Cheap Hotels in Da Nang

"The location is perfect .There are also plenty of shops nearby, making it a very convenient place to stay. There is a lovely bakery downstairs which I went to almost everyday. The beach is about 5 mins walk away. They also clean the room everyday which is a nice touch. Good customer service. Reasonably priced and good value for money. The room itself was comfortable, I got the city view room so can’t really see the beach but we were out most of the time so not a problem. Note- the entrance to the apartment is behind the bakery so you have to go to the back of the building."

"I stayed for 4 nights, in two different room types. Here's my feedback: For breakfast, I highly recommend going to the 28th floor. The 3rd floor is too noisy. The complimentary foot bath and afternoon tea are nice if you have time, but you won't miss much if you skip them. When checking in, make sure to request a room facing Son Tra Peninsula, otherwise, you'll be looking directly at the adjacent building. The hotel pool has a great view, but it gets very crowded, and there are only 4 loungers. On our first night, we found there was no hairdryer in the room. Luckily, we called the front desk, and they quickly brought one. This was especially concerning because we saw a book in the room listing prices for all items – loss or damage would be charged accordingly. A hairdryer was 1.2 million dong! Another afternoon, the toilet got clogged. However, the front desk responded fairly quickly. Only the front desk staff had acceptable English proficiency. The restaurant staff didn't even understand 'over hard' or 'hard boiled' for eggs. During this trip, I stayed at two 5-star hotels in Da Nang: Hoiana New World Beach Resort and The Peninsula. If I had to compare the two, overall, The Peninsula's staff, dining, and room amenities (both soft and hard goods) did not meet true 5-star hotel standards. The New World was much better."

"I spent one night here for my trip on 22nd May. The room is clean. Price is great since the hotel locates in the central of Danang. I can easily find restautants, coffee shops nearby and it is very close to airport and the Dragon Bridge. Exccelent for this price range."

"The hotel location is superb Behind the hotel are the Korean streets with many SPA, massage and boom boom boom. Many Korean restaurants, K-Mart, Korean karaoke and basically all Korean Overall, good hotel if you don't mind the toilet a bit not organize..."

"I loved La Das House. Location is on a locals street in downtown Danang, close to some lovely cafes and both local and more upmarket eateries/restaurants. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Dragon Bridge and the Cham museum and I walked along the incredibly lovely river walk in the evenings. .. the people are lovely, helpful and kind and the communal area has a pool, bookcase of books, tables and chairs to relax on and a pet tortoise and bunny flopping around. I seriously loved the vibe, went twice and would base myself there if I go back again. Storii Cafe and the up market vegetarian restaurant (AUD15 meals) close by are both worth visiting. 🙏🥰"

"When booking the room, I left several special requests in the comments, and the staff paid great attention to them. When we arrived, the room was clean, fresh, and well-prepared. The view from the window was incredible — we could see the Dragon Bridge. The only issue was that our room had a round bed. It was very cozy and comfortable, but if you're taller than 170 cm, your feet might hang off the edge... and the bed monster might get you at night! 😄 Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to change rooms on the first night because the hotel was fully booked. However, the staff remained polite and helpful throughout. The next day, we were moved to a room with a regular bed, and from that moment our stay became absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of everything. The beach is only about 10 minutes away by taxi. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered plenty of variety. Lunches were also very good, and it was convenient that they could be booked for any time during the day. The portions were huge! 😻 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. During our stay, most of the guests were Asian travelers from various countries. As Europeans, we immediately noticed it, and honestly, we loved it. It felt like we were truly in Asia rather than in an international tourist bubble, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that didn't fully meet our expectations was the facilities. The pool area looks somewhat different from the promotional photos. However, the beautiful view is still there. The pool is quite deep — around 1.2 meters if I remember correctly. We didn't see any children using it, which might be a bonus for some guests, while families with young children may find it less convenient. There is also a small gym area where you can do most basic workouts. There are plenty of weights available. It can get a little warm in that area, though. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hoi An Merrily Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. The hotel has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home and were always ready to assist with recommendations, transportation, or anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything necessary for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment, which made it easy to unwind after exploring the town. The location is also very convenient — close enough to the Old Town and other attractions, yet quiet enough to enjoy a good night’s rest. Another highlight was the excellent service. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. Overall, Hoi An Merrily Hotel offers great value for money, a cozy atmosphere, and genuinely caring hospitality. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hoi An."

"The room itself was just average, so don't set your expectations too high. However, the location is great, with plenty of bars right downstairs. But! The room amenities are definitely not high-end. The towels, bathrobes, and bedding were all pilling or had holes in them from being washed too much, making them very uncomfortable to use. There are a lot of sharp corners in the room, so families with children should really reconsider – it's easy to bump into something and get cut. Plus, there's a step under the bed, which I tripped over many times; it's a truly impractical design. The sink is next to the bed, so it's easy for water to splash onto the headboard or power outlets. All in all, avoid this place!"

"This hotel, like any other, has its minor drawbacks – a window facing a wall, and a slight smell in the bathroom. But all of that pales in comparison to its main asset: the staff. Every single person I encountered, from reception to the bar, was incredibly welcoming and genuinely tried to help, anticipate needs, and make my stay more comfortable. A huge thank you for such a positive experience to everyone: the ladies at reception, the guy at the bar, and especially the person who was in the lobby late at night and, without me even asking, brought me some nuts so I wouldn't feel so lonely sitting there after everyone else had left. As for the rooms, they are spotless, truly spotless. Everything you need is there, including good quality bed linen and pristine white towels. I sincerely recommend this place."
