"The Apartment Hotel 11 Nagoya was a very convenient stay. It was super clean and comfortable. It's a walk to the subway and a short walk to other spots. There's lots of stores and restaurants close to the hotel as well. We used the airport bus from Sakae station to Nagoya airport NGO and it was super convenient (cashless service). They also have a bus from the airport that stops at Nagoya Tokyu hotel, which will be even more convenient. Looking forward to the next stay in Nagoya."

"We stayed with our family. The interior and exterior were very clean. Check-in was all done by machine, and we had some issues, but the receptionist was there and explained everything calmly. They weren't very accommodating, and the room was very clean. However, I wouldn't recommend it for traveling with small children. There were three beds, but no toddler beds. Parents had to use pillows to keep their children from falling out of the bed. Since it wasn't attached to the wall, I was a bit worried about them falling out, and sure enough, there was a bang in the middle of the night, followed by a crying sound... If there were bed rails or something, I would highly recommend it for families with children, but the beds are a bit narrow for co-sleeping, so it was a bit tricky. It's perfectly fine for adults traveling alone."

"Station Ai is located one stop from JR Kanayama Station, accessible via Chubu Centrair International Airport. It's about a 5-minute walk from Tsurumai Subway Station and JR Station, providing convenient access to Nagoya Station, Sakae Station, and Nagoya Castle. Tsurumai Park is right outside the station, perfect for a stroll. The room was spacious and clean, fully equipped, with a separate toilet and bathroom. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of a bathtub in the bathroom, making it unsuitable for a soak after a long day of sightseeing; also, the TV only supported online streaming and did not receive local channels. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nagoya."

"It was very clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near Nagoya Station. However, it was a little disappointing that there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom and the air conditioning didn't work. Other than that, the facilities and amenities were perfect. It was a great place to stay."

The night before checkout, because I was shocked, I was helpless, Trip CS was worthy of praise, and the reply was fast and convenient. The original owner will check out the night before sending email and ask me to put a return key 🔑 to the mailbox. In addition, there are residential houses nearby, which are quieter.
