JJordanxo3Modern and well maintained hostel. Every member of staff I spoke with were always very helpful and friendly. No communal kitchen unfortunately but there is a microwave which was very useful. Laundry room, small gym always a positive!
Location is bit far of a walk from the center, but trams are located no more than 5 minutes away. Also a short walk away from Les Halles de Bacalan and plenty of bars and clubs if that's your sort of thing.

GGuest UserThe hotel is newly renovated. The reception lobby is designed as muti propose use: playing table tennis, book reading, food enjoying. The sound proof in the room is good. Many choose is for the breakfast. The tram stop is just at the front of the hotel. You may take a tram ride to the hotel from airport with 1.7Euro. There is less than 10 minutes walk to the railway station or take a tram ride for a stop only. The staff is quite helpful.
The disadvantage is the room is relatively small.

No air conditioning but only electric fan. Bordeaux is really hot these days.
No ventilation and stuffy at corridor.
Need to take rubbish bags ourselves to the bins on the street, that is the first time I experienced this.
No change of towels even for four nights, charge €5 each if need to change.

Lack of fitted sheets and extra pillows.
Despite the fan in the room, the temperature was unbearable.
The VMC in the bathroom was very noisy.
The night was difficult...
Some improvements for the customer service remain to be considered.

GGuest UserLocated in the center of Bordeaux City, the location was very good in about 15 minutes by tram from the TGV station. I was able to leave my luggage, there was an elevator, the toilet shower room was clean, and the roommate was quiet and very comfortable. If you want, it was better to have a towel and a dryer.

GGuest UserPerfect! Right opposite the train station and bus stop for airport meaning a trip without a car was smooth. I see a few comments about the rooms and it wasn’t the Marriot in terms of room standard but it was local and authentic. Spotlessly clean, everything in the room worked , it was comfortable and the right temperature. The breakfast was very good and well worth the small cost. The staff were so very helpful and gave advice about a day trip to the Dune du Pilat and how to walk to the restaurant area in the city centre and gave me a city map. Highly recommended, don’t hesitate to stay. They also offered me a left luggage facility while I went out for the day after checking out. Note that the railway station is very large. Depending which door you come out of it’s to left of the centre of the station as you come out. Just a few meters from the station. Perfect!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located very well at the intersection of transport lines and close to the center. From the airport it's about half an hour by tram. There are several bus stops to the station. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. For breakfast they serve sausage and two types of cheese, yogurt, muesli, compote, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, bread and more. But a double room is very cramped even for one person. There is no closet, no bedside table, just a few hangers. The plumbing is clean, there is liquid soap. Cleaning is daily. Overall the impression is good.

圭圭The city center is located across the river, but it is easily accessible by tram, boat, etc. The parking lot was in the basement of Super Carrefour next to the hotel and was spacious. There was a supermarket next to the hotel, so it was very convenient. There is a little distance to Citedvan, but I think you should use a boat. It was also in the range of rental kick boards and rental bicycles, so I was able to use it from the front of the hotel. The rooms are clean and easy to use and the cost performance is very good.

WWee Lang ChingThe location was just few steps away from Opera National grand Theatre. Check in was easy , but be aware that check in is in their sister hotel 100 metres away. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Highly recommended.
