Guest UserLocation:
The location is quite convenient, about a 15-minute walk from Hoi An Ancient Town. The surrounding area is quiet, pleasant, and not overly crowded, making it perfect for relaxation. There's also a local market and some great restaurants near the hotel, giving it a cozy, homely feel.
Room:
The room was clean, bright, and equipped with all the basic amenities. While not overly large, the space was well-arranged, with a lovely small balcony, plenty of natural light, and a warm, home-like atmosphere. The furnishings were attractive, tidy, and appropriate for the price.
Service:
The most impressive aspect was Mr. Khoa, the host, who was incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive. He consistently looked after guests, provided dedicated support, and even had a ready list of delicious restaurants, beautiful cafes, and local eateries that are definitely worth trying. Any guest staying here should definitely ask Mr. Khoa for this list, as his suggestions are top-notch and made the trip in Hoi An much more enjoyable. Overall, the service was excellent, friendly, and worth returning for.

Guest UserThis hotel is well-thought-out and incredibly well-organized. Everything runs smoothly: transfers, scooter rentals, and ticket bookings – all handled through the reception in just 5 minutes. Rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed promptly. The pool is beautiful and clean, and the sea is nearby. There's a kitchenette with a kettle and crockery, which is convenient for those traveling with children. The Wi-Fi is strong, and videos load without any issues.

Advice to anyone that reads our feedback. YOU MUST STAY HERE!We walked around the market, the town, the beach, etc., both during the day and at night, for a total of 40,000 steps! It was good exercise. We recommend the boat ride and the lantern floating.

The hotel service is average and there are no facilities available, but the price is really affordable. It's clean and looks new. The room is 128$ per night. You can walk to the beach across two streets. There are a lot of wild food nearby. From the hotel, you can go to the beach. Dining, food, drinks and supermarkets are all within 5 minutes. I highly recommend a group of men to visit Da Nang. They go to Le Da Nang, it is flat and new.

AnaepstThe staff at Seavitel are all wonderful. I've had to interact with many of them, and all my experiences were pleasant. The location is convenient if you want to stay close to the beach. There are some nice grocery stores and diners within walking distance.
However, we had some issues during our stay. The first one was AC not working properly. In July, that was awful to experience. The first night, I couldn't sleep at all because of the heat and humidity in the room. There was also a fan in the room, but it wasn't making matters much better. They did fix the AC, but only after our second night in those conditions.
The second issue was with the door constantly beeping. They fixed that as well, but it was just exhausting having to deal with all of that. We're active travelers, meaning we have our days packed with activities, tours, etc. A hotel for us is mostly just a place to shower and sleep. That's why taking our time to talk to the staff and then wait for repairs to be done instead of relaxing and sleeping spoiled some of our trip.
I want to point out that the handyman/maintenance guy who works there does his job really well. He was extremely quick and efficient. I think the real problem is the state of the hotel and its amenities.
The kettle had open wires, and furniture was making noise. No place to hang your swimsuits, no safe. No ironing possible either. Everything looked kind of old, and it felt like we were staying in a motel rather than in a 4-star hotel. It's nowhere near even 3 european stars.
I'd like to mention again that the staff are wonderful. They even offered us free breakfast for the inconveniences we'd had to experience. That was nice of them. The breakfast was tasty, even though all meat parts (and they were small) were with bones, which seems horrendous to me. But everything else was delicious.

I stayed here for three days and overall it was a pleasant experience. The room was very clean, the shower worked great (strong water pressure — always a win), and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel is about a five-minute walk to the beach, which was super convenient and probably the biggest plus for me.
The only downside was the view from my room. It wasn’t terrible, just not very scenic — mostly rooftops and construction. If you’re someone who really cares about waking up to a beautiful view, you may want to request a specific room.
That said, for a short stay, everything was comfortable and nice. I’d stay again for the location and cleanliness.

Elena__MI stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it truly became a place of rest for my heart. The administrator Lily was incredibly warm, caring, supportive, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you so much for your kindness and patient during my stay 🙏🏻
He also ask me about my wishes to go on light show Hoi An Memories — and it was incredible and very well good decision for me in my low emotional state — I bought ticket in hotel — and it wasn’t higher than if I book it on show’s site
At this hotel I booked a shared room, and the conditions were actually very good. The room is organized more like a hostel dormitory, and there are no curtains between the beds, so it may feel a little uncomfortable if men and women are staying together in the same room. However, everything was very clean and well maintained.
The hotel provides daily cleaning, fresh drinking water, and clean towels every day. The swimming pool was cleaned daily as well, which I really appreciated. And the water in pool was little bit cold — so after hot day it’s the best opportunity to rest
The breakfast on Sunday was diverse and very delicious The Monday breakfast was individual — and staff help me with all of my special wishes about menu💚
The location is perfect — right in the center, within walking distance to all the main places and attractions. At the same time, my room was very quiet because the windows faced a small inner street. I read another review and noticed that some private rooms face other directions, so perhaps that is why some reviews mention noise, but personally I had no issues with noise, unpleasant smells, or cleanliness at all.
Overall, this place felt cozy, peaceful, and genuinely caring.
Thank you again for creating such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This place became a peaceful stop for me, and my heart could relax here 🙏🏻

Guest Userthis place was very lovely and clean, especially for how cheap it was
unfortunately during the heat we found it was impossible to walk to the old town or the beach, but we just got taxis which only cost about 50.000 dong so not a deal issue
the only issue i had is that when we wanted to do laundry there was no one around at the reception desk, and the only contact number we'd been given if we needed anything was the number for that desk
all in all, a very enjoyable stay, and we just had to do laundry somewhere else
thanks to our hosts!!

I have been staying at this hotel since the 29th of last month until today. Honestly, the hotel is very beautiful and located in an excellent area close to everything. The overall atmosphere is great, and the two receptionists are always smiling and helpful, which I truly appreciate.
However, there are some issues that management should pay attention to because they negatively affected my stay:
First: Since my arrival, I have only received bottled water once, on the first day. This is not acceptable, especially for a long stay.
Second: There is a cleaning lady who works in the morning, but she shouts very loudly across the entire floor. This caused serious disturbance to guests. On several occasions, I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Today, I even opened the door and politely asked her to work quietly, but she continued shouting. This happened around 8 AM. I believe the hotel should better supervise the housekeeping staff and respect guests’ comfort.
Third: I lost my room key card on the third day after accidentally leaving it inside the room, and I had to pay 200k for a replacement. I find this amount extremely high.
There was also another issue when my friend tried to extend his stay. He was unable to book online, and at the reception, he was asked to pay a higher price. This is unusual, as direct bookings are usually the same price or cheaper.
Overall, this hotel has great potential to be much better if attention is given to these details and customer service is improved.
Ps : 3 Star Only for Ladies in the reception
