"The environment is beautiful, with picturesque scenery at every turn. The location is also convenient; after watching the Da Hong Pao show, you can take a leisurely stroll back. The service is very attentive, with mineral water replenished daily and needs inquired about, especially the shuttle service, which is available 24/7 and almost on-call. The dishes at the hotel's Chinese restaurant are also the best we've had after trying several nearby places. We will definitely choose Chunbo again for our next trip to Wuyishan."

"This was my first trip to Wuyishan, and I booked this hotel. I communicated my needs online with the owner, who then personally picked me up from the high-speed rail station for free. On the way, they shared interesting information about Wuyishan's culture and history. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was incredibly warm and patient, arranging a quiet, high-floor room as I'd requested in my booking notes. They even provided an air purifier and recommended some great, value-for-money restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A special mention: my boyfriend really wanted more of the cantaloupe from the fruit platter, and the uncle at the noodle station overheard and went out of his way to cut us another portion, fulfilling his wish! The cleaning auntie always supplied four bottles of water and even neatly arranged my disposable bed sheets. The front desk also provided services like lending umbrellas, packing breakfast for us at 6 AM, and offering a late check-out. It truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel's central location made it super convenient to get anywhere. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Wuyishan!"

"First off, a big thank you to Wyndham Garden for the complimentary Oreos upon check-in! **Location:** It's a bit out of the way, but perfect for travelers who prefer peace and quiet. It's also very convenient for accessing the south entrance of the scenic area. **Room & Amenities:** The room facilities are comprehensive, including a hot spring pool and a gym, which really adds to guests' leisure time. My room type came with a drying rack, and the wardrobe was huge. However, some of the hangers in the wardrobe were a bit wonky, and the hairdryer in my room type was missing its nozzle. I'd recommend the hotel do a full check of all room types for this. **Breakfast:** The breakfast was rich and varied, and I loved that the breakfast restaurant had a kids' play area. My only minor suggestion would be to increase the variety of porridges. **Services:** The hotel offers pick-up/drop-off services, but you need to book them a day in advance. **Suggestions for Improvement:** I also suggest that the hotel display its awards more prominently, rather than keeping them locked away. It would be great if the mini-fridge in the rooms could be stocked with some carbonated drinks and low-alcohol beverages instead of being empty. The front desk area is a bit small. On a positive note, the fruit section at breakfast was excellent! As a small request for breakfast, could you possibly add some local Bian Rou (wontons) to the live cooking station? Looking forward to my next stay at Wyndham Garden Scenic South Entrance!"

"The service was good; the front desk staff enthusiastically showed me different rooms of the same type to choose from. The room was quite spacious, the shower had good water pressure, but the sink was a bit small. Toiletries only included a toothbrush and comb. However, the soundproofing in the room was terrible. I could hear doors closing and water pipes in the hallway and from upstairs. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, and the duvet was too thick and heavy. Breakfast options were limited, and the taste was very mediocre. The location was decent, with many dining choices nearby."

"The hotel is very new, and the housekeeping service is meticulous. The staff are all very friendly, and in the evening, they even proactively ask if you need turn-down service or extra amenities. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, satisfying both adults and children. The travel photography session included three retouched photos, and the editing was not perfunctory at all. The moxibustion treatment was especially good; I felt incredibly comfortable after the steaming session. Highly recommended!"

"Environment: The hotel is located right next to Wuyi Palace scenic area, at the foot of Dawang Peak. The gardens are beautiful, and the scenery is stunning. Its proximity to the scenic area is very convenient; you can simply walk over. If you want to stay close to the attractions, this is a good choice. Facilities: As an older hotel, some of the facilities are a bit dated. We upgraded our room, and for the price, it was quite good value for money. Service: We received a complimentary fruit welcome gift in our room. There's also a laundry room and a Chinese restaurant."

"My friend and I stayed here for two nights, and overall, we were quite satisfied. Given that there aren't many chain hotels in Wuyishan, and the only All Seasons hotel nearby was under renovation, we chose this one. It's quite close to the city center, making its location very convenient—about 500 meters from the liveliest street. Plus, it's situated in a very quiet spot, so noise isn't an issue. Facilities: The facilities feel like those of an older hotel. There's carpeting in the hallways, but the swimming pool was empty. The elevator noise was a bit startling. However, the room itself had everything we needed. It seems to host a lot of tour groups, so business appears to be good. Cleanliness: Generally, the cleanliness was acceptable. However, on the second night, we noticed that some towels hadn't been fully replaced, and I couldn't tell which one my friend had used. I hope they pay more attention to this in the future. Service: The front desk service was excellent. They offered us snacks when we checked in and a souvenir when we left. We didn't have any extra requests during our stay, so there wasn't much communication needed. But during check-in, they seemed very considerate of guests, mentioning that the previous room might not have been fully smoke-treated yet and that we could request a room change if we smelled smoke. Although we didn't encounter that issue, we really appreciated their proactive approach."

"Our stay was excellent. First off, the staff were incredibly professional and enthusiastic. They called proactively before check-in to understand our needs and even upgraded our room based on that. During housekeeping, they were observant and anticipated our needs, for instance, proactively providing laundry detergent and cable ties. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's close to the Wuyishan scenic area with convenient transport, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was quiet, offering a stunning panoramic view of Dawang Peak."

"I initially avoided this place, thinking it was one of those old, outdated state guesthouses. But on our first day in Wuyi, we came here for dinner and found the ambiance absolutely fantastic – a real hidden gem. So, we specifically switched to stay here on our last night. It's incredibly peaceful. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted by the aroma of Da Hong Pao tea, as they use a roasting machine to diffuse the scent. The rooms aren't like those old state guesthouses; they look quite new, or at least very well-maintained. They provide Atelier Cologne toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. You could easily stay here for a relaxing retreat without even leaving the hotel! The breakfast spread is generous, and the Chinese restaurant's food is also excellent. Since our high-speed train ticket was for later in the afternoon, we waited in the tea room after check-out. The staff constantly checked in, asking if we'd like some tea or snacks! They were incredibly attentive! A special shout-out to Joan and Shuyi for their thoughtful and meticulous service!"

"We were in Wuyishan for a chat and tea at a friend's tea house, and booked this hotel last minute for an overnight stay. When we arrived late, our reserved room had a facility issue and couldn't be used. However, the hotel quickly arranged for us to stay at their sister property, Guanlan, right next door, and even upgraded our room. The butler was incredibly helpful! The hotel environment is lovely; stepping out onto the balcony, you're greeted by mountains and a stream. All the bathroom fixtures are Kohler, and the rooms have smart controls and even underfloor heating, which was a pleasant surprise! Being close to the mountains, the underfloor heating addressed my concerns about dampness. The AC also adjusted temperature quickly, and the toiletries smelled great! The hotel is a courtyard villa that integrates a tea house, brunch, and guest rooms. It's fully equipped and away from the hustle and bustle – a perfect spot for a vacation! Highly recommended!"
