Kuantan Hotels with Wifi

We absolutely loved our stay! The view is amazing, offering a stunning sunrise and a room overlooking the sea and pool. The check-in process was also incredibly easy. It’s perfect for a family of five adults. The bathroom is spacious and the room is comfortable. The towels left lint clinging to our skin, which was a bit disappointing. However, I enjoyed our overall stay. I hope you can change them.

Had a wonderful 3D2N stay here as a couple. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time at the resort. There were plenty of complimentary activities available, which made the stay even more enjoyable and gave us lots to do without any additional cost. The resort was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is the location, as it is quite far from Kuantan town. However, if you’re looking for a quiet escape away from the city, this is actually a great choice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back!

The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff were polite, and the check-in process was smooth. The facilities were basic, nothing too special but everything worked fine. It was a decent stay and suitable if you’re looking for a simple place to rest.

the room is nice the water heater for shower is nice oso, just small problem that coz the window unable to open so if off aircon for a day when i come back the air will be abit fusty while it is able to solve after on the aircon and on the door for awhile. They provide water dispenser as well that provide cool and hot water. The second florr got chatting place and a big balcony for gatherings. Oh yeah they did not provide microwave and fridge but is okay for me. Got a supermarket just opposite and a lots of restaurants in 10mins walk. Overall i like this place and may come again.

Location 1. The location is probably one of the best things about this hotel, especially if you’re here for food hunting! Just across the road, you’ll find plenty of famous and viral cafés and restaurants to explore. 2. It’s right in town, so getting around and accessing everything is pretty easy. 3. Kuantan River is just behind the hotel, which is actually really nice if you enjoy a morning or evening brisk walk. 4. Kuantan Tower is also just behind the hotel, so if you have some extra time, you can easily squeeze in a visit. Room 1. The room is carpeted, and unfortunately, this was one of the things I didn’t really enjoy. I have a sensitive nose, and the carpet felt quite dusty and not very well maintained. You can even feel the dustiness when walking barefoot. 2. The bed was comfortable though, and I actually liked the pillows! They even promote the pillows in the room, and apparently you can purchase them if you really like them. 3. One thing I found really weird — there’s no power point next to the bed! 🤣 There was only one convenient place to charge our phones and it was all the way across the room from the bed. Very, very far when you just want to lie down and scroll through your phone! Others The bathroom was okay and pretty decent. There’s also a good-sized fridge in the room, which is always useful. Another plus — no deposit was required during check-in. Overall, the location is definitely the biggest advantage, especially if food hunting is part of your Kuantan trip. The room itself was okay, but there are a few things that could be improved, especially the carpet and the lack of power points near the bed. There’s also plenty of parking that the hotel provides behind. Will we stay here again? Probably not. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but there are other hotels we’d probably try next time.

1. Parking is self-paid, costing 65 cents per hour to the city council, except on Sundays and public holidays. 2. There are many eateries nearby, and it's within walking distance to Kuantan Tower or Padang as it's in the city center. 3. There is hotel parking available for RM3, but you need to get it verified at the counter every time you exit the hotel. 4. Staff are okay. 5. The building only has 4 floors. 6. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not strong. 7. The TV and bathroom are okay.

Although the exterior of the hotel looks a little dated, don’t let that fool you—the interior is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The room and bathroom were spotless. The towels, bed linens, and pillowcases were clean, fresh, and smelled great. The room was also well equipped with almost everything you might need, including an iron, hair dryer, face towels, and room slippers. The air conditioning and lighting worked perfectly throughout my stay. One feature I especially appreciated was the reading light above the bed. I don’t like sleeping in complete darkness, so being able to leave just that light on made the room very comfortable for me. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Birthday Stay at Kasturi Cherating 🌴 We went to Kasturi Cherating to celebrate my birthday. Upon arrival, the buggy picked us up from the parking area and brought us to the lobby. We received a welcome drink, although it was a little too sweet for my liking. Interestingly, the buggy driver was also the one who assisted us with the check-in process. This gave me the impression that the resort might be slightly understaffed, as the same staff seemed to be handling multiple roles. We had to wait for almost an hour as it wasn’t quite time for check-in yet. While waiting, we were served complimentary tea, which was actually really good. Then we headed to our villa. The room was spacious and had a beautiful beach view, which I really loved. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the villa. There were visible stains on the floor, especially in the bathroom, and we also experienced leaking from the ceiling. It was a shame because the room itself had so much potential. For breakfast, the selection was quite limited and the food was not particularly impressive. I was expecting more variety and better quality, especially for a 5-star resort. Overall, we still had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. However, considering the price we paid, the overall experience did not really feel like a 5-star resort. I was expecting a more luxurious experience, better-maintained facilities, higher cleanliness standards and service that matches the 5-star positioning. I hope the management can look into the staffing, maintenance, cleanliness and food quality. The resort has a beautiful setting and great potential, and I would definitely love to visit again if these areas are improved. Cleanliness: 6/10 Food: 5/10 Room: 9/10 Overall: 7/10

Had a really good stay at Skytree Hotel, Kuantan. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the whole experience even better. The check-in and check-out process was smooth like butter!. The location was also convenient and easy to get around. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re visiting Kuantan. Would definitely come back again!

Had a pleasant stay at Grand Continental Kuantan. The staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and the room was comfortable. Room cleanliness was generally good, though I noticed some dust behind the bed. Overall, it was still a nice stay and I would consider coming back.
