"I booked this for a friend's family, and they gave amazing feedback! They said this is truly the best hotel in Kaili. Both the service and facilities were absolutely fantastic. The 'Kali Lao Cai Supper [Double Meal]' was delicious and authentic. The breakfast was very unique and catered perfectly to both adults and children, with a great variety of options. They even made badges at the hotel, each family member creating their own design – a wonderful way to remember their trip to Kaili! Upon check-out, they even received some red sour soup as a gift. The location is also excellent, right in the city center, close to everything. It's just a few minutes' drive to Xiuli Tao, and there are many authentic Kaili eateries nearby. The hotel is also directly across the street from a park, perfect for an evening stroll after dinner, and Kaili is beautiful this season with flowers everywhere. Highly recommended!"

"I visited Xijiang during the Dragon Boat Festival. This inn is conveniently located not far from Xiaobei Gate, tucked away in an alley next to the museum. There aren't many stairs to climb, and it's very close to the main street. Both the hallways and the rooms in the inn looked very clean. Our room had a balcony, though unfortunately, the view was blocked by the building in front. However, the standard room had two 1.5-meter beds, which was perfect for a family stay. The owners of the inn were incredibly warm and hospitable. The owner even came to pick up our luggage when we arrived at Xiaobei Gate. The next day, I felt a bit shy asking him to drop us off again, so we just walked back to Xiaobei Gate ourselves. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"Beautiful hotel, nice and spacious room, great location and excellent staff. The location is close to a park, the pedestrian street if you want street food and near a mall if you want some more upscale food options. Easy to find and get a taxi/didi to anywhere you need to go. Our room had a separate living room and 2 bathrooms, with good views of the city. We had a couple requests that the staff graciously accommodated. If we come back to Kaili, we will choose this hotel again!"

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, and it had a huge balcony with an amazing view. I thought the view might be obstructed when I booked, but it was even better than I imagined in person. The hotel also has its own observation deck with a panoramic view, perfect for sightseeing. The service was impeccable. The owner even helped us with our luggage, which made the experience even better! We were so busy with our travel photography that we almost missed check-out, but they even arranged for someone to deliver our luggage to our shooting location. The attention to detail was truly thoughtful. The food was excellent too. We had 'laoguo' (a local hotpot dish) at the hotel two nights in a row, and it was incredibly delicious and memorable. Even during a heavy rainstorm, my sleep wasn't disturbed at all; the room was soundproof, quiet, and comfortable. When we left, the owner even gave us a big red envelope, which was such a thoughtful gesture. This hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way, providing a complete and wonderful experience. "What made us really happy was that the hotel had a great selection of new Miao ethnic costumes available for guests to use for free. We took them to the scenic area and had a long, fun photoshoot there. **Facilities:** This hotel was our top choice after looking at several others, and its facilities are quite comprehensive. We saw that the hotel only opened last year, so everything is relatively new and very comfortable. **Hygiene:** The owner and staff personally inspect everything, and from the moment you walk in, you feel a warm welcome. The owner even made us tea. **Environment:** Parking was very convenient during our stay here. The owner also recommended some great places to eat, and the food truly was delicious. **Service:** They provided shuttle service throughout our stay, and they were incredibly warm and hospitable."

"The B&B is very close to Bridge No. 1 and not far from where Baidu cars can drop you off, so the location is excellent. They can also help with your luggage. The room has a fantastic view, overlooking the entire Miao village, and the lights at night are especially beautiful. We were lucky to have clear weather, so the daytime view was also superb. It's very convenient to get to the cable car from the Xiaobeimen (Small North Gate). The room itself was very clean and warm, with air conditioning and an electric blanket. It was a really great experience, and the owner even has cute cats!"

"Traveling with my elderly parents and young child to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, I was worried about all the stairs. After searching online, I found this place which claimed to be right by the road with no uphill climbing. True to their word, the sightseeing bus drops you off directly at the entrance. The hostess was already waiting by the road, and she kindly helped us with our luggage. The guesthouse even has an elevator, making it completely hassle-free for seniors. We were also treated to complimentary afternoon tea and a refreshing mung bean soup in the evening. Our panorama room offered stunning views of the entire Miao village lit up at night – no need to jostle for space at the viewing platform, we could enjoy the spectacular night scenery right from our room."

"Who knows, I found a guaranteed homestay in Qianhu Miao Village. Although their home is outside Miao Village, they can check in after putting their luggage, and directly liberate their hands to enter Miao Village. There is no need to drag their luggage into the scenic spot. It is really too happy. This hotel is very good and the environment is beautiful. The butler service is very good. From check-in to check-out, he helps pick up and drop off luggage. The service here is super proper. There is a special explanation for the little brother. The most important thing is that the hotel room is super clean. There is a faint tea fragrance that is very relaxing. Even the aroma of the room is the same as the whole season. "The hotel was exceptional. If I could give six stars I would do. The hotel itself is really pleasantly designed. The layout is friendly and comfortable. The food is really good.The breakfast was outstanding with amazing selection of different dishes. The bedroom was very comfortable I slept exceptionally well. What makes this hotel special is the staff, they are incredibly attentive, and make sure that you are comfortable in every way possible. In particular I want to mention the lady called YangYang - She is probably one of the best hosts I have met anywhere and she is the reason I would give SIX stars! Location wise. It is very convenient to the high-speed rail station. It is slightly less convenient to the town of Kaili itself which requires a short taxi ride. But don’t let that deter you if you are arriving by HSR this must be your number one choice. Well done Yang Yang and team."

"The price-performance ratio is very high, and it must be rated 5 points. The room area is not small at all, and the suitcase will not be in the way when it is spread out; the facilities and equipment are complete, and the bathrobe is praised; the hygiene is clean and refreshing. The only drawback is that the rooms facing west to the road are not very soundproof. If you need quietness, you can choose a room facing east."
