Scenic Hotels in Nagoya

"The hotel is conveniently connected to one of the exits of Nagoya Station, which was a huge plus for us on both sunny and rainy days—especially since it rained during part of our stay! I stayed at this hotel twice: once when I first arrived in Nagoya, and again after returning from a 2D1N trip outside the city before flying home. I'm so glad I chose Mitsui both times! As all the guest rooms are located above the 18th floor, the views were fantastic. From our room, we enjoyed a beautiful bird's-eye view of Nagoya City. In fact, I almost felt like I didn't need to visit the observation deck on the 51st floor of JR Central Towers to enjoy the city skyline! The service was excellent as well. The hotel kindly stored our luggage while we were away on our overnight trip. When we returned to check in for our second stay, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our luggage had already been moved to our room without us even having to ask. A big thank you to the staff for being so attentive and proactive in preparing everything before we arrived. Besides its excellent location next to Nagoya Station, there is a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven directly opposite the hotel. There's also a Mister Donut across the road, where we grabbed breakfast and snacks before heading out each day. Overall, I honestly have nothing to complain about. The location, service, and comfort all exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again when I visit Nagoya."

"The hotel was under renovation, and the front desk was makeshift, but the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable, perfect for a good rest. There's a drugstore and a convenience store downstairs, and it's about a 7-8 minute walk from Shin-Sakaemachi subway station. Sakae shopping district is also within walking distance."

"I booked a hotel on last minute because of the Typhoon number six, and I was not disappointed at all! For the business hotel, the room is big and have enough space for the luggage (even though I didn’t bring one, but I hope I would bring one!) the location is well with a walking distance distance from the train station. There’s also Lawson down stair with no need to go out of the building’s shades which is important for the rainy days. I always stay one night but I wish I stay more. The room is very clean and looks luxury and new. The staff are great as well. They provide you a lot of amenities to pick up before you go up to your room. I don’t see any other words of this hotel and I just think that is very worthy of the price. I would consider to stay in this hotel next time I visit Nagoya."

"The biggest plus is the location. As a solo female traveler visiting Nagoya for the first time, I felt very safe. It's only a few minutes' walk from Nagoya Station, and there's an LV store right downstairs. The area reminds me a bit of the shops above Guangzhou's Taikoo Hui. There are plenty of dining options nearby too. However, I had to request housekeeping; my room wasn't cleaned until the fourth day. I later found out it was because I hadn't hung the 'please clean' sign on the door. Other than that, everything else was fine. Hotels in Japan at this price point tend to be on the smaller side. The complimentary breakfast from the bakery downstairs was nice – a donut, a croissant, and a drink every day. It's definitely better value than buying it separately. If you're traveling solo and prioritize safety and convenience, this hotel is a great choice."

"The room size is big enough and we cant find any hotel have such a size in Nagoya. All the staff are polite and able to communicate in English. This is exceptional compared to my experience in OMO... in Osaka where I needed to use Google translation app for communication. If you really want me to say any room for improvement, I would advice that the cleaning service. This is not about the 3 days deeping cleaning policy. It is about the slippers where they all threw under the seat or table. And I can also find that there are tissue or snacks under the table after cleaning. Anyway, I like this place and will definitely consider it again next time when I visit Nagoya."

"The hotel has a very convenient location, close to various shopping malls, making it easy to find food and enjoy shopping. We rented a car, and the hotel offers a partner parking facility where we could park at a cheaper rate compared to other parking options in the Sakae area. Everyone really liked it. This time, we booked a total of 3 rooms for 2 nights each, and we would definitely stay here again if we have the chance."

"It's really clean. Everyday they come to my room in the morning to clean up. It's not that far from any station but it's not also near especially when you're going home and you're already so tired from all the walking. But the seevice is really good. Will come again if given a chance"
