"Wuyishan Jingcheng Holiday Hotel is located on the major road easy for accessing to everywhere, closed to the scenic area of Wuyishan, walking distance to Pedestrian street/night market, and free bus to the airport & high speed railway station. The staff ate very friendly & helpful. She upgraded us to higher grade room with quiet environment. There are many restaurants & shops nearby, including KFC, Starbucks, etc. The room is spacious, nice & clean, especially the bed cover/blanket is very comfortable, smooth, and make a good sleep. Highly recommended to stay in the hotel and will definitely return when visiting Wuyishan."

"The environment is fantastic, directly facing Dawang Peak, and the scenery is breathtaking. When it rains, the misty fog adds an even more enchanting touch. The service from everyone, from the front desk and reception to the floor staff and restaurant personnel, was exceptional – warm, patient, and meticulous. Special shout-out to Mary Wu from customer service, who was also wonderful. While there were a few minor issues with the facilities, they were all proactively and promptly resolved, so it didn't detract from the overall experience. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the quality was excellent. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Wuyishan!"

"The location is super convenient, right next to Sangu Old Street. It's just a few minutes' walk to the bus station, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The room facilities are great; after a tiring hike, you can relax and watch something on the projector. The room is generally clean, spacious, and the service is good. The only downside is the soundproofing isn't great. It would be even better if the bathroom had a door or curtain to separate the wet and dry areas."

"This hotel is easy to find and the public bus stop is just metres away. The entrance is the KFC, just walk in and exit at the back is the hotel's reception. Room is clean and the counter staff is very helpful. There is a lift too. The only complaints I have is the street noise and the smell of cigarettes smoke. Around 2:30am, there is this truck, (sounds like a rubbish truck) and making the usual truck noise in the still of the night. Apart from that, some vehicles are more noisy. Choose room away from the main road."

"The hotel is located in a villa area with excellent greenery. It's in the Sangu resort area, and you can walk to Sangu Old Street for food or to watch the Impression Dahongpao show in about ten minutes. The location is peaceful yet central. We were offered a complimentary pick-up service upon arrival, which was fantastic! Fresh fruit was delivered daily. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit small and felt slightly cramped. The front desk staff were very helpful and communicated our itinerary in advance."

"Another perfect stay! The hotel's overall decor feels luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance right as you walk in. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bedding was soft and spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, all with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors – far surpassing other hotels in the same price range. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they were very quick to respond to any requests. The location is convenient for getting around and finding food. This place offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is in Sangu Resort, very close to the bus station Sangu Island Station, Wuyishan bus is free. It is very convenient to go to Wuyishan Scenic Area (you can take the bus for 5 stops to Wuyishan South Gate Entrance Station, take the scenic area shuttle bus to various scenic spots, or walk half a stop in front of the hotel to take the scenic area free bus No. 16 for two stops to Wuyi Palace, and then take the scenic area shuttle bus to various scenic spots). There are many restaurants near the hotel. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfast. The hotel service is very good. I booked the Impression Dahongpao performance ticket at the hotel, which is cheaper than buying it online. The hotel hygiene and service are very good. It is the only hotel I give a good review on this trip."

"My stay at Vienna International Hotel (Wuyishan Branch) during my Wuyishan trip truly exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. I slept soundly through the night, which completely alleviated my travel fatigue. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making getting around and finding food hassle-free. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, showing thoughtful care in every detail. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuyishan; it's definitely a great value for money!"

"The hotel environment is excellent, perfect for a vacation. It's conveniently located, with quick buggy service within the hotel, and very close to the Wuyishan scenic area. The rooms are spacious with great views, and the facilities are well-maintained. My only minor complaint is that the power outlets have child protection, which makes them a bit inconvenient to use. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was refilled promptly. Dinner really suited my taste, as I found local restaurants to be a bit too oily and salty for me. The hotel dinner was the most comfortable meal I had. The buggy drivers, room service, and cleaning staff were all very nice. However, the front desk definitely needs improvement. During check-in, they were busy, and I had to stand while the front desk staff were seated. The day before departure, they called to confirm my check-out, and then again around 11 AM on the day of departure, asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I mentioned I was buying tea across the street and might be half an hour late, checking out around 12:30 PM. But they just sternly reiterated that check-out was at 12 PM. This left a very unpleasant impression."
