"They assigned one of the best rooms I've stayed in in Tainan for my stay at the Hotel. The place was extremely clean and comfy. The room I was assigned was large and chic. Plenty of space and care with the details. The only downside for me was the breakfast, since the rooms gave the impression of a 5-star hotel I was expecting more variety and mostly a fast replenishment, the meat was finished and even though I waited for 30 min no one came to replace it. Another thing to note was the laundry room, the machines were a bit small and outdated But again for the price I paid was an excellant choice and the hotel staff specially through this app seems to care about my experience so therefore I will rate them 10/10 with a little room for improvement. Thank you for the stay"

"The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the overall environment was clean and tidy, making for a very relaxing stay. The front desk staff were very friendly, spoke gently and patiently, and were helpful in answering any questions, which made us feel very at ease. The soundproofing was also good; we weren't really bothered by outside noise at night, allowing us to get a good rest. The location is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

"Great place to stay in Tainan. Super close to the train station. Lovely quiet room at the end of the corridor overlooking the (empty) swimming pool. Friendly service, and a nice touch with snacks available at 9pm. The hotel is older (still need a physical key to unlock the room door) but it's in great condition. We didn't eat there, so cannot comment on the food or restaurant. We thought it was very reasonably priced for our Sunday night stay and would happily book again."

"Excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk from Tainan Station, even with luggage. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel is in the city center, within walking distance to major attractions like Chihkan Tower and Grand Matsu Temple. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, and communication with the hotel via LINE was quick and clear. The room was cozy and spacious enough for one person, with all basic amenities like a fridge and hairdryer. Although the hotel is in a commercial building, the soundproofing was acceptable; it wasn't too noisy despite a tutoring center downstairs. There's room for improvement in cleanliness and hygiene, especially the noticeable odor in the bathroom. On the second morning of my stay, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the toilet."

"The hotel lobby is quite stylish and spacious, and the staff are very friendly. We stayed in a triple room, and the keyless entry (password lock) was convenient for all of us. The room size was good, though the hanging space for clothes was a bit small and inconveniently located above where you'd place cups and bottles. The bathroom was roomy but lacked hooks for clothes. Soundproofing was just average, and the room lighting was a bit dim. A big plus was the modern hairdryer – it dried hair really fast! The self-service drink machine and snack cabinet in the lobby were also a nice touch; although the snacks were a bit sweet, the unlimited access was satisfying."
