers. On the first floor in the toilet there was a smell of sewage villa. 1117. The beach is a separate song: there is practically none... or rather, it is not equipped at all, there are very few sun loungers... if you are lucky enough to get a sun lounger, you need to either have your own towel or bring it from your room (of which there are only 3 for 3 bathrooms), no one cleans the beach, the sea in this place has low and high tides... you also need to take this into account. There is nothing nearby, the nearest chafanka is 2.5 km away... there is a small swimming pool and a restaurant on the territory. Prices are above average. In short, everything is much more beautiful in the picture. We stayed for 2 days... ok, not worth it for a longer period... The price per day is 12 thousand rubles.

CCheemeeGreat resort for family and friends holiday, We rented a villa with private pool which was great for kids to play all day long 🤗 The common pools were also great and fun. The receptionist Thoa was really kind and supportive, arranging shuttle bus to the airport for our whole group and arranging late check out 🥰 The staff were very kind, always trying to help and support. The buggy service was wonderful, specially for walks from villa to the beach or back. You could hop on and off in the middle 💪 The resort provided complimentary foot massage and even lunch tea break with delicious cakes, fruits 🥳 Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was yummy 🥰 lots of options to choose from specially the Pho soup worth eating every morning 🥰🥰🥰 Definitely would recommend for families and friends looking for peaceful and joyful stay. Very close to the airport and got a beautiful beach where yiu can enjoy the sunrise 🤗🤗🤗 Cannot wait to plan our next visit

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The grounds are large and well-maintained, with lots of greenery (palm trees, various flowering trees), two swimming pools, bicycles, and opportunities for various activities (there's a gym, you can attend yoga sessions, foam parties in the pool, etc.). The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help and offer advice. It's clean, neat, and beautiful. Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh didn't just meet our expectations, it exceeded them. The food was also excellent: for breakfast and dinner, there was a wide variety of dishes (different kinds of meat, soups, noodles, pasta, sushi, seafood, vegetables, desserts, fruits, freshly squeezed juices from carrots, oranges, watermelons, cucumbers, and smoothies, yogurt, etc.) – there was even grilled crocodile one time. Everything was delicious and well-prepared! Our breakfasts were included, and we purchased dinners separately. The cost per person was 840,000 VND if you bought dinner at the reception, and about 755,000 VND if you paid for dinner right before entering the buffet restaurant. By the way, there's live music in the restaurant in the evenings. And, of course, the beautiful and clean sea, with a gentle entry. There are high tides in the morning and low tides after lunch. There were enough sunbeds for everyone on the beach. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. If we have the chance, we would gladly come back here again.

DDarling13This is a very peaceful and quiet place. However, for some reason, there are very few people in the hotel, so breakfast isn't always a buffet and is quite meager. On the day we checked out, we were disappointed that breakfast was à la carte. The room is clean, and the bathroom door doesn't have a latch, if that's important to anyone. The view from the balcony is stunning!
