"I stayed for 5 nights in a room with a balcony. It was a very clean and comfortable apartment-style hotel. With cooking utensils and a washing machine, my stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Satisfied with our stay, the hotel room was excellent and looked identical to the posted pictures and was clean. The hotel staff was extremely friendly all around the clock. They opened the door when we wanted to enter, carried our luggage in and out of the hotel, provided us with enough water before and after our trips and they also answered many of our questions as first time Vietnam travellers. One time, the receptionist also helped me out with the payment of a taxi driver when my chosen payment method was not working. I am still very grateful for that. Washing machine and dryer were also available, perfect after a hot and humid day. The bedroom is soundproof thus we slept very well during the night. Even without the glass wall it still isn't that noisy outside, the hotel lays in a quiter part of Đà Nẵng without much Night Life. Hotel staff also rented out a scooter to me for VND120.000, no passport as a security deposit needed which was perfect for Hoi An and the Marble Mountains. Overall, a perfect hotel with motivated and friendly staff. Will book again in the future."

"I didn't regret my choice for a second. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly. There's parking available. It's a 15-minute walk to the beach. I didn't notice much noise and slept well. I'd gladly stay here again if I have the chance."

"It was very convenient to have a rice cooker, dishes, and cutlery in the room! The dishes were especially useful for spreading out our delivery food. The refrigerator was also larger than in a typical hotel! There's a washing machine and even powdered detergent provided. There's not much space to hang laundry, so it might be best to do small loads frequently."

"The apartment is good for people who likes quite and a bit away from the city crowd or noise. It is situated right after the Bridge from The City Center yet it is conveniently accessible for grab good/bike or car to airport. They have a coffee shop at the ground floor there are nearby shops and cafe in the area and the pool is amazing beca there is also a space for people like me who love to just read at an open area with a view! Definitely perfect! I also love it because they clean my room everyday without a problem just make sure you put up the Make up my room sign! Im so glad I booked this Hotel!"

"I stayed at this apartment in Da Nang for three nights. I booked it right before my trip, so options were limited, but I chose it mainly because it was new and very clean. It has a small balcony with a view of the bridge, and a practical clothes drying rack. There are two communal washing machines in the lobby on the first floor. The front desk staff were very friendly, with shy but genuine smiles, and always greeted us proactively. The girl with glasses who checked us in on the first day left the deepest impression. Getting around with Grab was convenient, and renting an electric scooter for the last two days gave us even more freedom. The immediate area around the apartment is a bit quiet, but there's a newly opened coffee shop and a 24/7 convenience store within 100 meters."

"The washing machine is general, you can dry on the top terrace. There was a moment when the code was changed to the door, did not report, and I couldn't get home at the hour of the night. The calls were not answered. Not immediately, but answered in the booking chat. Otherwise, the service is excellent."

"Here are the pros: The location is good; you just walk past a couple of buildings, and the beach is right there. However, if you want sun loungers and amenities, you'll need to walk a bit further. The bidet is a nice touch, so thanks for that :) The room itself is clean and has a pleasant interior. And that's pretty much where the good stuff ends. Now, for the cons, which are far more numerous: You can tell the hotel has seen better days. The plumbing is practically begging to be replaced. Adjusting the water temperature is a real challenge – it's either scalding hot or there's no hot water at all. The main issue, which has been mentioned by others, is that you can hear EVERYTHING in this room. Your neighbors sound like they're in the same room as you. You can hear them talking, and you can hear them banging pots and pans at 4 AM (why? for what reason?). You can literally hear every sneeze. Please, don't make our mistake of thinking that maybe people are just being overly critical about the soundproofing in the comments. Even the construction outside our window didn't bother us; we actually couldn't hear that. But we could hear everyone else. Smokers smoke on their balconies, so naturally, you can't sit out there without smelling smoke. Another very disappointing thing was our early arrival. We were told that early check-in wasn't possible because the rooms weren't ready. We could leave our bags, and they'd notify us once everything was prepared. But no one ever wrote to us. We spent half the day wandering around in limbo, wanting to shower and change, but we were just tired from the flight and waiting for 'something.' At 2:50 PM, we returned to the hotel (check-in time here is 3:00 PM, for those who don't know), but they told us, 'No, wait until 3:00 PM.' We were shocked and stood there for another 10 minutes, and exactly at 3:00 PM, they handed us the keys. Seriously, what was the point of that useless formality? 10 MINUTES! I can only conclude that they never intended to write to us to check us in earlier. We would have paid extra, but for some reason, the hotel just decided to make us suffer. So, this hotel is definitely not worth the price they charge. The pond with fish doesn't make up for the hotel's dilapidated state."

"The hotel's location is pretty good, with convenient transportation and plenty of food options nearby. There are also many convenience stores within a one or two-minute walk. It's a self check-in system; you receive a code and can enter and exit the hotel independently. The hotel seems newly renovated, as all the facilities are modern and well-equipped, including a washing machine and a refrigerator."
