GGuest UserThis is a wonderful hotel. It's new, clean, warm, and the rooms are spacious. We've stayed as a family of four in a room with two large beds, and another time as a couple in a room with one bed. We had an early flight in the morning, and they provided us with breakfast to go. The drive to the airport from the hotel took 25-30 minutes. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel for free for several days. There's a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna, and two restaurants: one on the first floor (European cuisine) and one on the top floor (Mongolian cuisine). The hotel staff are very attentive.
I really like this hotel for stopovers when traveling from Ulan-Ude to Chinggis Khaan Airport and vice versa. The hotel isn't in the city center, so you can avoid local traffic jams.

During my stay, there was an unexpected accident with the room I had originally planned to stay in, but the front desk staff handled the situation and even upgraded me to a different room. I am very grateful that they responded with a smile to my poor language skills.
The view of the city from the room was also great.
I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity to go to Ulaanbaatar again.

GGuest UserGood and clean hotel. While it's rated as 5-star, I would give it a high international 4-star rating. Staff are helpful and their English is very good. Location overlooks the main square of UB - this is a plus and minus. If there are a lot of activities/celebrations going on while you're in UB and you're facing the square, you'll hear ALL OF IT. If you're looking to go the main business area just north of the Shangri-la Mall, then it's about a casual 15-minute walk.

UUkamiThe reception staff and all the other employees were truly friendly and kind. They were quick and efficient with everything. The bathroom was very clean, and the room itself was spacious.
Compared to other hotels of the same category, the price was more affordable, yet the room was larger and more comfortable. This is the first hotel, in my experience, that has handled every aspect of guest comfort and service so thoughtfully and well.
Even though I have stayed at many hotels, this one stood out as the friendliest. They were also very understanding and flexible when it came to extending the room during checkout time. Many other hotels tend to rush guests or charge extra immediately, but that was not the case here.
I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever I return.

We were provided with a taxi to the train station and also provided with breakfast, despite the fact that we checked out very early. We can recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to visit Ulaanbaatar.

DDuerjiaThe hotel is very clean, nicely decorated, and its location is great. Many city attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was decent, and the views were excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel had a separate breakfast area exclusively for Korean guests, and others weren't allowed in. I would have really liked to try it.

JJinxiaomiaoailvyouThe room is very big and the clothes are very soft and comfortable. There are two restaurants upstairs, one Korean and one Chinese. There is a convenience store downstairs which is very convenient for shopping. The only thing is that the shower in the bathroom is not used, but everything else is fine.
