"The hotel's location is great, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and communicated well in English. The room was a bit small, but the bathroom and toilet were relatively spacious. The only minor drawback was that the washbasin was inside the room, and the sound of running water could easily disturb others sharing the room."

"Location is superb at Sakae area, with 24hr Donki just opposite and a Family Mart at the ground floor. Stores around include Uniqlo, GU, Daiso, ABC Mart, 3 Coins +, drug stores etc. It's walking distance around 10mins to Oasis 21 bus terminal for the direct bus to and fro airport, which I find is more convenient than taking the train as would need to exchange subway line at Nagoya station. Front desk service is good and friendly. We love the free Miso soup and drinks provided, and also amenities like facial wash, moisturiser, mask, very thoughtful gesture. They also help to store my luggage when i went for Takayama for a few days before coming back to check in again for another few days. Queen size bed room is considered spacious, bed is comfy. Just that the pillow that they provided is some kind of special functional pillow but is too thin and flat for my liking. Overall a great stay :)"

The location is quite convenient, about a few minutes' walk from Nagoya Station, making it suitable for those catching the Shinkansen or airport lines the next day, or those just staying for a short stopover in Nagoya. The hotel exterior is easy to recognize, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it's quite convenient if you're arriving with luggage. However, it's not right outside the station, so if you have a lot of luggage or it's very hot, you'll still have to walk a short distance. The lobby and front desk area are clean and bright, with a simple business-style decor that isn't flashy but is pleasant to look at. Next to the front desk, there are self-service amenities like tea bags, coffee, and small toiletries that you can take as needed, which is very practical for a Japanese hotel. The staff also handles check-ins in an organized manner, with clear procedures. The rooms are typical of Japanese city hotels – clean, fully functional, and suitable for a one-night stay to organize luggage and continue your journey the next day. This isn't a resort hotel; it's more like an efficient urban pit stop: take a shower, get some sleep, recharge, and head out again the next morning."

The hotel's biggest highlight is its superb location, making travel incredibly convenient. It's right next to the Shinkansen exit of Nagoya Station, just a five to six-minute walk from the Taiko-dori exit of JR Nagoya Station, so you don't have to walk far with luggage. Whether you're taking the Shinkansen to and from Osaka and Tokyo, or using the subway and Meitetsu lines, it's all very easy. Convenience stores, fast-food restaurants, and specialty ramen shops are all nearby, making it convenient for returning from night tours or stocking up on supplies. Commuting to attractions like Legoland, the Railway Museum, and Atsuta Jingu is completely stress-free. The hotel's facilities show great attention to detail. Unlike most Japanese hotels that provide toiletries fixed in the room, here you can pick up a selection of amenities from the lobby on the first floor, including makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, dental kits, and combs. This 'take what you need' approach prevents waste, is hygienic and flexible, catering to different lengths of stay and various guest needs – a thoughtful detail indeed. Most surprisingly, the hotel's breakfast was excellent – a wide variety of dishes at a reasonable price, offering incredible value. The breakfast includes Japanese set meals, Western light meals, grain staples, seasonal side dishes, desserts, and drinks, accommodating both Chinese and Japanese palates. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are authentic. Compared to the prices at attractions and restaurants around Nagoya, the hotel breakfast is very affordable. You don't need to wake up early to find food outside; one breakfast here is nutritious and abundant, saving both time and money. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-arranged, with comfortable bedding and decent soundproofing. The staff are polite, attentive, and respond promptly. Overall, there are no major complaints; transportation, dining, and detailed service are all top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Nagoya."
