"This hotel is considered a landmark in Tiantai County. It's located right by Shifeng Lake and is the tallest building in the county, easily visible from a distance. When checking in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and even proactively upgraded us to a lake-view suite. The room was very spacious, with floor-toceiling windows directly overlooking Shifeng Lake, offering a fantastic and open view. Waking up the next morning and drawing the curtains to see the morning glow reflecting on the lake was truly a healing experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the bedding was very pleasant to sleep on, and the staff were consistently polite. Overall, it was a good stay. The only thing I think could be improved is the air conditioning. Because the suite was quite large, it took a while to cool down. Also, there was no key card slot for power, so the AC would turn off automatically when we left the room. Every time we returned, we had to wait for it to cool down again, which made it a bit stuffy in the summer. Overall, the facilities, views, and service were all excellent. If you're visiting Tiantai for tourism or business, this hotel is definitely highly recommended."

"Added 49 yuan to upgrade to a family room. The room was large, clean and tidy. The breakfast was also good, with freshly ground coffee. The service attitude was also very good. The disadvantages were that the elevator was relatively small, the price of 700 yuan was a bit expensive during holidays, and the parking lot needed to be managed. We arrived at noon on the first day, went to Guoqing Temple in the afternoon, went to Zhexi Old Street in the evening, and went to the Great Waterfall on the second day. It was a very rich itinerary."

"Perfect, far exceeded expectations. The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. The air conditioning was comfortable, there was plenty of parking, and the room was quiet. "The hotel is right by the old Zhexi Street in Tiantai. After arriving at Tiantai Mountain Station by high-speed rail, the hotel thoughtfully provides a free shuttle service. The moment I arrived in Tiantai, I had a great feeling. The distant mountains stretched endlessly, and the water was a vibrant green. The old street seems to be a retro district built along the banks of the original stream, but with its pavilions, waterside structures, ocher stones, and the winding, cascading stream, the giant stepping stones spanning both banks, and the ocher-colored rock slopes peeking out of the water, it's a very well-designed area. Xi Ye (the hotel) is located right on the bank in the core area. Just a few steps to the right is Rong Xiaoguan, to the left is Starbucks, and diagonally opposite is BaWangChaJi. As soon as you enter the hotel, the whole world seems to quiet down. A huge floor-to-ceiling window overlooks a lush green view. There's a pond with koi fish swimming, and two or three clusters of azaleas blooming. The design of this hotel immediately captivated me. Entering the room, it was a spacious 50-60 square meters, with welcome snacks, a minibar, afternoon tea, turndown service with a late-night snack, Le Labo 33 toiletries, custom boat-shaped slippers, a black hotel-branded canvas bag, and even a small wooden prayer bead bracelet. All these details spoke volumes about the hotel's thoughtfulness. I will definitely come back. I love Xi Ye, and I loved the two local eateries I tried; it felt like every chef there was a hidden master, with every dish full of deliciousness and surprises. I came to stay at Xi Ye for Guoqing Temple, and for Xi Ye, I'd be willing to come to Tiantai again next time."

However, there are still some minor flaws: first, the bathroom faucet is installed at an awkward height, causing water to splash everywhere when brushing teeth or washing face; second, the elevator announcements are too loud; and third, there's no bath mat in the shower."

The manager likes photography and likes small animals. Auntie warmly helps prepare breakfast and recommends suitable routes for us. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. I specifically avoided the May Day rush, so the hot spring wasn't crowded in the evening, the pools were peaceful, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was extensive, and you even get to try some local Tiantai specialties. If you're looking for a quiet spot to combine spiritual reflection with hot springs, this place is perfect."
