The towel will be provided as your request for how many person you check in. There are swimming pool at level 5. Easy checkout where you put back your key inside designated mailbox when you check in.

A wonderful beach resort that is ideal for families with children. We had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed the wide range of facilities available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a generous selection of high-quality options. Very relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Had a lovely stay wt the family. Overall was ok,though may I suggest the hotel to open up area for breakfast esp during peak season (school holiday and PH)as there was a long queue. Even when we came early before 7.30am,the restaurant was almost filled up. Also ,the hotel should also have a place to get towels at the 2nd pool,we didn't get to use the pool towels since it was at the other pool area. The beach was nice and clean.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa and was truly impressed with the overall experience. The villa was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were beautifully designed, with all the necessary amenities provided. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. The staff and host were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our visit. Everything was exactly as described, and in many ways exceeded our expectations. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable vacation. I would definitely love to come back again in the future.

the toilet and room very clean. got iron at each floor and got parking space. located near Pantai cempedak just less than 10 minutes drive. Bonus point got TMG supermarket infront of the house very convenient to do quick shopping. i don't took picture of the house but really beautiful and cozy place, got bonding space at level 1 with small table tennis and corridor outside to chill

L location very strategic. Near to Teruntum Tower and a lot of cafe around the hotels. All the basics amenities are provided. Iron and board also provided. Breakfast choice is just nice. Just one thing that not satisfied...during the staycation, the reception area was under renovation and this is not informed earlier by hotel management.

This place is in an attractive and strategic location. It has a private beach with beautiful views and no traffic noise – very peaceful. There are swimming pools for both children and adults. For the kids' pool, there's no entertainment, so you'll need to bring your own pool toys if you want your children to play. There are many room types available and they are very comfortable. You can ask the resort for advice on room selection, as some rooms face the beach and some don't. Some require using a lift, while others allow you to park your car right next to the room. Regardless, always ask the resort for advice on the type of accommodation. This resort is also senior-friendly because it's mostly flat, without many stairs to climb. Breakfast is commensurate with the price. It's a standard open-air resort, so don't expect 5-star hotel standards. But overall, my friends and I are very satisfied. We might try a different room type next time.

The hotel was quite decent with its price and the amenities it offers. I love the room that i booked where it allows smoking. This hotel also provides lift and ample parking lots. There is also small fridge in the room which is covenient for me. The mamak restaurant is also near and hassle free to walk there. I would repeat this hotel i bthe future if i have occasion in kuantan.

The room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked very well, making the stay comfortable. The staff were also friendly and provided good service. However, it seems that the hotel has been operating for quite some time, and many of the facilities are in need of maintenance. First, the shower had excellent water pressure, but the drainage was extremely poor. It seemed like the drain was clogged, as the water quickly accumulated and flooded the shower area. Second, the bathtub stopper was broken. No matter how many times I pressed it, it wouldn’t close, so I couldn’t fill the bathtub with water. On top of that, the hot water for the bathtub wasn’t hot enough. I had even bought a bath bomb specially for this stay, but I couldn’t use it at all, which was quite disappointing. Third, the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. There was a noticeable amount of dust in several areas. Fourth, the toilet had yellow stains, and the toilet seat looked old and dirty. I would recommend replacing the toilet seat to improve the overall cleanliness and appearance. Lastly, the breakfast was disappointing. The food was not very tasty. Overall, while the room was spacious, the air conditioning was great, and the staff provided good service, the maintenance, cleanliness, and breakfast quality need significant improvement. Considering the price, I don’t think it offers good value for money. 先说优点，房间很宽敞，冷气也很够冷，住起来算是舒服，工作人员的服务态度也很好。 不过，酒店可能开业已有一段时间，感觉有不少设施需要维修和改善： 1. 淋浴的水压很大，这点很好，但排水非常差，应该是排水孔堵塞了，洗澡时水很快就积满整个淋浴区。 2. 浴缸的塞子坏了，无论怎么按都无法把排水口关上，所以完全不能蓄水。而且浴缸的热水也不够热，我还特地买了 bath bomb，结果完全用不上，有点可惜。 3. 房间清洁做得不够仔细，一些角落积了不少灰尘。 4. 马桶有明显发黄的污渍，马桶坐垫看起来也比较旧、脏，建议更换新的坐垫，会让整体卫生观感好很多。 5. 早餐选择不多，味道也比较普通，没有达到这个价位应有的水准。 整体来说，虽然房间空间大、冷气舒适，员工服务也不错，但设施维护、清洁和早餐品质都有待改善，以这个价格来说，我觉得性价比并不高。

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest well after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping the room tidy throughout my stay.
