"Honestly, check-in started a bit unpleasantly. Perhaps it was the summer peak, and the hotel seemed understaffed, leading to slower service. Compared to the Banyan Tree Lijiang and Hangzhou, the service here was a bit disappointing. We waited a long time to check in, and dinner at the restaurant had multiple errors – like repeatedly asking for no ginger and still getting it in our food. However, the room was a huge plus! We booked a lake view suite with a 270-degree balcony, offering unobstructed views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to blue skies, white clouds, green mountains, and clear waters after opening the curtains was truly therapeutic. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, much better than what some online reviews suggested. There was a wide variety and the taste was great, definitely superior to other hotels in the same category. If you're traveling with kids, staying at the hotel itself is enough; there are plenty of dining and activity options nearby like paddleboarding, horseback riding, off-roading, and river tracing. Overall, the experience was quite good. Especially, you must try the hotel's travel photography service – they take amazing photos!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a mall with plenty of dining and shopping options. Anna at the front desk was very efficient during check-in, and her service attitude was great. I especially want to mention the breakfast – it had a rich variety of dishes and tasted good. The dry-tossed noodles (gan tiao mian) deserve a special shout-out, they were delicious. I do have a small suggestion: the toppings could be improved, maybe add more meat options. That would make it perfect for us meat lovers!"

The hotel offers great privacy with multiple hot spring pools of varying sizes, all thoughtfully sectioned off. The outdoor pools boast fantastic scenery, and the water temperature is just right. They are diligent about changing the water and keeping it clean, with no strange smells or impurities. After a soak, all my tense muscles felt relaxed, and my fatigue completely disappeared.
The guest rooms were immaculately clean and well-equipped, with soft, comfortable bedding that made for a good night's sleep. The front desk and staff were all gentle and polite, making check-in and check-out efficient and smooth.

"The room was quite spacious, and both the afternoon tea and the sweet soup served in the evening were delightful. I had a last-minute trip for two days to recuperate because I wasn't feeling well. I hadn't done any research beforehand, so it was a bit of a 'mystery box' situation, and I was absolutely delighted by the experience. If I get the chance, I'll definitely return next summer.
Regarding dinner, you just need to make a reservation via WeChat before 3 PM daily. On a side note, the portion sizes are genuinely quite large. On our first day, we ordered four dishes and one soup for three people, and we couldn't even finish half of it. I hope the restaurant could consider offering smaller portion options. This would be much more accommodating for families like ours who have average appetites but enjoy trying a greater variety of dishes."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was kindly upgraded to a better option, which made the experience even more enjoyable. When we entered the room, everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The view was amazing, the bathroom was spotless, and the room itself felt very luxurious.
Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high quality. The resort also has a hot spring located inside a bamboo forest, which was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. They also kindly offered us three complimentary photos.
The reception staff spoke English, which made communication very easy. A special thanks to Tian Tian at the reception, who was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. She answered all our questions quickly and made us feel very well taken care of.
