"The room was clean, with a fridge, kettle, and air conditioning. The bathroom was also spotless. The location is great, very close to the beach which has many beer bars. The only issue is that there wasn't a swimming pool as shown in the pictures."

"I stayed here on a solo trip. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly! I was also able to enjoy a hot bath, which was a huge relief, as it's common in Southeast Asia for hot water to be unavailable or for the temperature to be unstable. The breakfast was delicious, with options like pho, banh mi, and other hot dishes. I didn't use it, but room service seemed to be available late at night, which is great for those times you come back to the hotel late and don't have the energy to go out to other restaurants. I also used the hotel spa once. Guests get one complimentary foot bath or steam bath per day. I opted for the free foot bath and a paid 1-hour aromatherapy massage! The spa itself was well air-conditioned and very pleasant. I really wished I could have gone more often. However, despite being on the 12th floor with an ocean view, the horn sounds from the road in front of the hotel were quite audible. If there was some kind of festival happening on the beach, I could hear those sounds clearly too. While it usually quieted down around midnight, it never completely disappeared, so I wouldn't recommend it for those sensitive to noise. The reception staff were kind and always smiling."

"Was so disgusted when I realized that they didnt change the bedsheet. It was so obvious as shown on the photos attached. There'se even some sort of oil stain that is somewhat still fresh and a dirt in the other side. Im 100% certain it was not just a stain, it is a dirt, seems like used to wipe a.dirty feet. It is so obvious because sheet is obviously crumpled. I couldnt sleep peacefully as it feels itchy. Good thing I stayed overnight only. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL."

"This hotel is located near Pham Van Dong, an area popular with Koreans, so there are many businesses catering to Koreans nearby. The location is great, and the facilities for this price are excellent. I'm not sure if it's just on Delivery K, but when I searched for this hotel's name, it showed a different hotel about a 4-minute walk away. So, I'd recommend Korean guests double-check the hotel address when ordering delivery. There was some drilling noise during the day from construction right next door, but it was tolerable."

"The whole hotel is a vibe! has a very rustic and cozy vibe to it, and there are also very cute animals in the hotel (dog, bunny & tortoise). the room feels very cozy and spacious too! however, there are abit of dust & mosquitos in the hotel/room :( but we werent too particular about it, overall it was a really good stay at lada’s house!"

"When booking the room, I left several special requests in the comments, and the staff paid great attention to them. When we arrived, the room was clean, fresh, and well-prepared. The view from the window was incredible — we could see the Dragon Bridge. The only issue was that our room had a round bed. It was very cozy and comfortable, but if you're taller than 170 cm, your feet might hang off the edge... and the bed monster might get you at night! 😄 Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to change rooms on the first night because the hotel was fully booked. However, the staff remained polite and helpful throughout. The next day, we were moved to a room with a regular bed, and from that moment our stay became absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of everything. The beach is only about 10 minutes away by taxi. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered plenty of variety. Lunches were also very good, and it was convenient that they could be booked for any time during the day. The portions were huge! 😻 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. During our stay, most of the guests were Asian travelers from various countries. As Europeans, we immediately noticed it, and honestly, we loved it. It felt like we were truly in Asia rather than in an international tourist bubble, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that didn't fully meet our expectations was the facilities. The pool area looks somewhat different from the promotional photos. However, the beautiful view is still there. The pool is quite deep — around 1.2 meters if I remember correctly. We didn't see any children using it, which might be a bonus for some guests, while families with young children may find it less convenient. There is also a small gym area where you can do most basic workouts. There are plenty of weights available. It can get a little warm in that area, though. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again."

"As a solo traveler, I always checked reviews before booking, and everything I read was accurate. I had a wonderful stay at May Boutique Villa. Room & Rate: I booked a room with a balcony for 3 nights. The room is spacious. Although the view from the balcony is surrounded by hotels however it gives a calm vibe at night especially during a full moon. The rate is reasonable 4D3N Toilet: Provided with toiletries and towels. Clean and there’s no odd smell. The toilet bowl is clean as well (my non-negotiable😅) Location-wise: It's a bit away from the town, but it only takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to Hoi An Ancient Town. If you’re not into walking, consider renting a bicycle or motorcycle. The prices are also good. Amenities: Includes a swimming pool. Food: I only booked a one-meal breakfast on my first day during check-in. It’s an à la carte style. The food was tasty and freshly cooked. I appreciate the owner (sorry I didn’t his name) for allowing me to eat my white rose dumplings take away before heading to the airport. The coffee I ordered was on the house 😊"

"We stayed on the highest floor and had a pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and excellent value for money. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day. The hotel is located slightly away from Hoi An Ancient Town, about a 15–20 minute walk depending on which part of the old town you plan to visit. If you prefer not to walk, Grab is easily available. We intentionally chose a hotel a little further from the centre as we wanted a quieter and less crowded area, and it turned out to be a great decision. There are also plenty of food options nearby. The hotel provides free bicycles, which are perfect for exploring the surrounding area. We used them to visit the nearby rice fields and enjoy some café hopping. Although we visited after the harvesting season, the scenery was still relaxing and worth exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. In many cases, they offered assistance before we even asked. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The hotel also helped arrange our hotel transfer. The price was reasonable, and the driver was reliable and trustworthy."

"The room itself was just average, so don't set your expectations too high. However, the location is great, with plenty of bars right downstairs. But! The room amenities are definitely not high-end. The towels, bathrobes, and bedding were all pilling or had holes in them from being washed too much, making them very uncomfortable to use. There are a lot of sharp corners in the room, so families with children should really reconsider – it's easy to bump into something and get cut. Plus, there's a step under the bed, which I tripped over many times; it's a truly impractical design. The sink is next to the bed, so it's easy for water to splash onto the headboard or power outlets. All in all, avoid this place!"

"This was the first hotel where I felt I'd want to stay again purely because of how wonderful the staff were. The person I interacted with was incredibly kind and lovely, I was truly surprised. The only issue I had was that there were many small ants in the room. They were only in the kitchen and a small part of the room, thankfully not in the bed, so it was manageable. But if I were staying long-term, it might have been more problematic for me. The room itself felt more like a studio apartment for an extended stay rather than a typical hotel room. It had a kitchen and a large refrigerator, like a one-room apartment. There were also dishes and cooking utensils, which would be great for anyone comfortable using them. The rooftop facilities were fantastic, with a pool and hammocks – perfect for just relaxing and unwinding. There's also a small cafe at the entrance where you can buy water and sodas, which was very convenient. My flight was on the evening of my checkout day, and not only did they let me store my suitcase all day, but they also allowed me to use the rooftop even after checking out, and said I could use the showers up there. Since I had spent the day enjoying myself and working up a sweat, being able to shower before my flight was incredibly helpful. Coincidentally, the day I visited was a public holiday, and they even had fireworks on the rooftop and offered snacks like fruit, which showed such wonderful thoughtfulness."
