"Stayed at Brio Mireva Hotel & Apartment in Da Nang and overall it’s a modern, clean, and very convenient stay right in the An Thuong area, close to My Khe Beach, cafes, and restaurants—all within walking distance, which is one of its biggest strengths. Check-in is fairly smooth but not 24/7; the front desk typically operates only during limited hours. Just message them in advance and let them know what time you are arriving. Room is modern and equipped with useful amenities like a kitchenette, washing machine in our unit, a smart TV, and no windows, which is fine for us. Door access is via pin number system/electronic lock-based, so you don’t need physical keys. The room is quite stuffy and smelly with a sweaty smell, but we got used to it. Please service the air conditioning soon. However, it is still very worth the price. The ”lobby” of the place is just an empty area which they are looking to rent out. Rubbish is emptied outside the apartment by yourself and will be cleared in the morning. However, beware as there were people going through our rubbish afterwards."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff are friendly and the room was clean. We stayed for 3 nights, so they kindly offered a free airport pickup. On arrival, we received welcome fruits in the fridge. It's a convenient 10-minute walk to My Khe Beach and a 10-minute taxi ride to Dragon Bridge, making it easy to get around. There's a washing machine, dryer, and even free Netflix. There are also several Michelin-awarded restaurants nearby. The glass-enclosed bedroom has excellent soundproofing, and when the curtains are drawn, it gets nice and dim. This was really helpful for planning the next day's activities outside while our child was asleep. What impressed us most was their willingness to help us book a shuttle bus for a theme park. It was a huge help, especially since we don't speak Vietnamese. Thank you so much! ❤️"

"It was very convenient to have a rice cooker, dishes, and cutlery in the room! The dishes were especially useful for spreading out our delivery food. The refrigerator was also larger than in a typical hotel! There's a washing machine and even powdered detergent provided. There's not much space to hang laundry, so it might be best to do small loads frequently."

"This hotel, like any other, has its minor drawbacks – a window facing a wall, and a slight smell in the bathroom. But all of that pales in comparison to its main asset: the staff. Every single person I encountered, from reception to the bar, was incredibly welcoming and genuinely tried to help, anticipate needs, and make my stay more comfortable. A huge thank you for such a positive experience to everyone: the ladies at reception, the guy at the bar, and especially the person who was in the lobby late at night and, without me even asking, brought me some nuts so I wouldn't feel so lonely sitting there after everyone else had left. As for the rooms, they are spotless, truly spotless. Everything you need is there, including good quality bed linen and pristine white towels. I sincerely recommend this place."

"Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel is located in a convenient area within a newly developed neighborhood that is still relatively quiet due to the lack of heavy traffic and crowds. Although there's a main road nearby, the hotel is set back enough that traffic noise is minimal, making it a peaceful place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had no major issues during my stay. If you're looking for a quieter part of the city while still being within easy reach of everything, this hotel is a solid choice."

"The washing machine is general, you can dry on the top terrace. There was a moment when the code was changed to the door, did not report, and I couldn't get home at the hour of the night. The calls were not answered. Not immediately, but answered in the booking chat. Otherwise, the service is excellent."

"Here are the pros: The location is good; you just walk past a couple of buildings, and the beach is right there. However, if you want sun loungers and amenities, you'll need to walk a bit further. The bidet is a nice touch, so thanks for that :) The room itself is clean and has a pleasant interior. And that's pretty much where the good stuff ends. Now, for the cons, which are far more numerous: You can tell the hotel has seen better days. The plumbing is practically begging to be replaced. Adjusting the water temperature is a real challenge – it's either scalding hot or there's no hot water at all. The main issue, which has been mentioned by others, is that you can hear EVERYTHING in this room. Your neighbors sound like they're in the same room as you. You can hear them talking, and you can hear them banging pots and pans at 4 AM (why? for what reason?). You can literally hear every sneeze. Please, don't make our mistake of thinking that maybe people are just being overly critical about the soundproofing in the comments. Even the construction outside our window didn't bother us; we actually couldn't hear that. But we could hear everyone else. Smokers smoke on their balconies, so naturally, you can't sit out there without smelling smoke. Another very disappointing thing was our early arrival. We were told that early check-in wasn't possible because the rooms weren't ready. We could leave our bags, and they'd notify us once everything was prepared. But no one ever wrote to us. We spent half the day wandering around in limbo, wanting to shower and change, but we were just tired from the flight and waiting for 'something.' At 2:50 PM, we returned to the hotel (check-in time here is 3:00 PM, for those who don't know), but they told us, 'No, wait until 3:00 PM.' We were shocked and stood there for another 10 minutes, and exactly at 3:00 PM, they handed us the keys. Seriously, what was the point of that useless formality? 10 MINUTES! I can only conclude that they never intended to write to us to check us in earlier. We would have paid extra, but for some reason, the hotel just decided to make us suffer. So, this hotel is definitely not worth the price they charge. The pond with fish doesn't make up for the hotel's dilapidated state."

It's a self check-in system; you receive a code and can enter and exit the hotel independently. The hotel seems newly renovated, as all the facilities are modern and well-equipped, including a washing machine and a refrigerator."
