"I was planning to check out the day before, but I liked it so much that I ended up staying for a few nights. The location is great. Also, this is a room in a regular apartment, so the surrounding area is full of regular homes. You can hear the sounds of your neighbors' daily lives, so it's not exactly quiet, but it was nice to get a feel for how Mongolians live up close."

"I was very satisfied with this accommodation. The host was very kind and made our stay very comfortable. The host came out to meet us so we wouldn't get lost. The host took care of our luggage while we traveled to other parts of Mongolia. I could contact the host via Whats app. The toilet and shower room were separate. i love that. The hot water came out very well. The host even let me use the washing machine. The common area was spacious and comfortable. If I go to Mongolia again, I will stay at this hotel."

"This place has an excellent location! It's only about 800 meters from the main square. If you're taking a taxi, you can tell the driver ”Drama Theatre” as a landmark. There are CU and GS25 convenience stores nearby. It has its own kitchen, which makes it perfect for friends traveling together. There's also an elevator. Early check-in is possible (just arrange it in advance). It was a bit hard to find the hotel at first because there's no sign with the hotel name. But later, they sent me instructions that made it very clear where to go. I didn't have internet, so the owner actually came out himself, showed me the way, and escorted me to my room, which I really appreciate."

"Pros: Cleanliness and Great Location The apartment itself was very clean and nice, which I appreciated. The location is also excellent—it’s just a 3-minute walk to Emart, so it was easy to buy fresh fruit (they have a great variety of delicious imported apples). Cons: Difficult Check-in and Communication However, finding the apartment is quite challenging. I don’t think I would have found it if I hadn't taken the taxi arranged by the host. I wouldn't recommend this place if you are arriving on a late-night flight and are not fluent in Mongolian. The door lock system was also very frustrating. It’s different from standard locks, making it extremely difficult to open the door and pull the key out. It is essential to meet the host in person and practice using the key several times. Host Communication I managed to open the door late at night, but when the key got stuck, I messaged the host for help. Even though the host read my message, they didn't reply, leaving me waiting for a long time without being able to sleep. (I suspect the host is not very fluent in English.) Overall Verdict The house is clean and well-located, but due to the communication and access issues, I wouldn't recommend it to foreign travelers unless you can communicate fluently in Mongolian."

"This is an excellent family apartment located in Zaisan, Ulaanbaatar. It features a generous layout with plenty of room for family members to relax. The whole place is spotlessly clean, and all daily amenities are well-prepared. The surrounding environment is pleasant and secure. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient from check-in to check-out. If you are traveling with your family, this is absolutely a top pick. Strongly recommended to all travelers!"

"I stayed at Eagle Town a second time on my way home from Mongolia, and even though I arrived late, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the guy at the front desk whose name I didn't catch. He got me a ride to the airport the day after, and -- although this was a misunderstanding -- had prepared the room specially to house four people (I was traveling alone, but Trip.com had made it look like there were four of us). The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds, perfect after having been in the countryside for a week. The location is rather close to Chinggis Khan Airport, or at least as close as you're likely to get for now, and there are plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores in the area. I didn't have any use for the kitchen, but it seemed to be supplied with at least some basics for people who want to cook themselves."

"This hostel is super convenient; it's easy to get to by bus, and the hygiene facilities are good. Although there was no one at the front desk who let me choose my room using a password, no one bothered me even though I booked an eight-person dorm. I ended up staying in a four-person dorm, which was fantastic for one person!"

"This was one of the best apartments I have stayed in in Ulaanbaatar and I have booked places all over the city. It is clean and well-furnished with new kitchen equipment. It is also centrally located - only a brief walk to Sukhbaatar square and near many shops and restaurants. The owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions. The only downside is that it is a 5th floor walkup with no elevator so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage you might want to consider this. Otherwise it is a great find."
