"relatively good value overall. But travellers should bare in mind, they do not adhere to a normal practice of allowing customer to store luggage free of charge, they charge 5 for that. In addition, transport from airport is not straightforward, and is misleading in their email that says direct access is possible via tram. At the moment of writing, it costs more than an hour to arrive at this hotel from airport via public transport."

"All the people working there are lovely. Great, stylish place to work in at the cafe, comfortable kitchen with fringe to cook in and washing machine-dryer, privacy in the dorms. The separate WC and shower were clean and spacious. The area is very close to Saint Jean train station and a nice, regenerated part of Bordeaux, although a 40-min walk to most sites. There are still a lot of transport options around, including to the airport."

"1. The place-fit for a tourist-is quite remote from the station-and right next to the center, a tram stop next to which the Bordeaux can replace all the transport. I took a card for 72 hours of transportation - it was beneficial, because with a suitcase to the hotel and from the hotel until the waiting station by foot 25-30, and just on the city always 1-2 stops could be driven, without having to get tired of walking. 2. The electrical power supply was enough for me in the room 3. Wifi worked in the room excellent 4. Breakfast was quite decent for the budget hotel. 5. The only small minus- since there was no phenomenon in the room- asked him to recepshen and I didn't want to give it without a deposit from the card. I insisted on a 20-euro deposit in cash and the question was resolved. Hotel advises."

"The hotel is right next to the Wine Museum, a 2-minute walk. It's not far from the city center either; it's about a 15-20 minute ride by light rail, but walking takes about an hour. Check-in service was good, and the room was clean. However, one thing was very disappointing: for those driving, parking is available in the parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel staff clearly stated they could provide a parking discount code. When we went to pay, no one was working at the payment counter, and the machine couldn't process the payment. After explaining this to the front desk, they called the parking lot manager, saying someone would be there later, and then told us to go talk to the manager about getting a partial refund. At this point, the front desk staff seemed indifferent and offered no assistance, which was quite disappointing. The attitude of the staff at check-out was vastly different from that at check-in."
