"部屋には洗濯機・乾燥機・キッチン・バスタブが備わっており、連泊だったのでとても助かりました。 お部屋も綺麗で2人でも十分な広さがあり、タオル交換やゴミ捨てもしてくれて快適に過ごせました。 徒歩圏内にはセブンイレブンとハングリージャックスがあります。夜も普通に歩けるくらいの雰囲気で、治安面も問題なく感じました。 中心部（スーパー、ナイトマーケット、カフェなど）からは少し離れているため、移動は基本的にウーバーやタクシーが必須です。歩くとかなり距離はありますが、散策しながら歩くのも楽しかったです。 ホテルまでのアクセスは、空港からタクシーで15分しないくらいでした。近くにバス停や駅はありません。 Wi-Fiは問題なく使え、速度や安定性も不便は感じませんでした。 騒音はほとんど気になりませんが、真下のプールで騒いでいる声が少し聞こえる程度でした。 ベッドの寝心地は良かったです。ただ、シャワーは一定時間を過ぎるとお湯が出なくなってしまい、水しか出なくなる点は少し残念でした。 全体的には設備がとても充実していて、特に連泊・長期滞在にはかなり便利なホテルだと思います。 3泊しましたが、この値段でこの快適さならコスパ良く、とても満足できました。フロントの方も最初から最後までとても親切で、気持ちよく滞在できました。"

"Great stay, even better than expected. We were lucky and got a room with a great view. The location was incredibly convenient and close to many nearby amenities. The doorbell phone to ring the night manager by Gate 1 was not working however, luckily someone was coming out and was kind enough to let us in to ring the night manager at the main phone."

"Customer service from before durkng and leaving was very good! Staff were helpful when needed! Definitely recommend, this was also last minas as well so it was a good stay! My room was spot in and sheets and towels changed daily 😊"

"The hotel is a half-hour walk from the city center. We live in a double bedroom with a kitchen, which can be easily cooked. The bed in the room is more comfortable and suitable for family and children. The disadvantage is that it is a little distance from the city center and the pier. Far away, the hotel has a small swimming pool, suitable for children, there is no place to eat around."

"Great hotel at a great price. Big, clean room with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The pool was also great and refreshing. Walking distance to all restaurants and major shops. They make good coffee in the hotel bar too! They don’t clean your room for stays of less than 7 nights, but we were able to get clean towels daily if we wanted them. Friendly staff and overall a great home for us while we visited Cairns!"

"My husband and I had a great stay at BreakFree Royal Harbour! We were pleasantly surprised by how close we were to all of the spots we were wanting to visit. When leaving the ground floor, you exit right onto the Esplanade! I’ve included a picture of the Ferris Wheel view from our window!"

"The facilities are too poor. I live on the first floor and found that the blinds were not closed tightly at night, so all the light leaked in. The lights in the yard were so bright that I couldn't sleep all night."
