When he learned that we came to Sanming for the first time from other places, he enthusiastically introduced us to the local food and attractions. I like him. It's very heartwarming to think about it now. When I checked out the next day, I happened to meet him again, and he gave us a small gift. "Location is good. But all the room smelled cigarettes. And when I go there the temperature is around 20 - 28 degree Celcius. And The hotel turn off the Cool Air Conditioner. So you cannot turn on the cool air conditioner at your own room. You can only turn on fan or heater. It is really hot. Very frustrating. Not recommended hotel."

Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere. Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park."
