"This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed at. The butler was very efficient and even drove us on short shuttle trips 😉. The laundry and dryer service also helped fold and deliver our clothes to the room. Every afternoon, after a tiring day out, we'd return to find a fresh fruit platter on the table, instantly making all the day's fatigue disappear. Three days simply wasn't enough; I wished I could have stayed longer, but unfortunately, I hadn't planned ahead and the rooms were fully booked. It's incredibly close to all the attractions, just a few minutes' walk. The hotel itself is an attraction, with a grand old building housing a tea stall open to the public. Every morning before the crowds arrived, I'd do my morning exercises there. Surrounded by small bridges, flowing water, black swans, ancient architecture, and lush greenery – I can't express how delightful it was!"

"Accommodation conveniently located in a quiet street of old Jianshui. The owners have the sense of hospitality: they greet you with tea and fruits, they share grilled tofu with you. They are super friendly, speak Englisgh, are thoughtful and really willing to help. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Jianshui."

"Welcome desserts, welcome fruit: They offered flower cakes and small fruits, which was very thoughtful. Facilities: The facilities are average but have everything you need. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, and they clean punctually every morning and noon. Environment: It has the advantages of an old house, warm in winter and cool in summer. It also has the common disadvantage of old houses, which is slightly poor soundproofing, but the owner provided earplugs. However, the neighbors were very considerate, so I didn't even need them. Service: The service was excellent. They called in advance to confirm the check-in time and thoughtfully prepared Jianhui food and travel guides, especially the station pick-up/drop-off service, which was very considerate. High-speed rail pick-up or drop-off (choose one): Very punctual and efficient."

"An absolutely five-star experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location by Guangci Lake, where locals often stroll in the mornings and evenings, giving it a very authentic feel. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the Zitao Street night market and a 7-8 minute drive to the ancient city. As it's a historical-style building, enjoying afternoon tea or breakfast at the hotel is delightful. The rooms are comfortable, and the bedding is excellent. The overall service is also very attentive. Parking is convenient right outside the door. We had lunch at the hotel before leaving, and the food quality was superb, with fresh seasonal fruits. If I ever come to Jianshui again, I would definitely choose this hotel."

The hotel itself is cozy and comfortable, with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, and the water pressure is excellent. The breakfast spread is generous and tasty."

"This guesthouse is super convenient; taxis can drop you right at the entrance, which shows the owner really thought about the perfect location. The guesthouse has three floors, and each level's common area is thoughtfully decorated with lots of succulents, making it very pleasant to look at. The room facilities are standard, but the air conditioning blows directly onto the bed, making it quite chilly at night. A pottery throwing experience was included with the stay. Although there wasn't much guidance, it was fun to just go with the flow and added a nice touch to the trip."

"I chose Jianshui's accommodation online for a long time before departure, and finally chose this one. The accommodation experience was really satisfactory! There are not many rooms in the hotel, and each one is very big. We have a balcony facing the lake and the scenery is very good. The room was very clean and the decoration was very beautiful. The environment is very quiet and the rest is very comfortable at night. You can drink tea in the public area and the environment is very good. The boss was very enthusiastic, contacted us in advance to pick up the car at the high-speed rail station, and prepared fruit for us. The boss also provided us with food and play guides. The homestay can also rent an electric car, which is very convenient. The scenery along the way to Tuanshan is very good. The hotel is just outside Chaoyang Gate, and it takes only 1 minute to walk to the ancient city. I will come to Jianshui next time!"

"I couldn't book the same room type for two consecutive nights, so I had to book different room types for each night. The difference between the 'pool view' room and the 'Xiang Tang' room is that one has an openable window and the other doesn't. I stayed in the pool view room on the first night and it wasn't noisy at all. However, my experience in the 'Xiang Tang' room on the second night wasn't as good. The restaurant is right downstairs, and even at 10 or almost 11 PM, there were still children making noise on the platform. Closing the window helped a bit. The cleanliness wasn't great either; there were a lot of hairs on the bathroom floor. I hope they pay more attention to this. Everything else was pretty good. At least I didn't experience any power outages or room maintenance issues. They also provide toiletries for children."
