"The resort is quite large, with beautiful scenery and great air quality. We booked a two-bedroom villa with a private pool. Our room was conveniently located very close to the activity center, within walking distance. Shuttles to the beach or lobby were quick to arrive. It was hot during the day, but mornings and evenings were very pleasant. There's an infinity pool, and they even have a foam party in the afternoon. In the evenings, there's a live singer who takes requests and interacts enthusiastically with guests. On alternate days, there's a Filipino artist performing fire stunts, which the kids absolutely loved. Breakfast was quite rich, though it could get a bit crowded. We had dinner there three nights in a row, and it got a little repetitive because the menu didn't change much, though the selection itself was still quite good. I even tried crocodile meat for the first time! The housekeeping staff were very diligent and responsible; it seemed like they spent a long time cleaning each time. When it was too hot to go out, just playing in our private pool was a great option. The only slight downside is that while the accommodation price is already quite high, everything else besides the room comes with an extra charge. This made it feel less like an all-inclusive experience and not very cost-effective."

"Based on the photos, everything looks great. But two days here is definitely enough. It's my first time in Mui Ne, and initially, I didn't realize how far this place is from the center or what that even meant. The price certainly justifies the stay – just be aware that you're staying in an area far from town, where all the cafes and shops offer the same limited selection. If you love good food and enjoy a cappuccino in the morning, this isn't the place for you.)) The grounds are small and beautiful, the rooms are clean and new, and there's a pleasant view from the window. The room price includes access to one pool (the second isn't necessary and costs an additional 170k). There are electric carts and escalators for easy access to and from the sea. It gets very windy and even chilly in the evenings. We didn't have hot water in our room. If you want to escape civilization, this place is perfect. If not, it's better to choose a hotel in central Mui Ne."

"One word says it all: AMAZING! The hotel, the pools, the beach, the staff, the restaurant—everything was simply lovely. Grab taxis were very affordable, making it easy to get around for meals, laundry, and more. The property also offers great facilities, including a ping-pong table, billiards, and even a movie theater. We even got a free upgrade to ocean view room. We’re already missing our time at The Cliff. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Environment: I looked at so many hotels when choosing, and finally picked this one for its central location. The hotel environment is fantastic, with its own small private beach and white sand. I really loved the whole hotel, with beautiful scenery at every turn and lots of vibrant greenery. Service: I'm giving 5 stars for service; everyone was so enthusiastic. I suddenly got my period, and a staff member at the front desk helped me buy what I needed, which was incredibly thoughtful. Hygiene: The hygiene was good, and the pool was also very clean. Breakfast wasn't super lavish, but it was enough to fill me up. I had omelets and Vietnamese pho both days. It was delicious. If I come back to Vietnam, I'll definitely choose this hotel again."

"I recently stayed at Le VIVA Resort Mui Ne and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully maintained with spacious and clean rooms, lovely landscaping, and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is excellent — right along the beachfront with amazing views and easy access to the sea. The breakfast selection was great, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. I also really enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and well-designed for both relaxation and fun. Despite having an issue with the WiFi and the fridge in my room at first, the staff handled it exceptionally well. After notifying the front desk, they immediately sent someone to fix the issues. Their quick and attentive response truly stood out and made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, Le VIVA Resort Mui Ne exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mui Ne!"

"Poorest service ever. Slow front desk check-in. Many guests were waiting for more than an hour to get to room keys. No aircon in elevator And I was answered that they dont provide room cleaning or make-up service 😡, even I stay more than 1 night!!!! They just “support” to change the towel?!? What the hell is it called “support” here?"

"The hotel is great! We really enjoyed our stay here, we stayed from 10.04 to 15.04. The room was in a 4-story building, next to the pool and access to the sea. The beach is large and clean. The infinity pool is great! Good service, cleaning and daily change of towels. The food is high-quality, there is enough of everything. There is a coffee break at 2 p.m. We arrived at 12 p.m. They checked us in immediately with a partial view of the sea. Kite schools are nearby. The entrance to the sea is gentle and fast. Across the road there are a lot of restaurants, pharmacies and shops. The territory is well-groomed. As for us, the beds were a bit hard. The sea was calm in the morning, by lunchtime the wind rose, and then the waves. Everything is great! Thank you very much to the hotel and the team!"

"We're currently staying at the hotel in Nova rooms and are very happy. There are lots of plants on the grounds, so it's like being in a botanical garden. I was worried about the bags, but they're on the beach, but in the water, they don't bother us at all; they look like stones. The beach is well-maintained, there are plenty of sun loungers, and the water is clean. There are waves on this coast, but we love them. We only had one strong storm (October 30th), and all the trash that washed up was quickly removed. There are two pools, one for children and one for adults. We only stayed in the adult pool, and it's very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are cleaned perfectly, the towels smell amazing, and the bed linen is snow-white. All the staff are very friendly, smiling, and helpful, and they speak good English. We also attended the Saturday barbecue and spa at the hotel. The dinner was delicious and varied, and the spa was the best I've ever had. Our massages were done by specialists named HOA and THAO, and GTIAU was the cashier. It's a shame we're leaving soon. I highly recommend this place!"

"We had a fantastic stay! The staff and manager Dat really made us feel welcome and taken care of. We opted for their car service from and back to Ho Chi Minh City and to get to a coffee shop in the area - the driver is great, focused and on time. The design of the place amazing, we especially appreciated that they used only natural materials, with practically no plastic anywhere in sight. The breakfast is very filling, and you can choose from a few options. We had scrambled eggs, pho, banana pancakes - all delicious. RedSands is not big, but there is really everything to enjoy a lazy weekend away: little pool, rooftop terrace, coconuts for sale, huge open air bathtub, and sea view!"

"Visited during the Chinese New Year holiday, and the hotel had so many activities, really getting into the festive spirit! It was full of Westerners (mostly Canadians). The hotel's beach is a famous windsurfing spot, and I even took a windsurfing lesson – $150 for an adult and a child for two hours, which was super good value! The hotel breakfast was decent, with live piano and violin music. There's a fantastic BBQ joint right across the street, plus a Russian restaurant and an Italian restaurant. The Italian place was delicious! 🤤"
