Overall, it was a convenient stay, but better cleanliness and maintenance would greatly improve the experience."

"The room was a little small for 2 adults and 1 toddler, but it was reasonable for the price. If you’re travelling with a child, I’d recommend getting a slightly bigger room. The breakfast was okay and good enough to fill our stomachs. One thing we really liked was the open field right in front of the hotel, where we could bring our toddler to run around and burn off some energy. Overall, a decent stay for the price."

"This hotel is always my top choice whenever I'm in Kuantan, especially for short getaways or quick business trips. It's strategically located right in the city center, next to a food court and with a restaurant nearby. The hotel is clean and the front desk service is fast. The only downside is the water pressure, which isn't stable – sometimes strong, sometimes weak. Overall, it's good and suitable."

"The location of the hotel was in the heart of kuantan city. The price was cheap. Cleanliness was fine. But there was nightmare at night.. The noises from the motorcycles, the siren from the motorcycles, and there are people on the street until 2 to 3am..i can hear them talk.. Imagine the noises level.. I could only fall to sleep after 4am"

"Front desk service is very helpful, they explained everything before you enter your room, room is tidy and clean. But 1 things i found unpleasant about this stay because the water bottle is dirty and smelly, stink smell right after i drank half bottle. I bet they didn’t wash it properly before insert new water. Really hate the fact i found out after drank half of it 😭"

"Location is good just opposite Kuantan City Mall and short working distance to East Coast Mall with lots of eateries around the Hotel location. The reception was quick in action and response to our needs. Overall, we enjoy our stay and hope the management would look into housekeeping. Basic room amenities are not provided which was stated on the website upon booking confirmation. We have to request for toothbrushes and paste, HANDSOAP, shower cap. The floor maps and hand towels were not clean. The kettle was out of order and the replacement unit come with rust inside the boiling plate. It would be good that there is a check list after cleaning up or hand over to the next customer."

"1st night was good experience. staff was friendly. can't download pahanggo app to pay parking - not sure why. and staff offered to help. so I extended 2nd night stay. Unfortunately i did not ask for room service earlier so evening of 2nd night I had to ask for clean towel and fresh water bottles. I waited more than 1 hour and these items were not delivered. sent my kid down. He went up and down several times and they refused to release towel or water bottle. I had to call and they insisted they have sent/forgotten. By the time I got frustrated, and they realised that I am serious about needing towels and water, a lady finally came up at 11.30pm with fresh towel on condition that the dirty ones must be swapped and she insisted i look around for it to double and triple check the room. That was another stand-off on a very late night where I cannot find the old towels. And no water bottles."
