"The room is spacious and well equipped. It's a bit far from Nagoya station and not many buses around the hotel. It's a bit inconvenient. There's shuttle bus available in the morning on weekdays. Longer service time on weekends. Maybe the hotel is busy, the lounge staff wasn't too friendly. I have short hair but I found a long hair on my bed under the blanket. The bedsheet has some black colour fabric fibers but I wore light colour pajamas."

"This was my second stay at this hotel. Compared with my previous visit about 5–6 years ago, the facilities are starting to show their age. The air conditioner was leaking water, and the bathtub drained very slowly. After just 2–3 minutes of showering, the water had already risen above my ankles, which was quite inconvenient. Other than these maintenance issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel will consider improving these facilities, as I otherwise had a pleasant stay."

"This is my second stay here. I chose it again because last time I found it super convenient for airport transfers, with the airport bus nearby, and it's also a short walk to Fushimi subway station. There's a large drugstore right outside, and Nagoya Station is about a 15-minute walk away, or you can catch various bus lines. The hotel rooms are compact but very comfortable. This time, breakfast was included, and it was quite good – noodles, rice, and bread were all available, saving me money on coffee and a lot of time! What truly surprised me this time was that amazing showerhead – I'm seriously obsessed! I wonder if I can install one at home, I really want the same model! All in all, I'll definitely want to visit Nagoya again (I've explored Hida Takayama and Nagashima Spa Land before, and this time I visited Inuyama and Magome-juku, plus many great shopping malls). When I do return, I'll absolutely stay here!"

"This is more like a service apartment. The room has a stove and even a washing machine, which takes up space in an already small room. The living area feels a bit cramped, with the large bed almost facing the TV directly. The view outside the window isn't great, and I'm not sure if that's because I booked through Trip.com. On the positive side, the VIP lounge on the 18th floor is excellent, with good food and service."

"Great location, a few minutes from nagoya station, underground shopping. Hotel has a public bath, quite good the only problem I had was with other guest not removing their shoes. Great restaurants nearby and a Lawson downstairs."

"The hotel's hot spring and shower facilities are excellent, and the other guests are very considerate. However, it's a bit inconvenient that you have to take off your shoes right at the entrance on the first floor, and there were some small prickles on the carpet that bothered my feet. But I respect that this might be a local custom."

"The hotel is very big, clean, and beautiful 😍 The staffs at the counter r friendly and very helpful. They are able to speak simple English which makes the communication smooth and it’s definitely a big plus for the hotel 👍 However, this hotel is a bit far away from the city center. And most importantly, THE TAXI 🚕 DRIVERS OUTSIDE THE HOTEL . They are WAY TOO RUDE TO US. They park their car at the hotel entrance and block the way. We would like to drop off our luggage first but the TAXI DRIVER CHASE US AWAY WITH A VERY BAD ATTITUDE . We hope the hotel management will take note on this and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents from happening for the future guests. Overall all is good 👍"
