I really liked both the apartment and the location. All the sights are within walking distance. I really, really, really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The only thing was that the hot water was turned off for the last few days, so I had to shower in a basin. But still, the advantages of this apartment far outweigh this minor inconvenience.

The landlord was easy to communicate with and provided attentive service; the room was clean and tidy; shopping was convenient nearby, and the kitchen was fully equipped, so you could buy groceries and cook your own meals. Overall, I was very satisfied!

The room was very clean and overall satisfactory, but the shower drain was clogged and drained very slowly. The TV didn't work. The biggest issue was that the bed mattress was as hard as the floor, making it uncomfortable. If only they could improve the mattress, I'd definitely want to stay here again. It was also nice that there's a free lounge on the first floor.

The hotel was renovated in 2026, and the rooms are very clean and new. The rooms are spacious with ample lighting. Each room has a kitchen, induction cooker, basic cooking utensils, and a dining table and chairs for easy cooking. The sheets and towels are very clean and white. However, shampoo and shower gel are not provided. The hotel's location is also very convenient; a supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.

Modern Comfort Meets Breathtaking Wilderness 🏔️✨ If you are looking for a place in Gorkhi Terelj National Park that perfectly balances modern luxury, endless entertainment, and untouched natural beauty, Imperial Mount Resort is the ultimate choice. The Ultimate Host: The biggest highlight of our stay was the resort owner, who is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and speaks fluent English. Having a host you can communicate with easily in the wilderness is a game-changer. There is absolutely no need to join a rigid group tour; the owner quickly arranged a private driver for us (at our own expense) to visit nearby attractions like Turtle Rock and the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex. It allowed us to customize our own itinerary and enjoy total freedom. The Vibe & Accommodation: The resort is beautifully designed with a sleek, modern wooden main building. We stayed in a Duplex Dome, which offered incredible space and a skylight for stargazing. The biggest luxury was the private, clean bathroom with excellent hot water and separate wet/dry areas—a rare find that completely redefines the typical Mongolian camping experience! The resort sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by majestic rock formations and roaming horses, giving it a dreamy, ”Little Switzerland” feel. Top-Notch Amenities (All Free!): Unlike other remote camps, this place keeps you entertained. Inside the main building, there is a designated Ping Pong room, a billiards table, and Karaoke rooms—all completely free to use! Outside, they have basketball court, volleyball court, a colorful children's playground, and BBQ pits. Incredible Food: The dining here blew us away. The included breakfast was fresh and relaxing. However, I highly recommend ordering their ala carte dinner. They serve a fantastic mix of Western and traditional Mongolian dishes. We ordered the grilled meat skewers with fries, a massive chicken Caesar salad, a comforting hot vegetable and meat stew, and traditional Mongolian Huushuur (deep-fried meat pastries) and Buuz (steamed dumplings). Everything was incredibly flavorful and hearty! Horseback Riding Nearby: There is a professional horse ranch run by a neighbor just 100 meters away. It costs 30,000 MNT per hour, which is very reasonable. Tip: If it's your first time riding, I highly recommend hiring a coach to guide you for safety. Verdict: 10/10. An unforgettable stay with amazing hospitality. I would come back in a heartbeat!

DON’T BE TRICKED LIKE I WAS The listing says it is a 6 minute drive from Chinggis Khan airport, but it in fact is a 30 minute drive. It is very close to the OLD airport which is not in use anymore. They offer free airport pickup, but we stayed the night before our flight so we did not need pickup, we needed drop off. Even though we didn’t use the free pickup service, we still had to pay $25 USD for airport dropoff. I had emailed the property twice during the week leading up to our stay to ask about drop off service and never got a reply. Also, there is a lack of communication between the staff- When we arrived at the property we had to call 3 times before they finally came to meet us to get our bags, then there was confusion about what room we were supposed to get and we were taken to 3 different rooms before it was the right one. The second one we had already settled in and had a shower before they came and told us it was the wrong room. We didn’t have a car so we walked around the area to find food and there were little to no restaurants, and only a couple of very small markets, so we ended up having to order food from the property restaurant. Every room is different as we discovered from being taken to 3 different rooms. They are verrrry spacious but some are definitely in better condition than others. Fortunately our final room was the best, however there was a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cook top, plates, but no silverware, no microwave, and no refrigerator. Why would you have a kitchen area and not have a refrigerator and silverware? There also was a washer in unit but no dryer. We didn’t have time to wait for our clothes to air dry during our one night stay so that was also useless. Overall, it was a cheap stay but you get what you pay for.

Good location with helpful & good staff. Room was clean and big. Additionally on the 2nd floor there is a Chinese restaurant which food quality is awesome.
