Gorgeous tropical, relaxed vibe — the InterContinental Danang is genuinely beautiful. Service can be a bit slow at times, but honestly it just forces you to slow down too, which fits the atmosphere perfectly. Breakfast at Citron is the absolute highlight and a must — get there early to secure outdoor seating with those incredible views. Be prepared to spend an hour just taking photos for social media; it's that picturesque. Barefoot, the Italian spot by the beach, was excellent. The pizza was probably one of the best I've had in Vietnam (yes, better than Pizza 4P's). Dessert was fantastic too. Be sure to book activities as soon as you arrive, as they fill up fast. La Maison 1888, the Michelin 1-star, was a bit of a letdown in my opinion — too expensive, too salty, and just okay overall. You're probably better off saving your money for an omakase elsewhere, or a proper 2 or 3-star experience. The HARNN Heritage Spa massage, while around 7x more expensive than what you'd pay outside the resort, was surprisingly excellent and well worth the splurge.

The hotel's location is super close to Hoi An Ancient Town, within walking distance, and also near the night market and restaurants. The decor style is pretty nice too. However, the room was incredibly small, and so was the bed. There was a phone on the nightstand, making it difficult to put anything else down. What's even crazier is that to get into bed, you had to squeeze past a corner sideways – it was ridiculous. Thankfully, it was cleaned fairly well, but on the second day, a bug somehow got in and scared my daughter to tears. While I understand that's common in Southeast Asia, it still wasn't a great experience. I wouldn't recommend it for families. The biggest highlight was the swimming pool, which my kids really enjoyed, but there's no way I'd stay there again.

My impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in. After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink. In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed. During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay. In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

We stayed for 7 days and 5 nights. It was our first trip to Vietnam as two guys, and thanks to this hotel and its staff, we made unforgettable memories. During our stay, we encountered a few issues, such as the bathroom door getting stuck, not knowing how to adjust the TV volume, and not understanding how to use the laundry machine. However, the staff always responded promptly and courteously, resolving every problem for us. Unfortunately, it rained almost continuously throughout our trip, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and we truly cannot thank them enough. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel. Just three important notes: First, please be aware that from around September 10th, Vietnam experiences heavy rainfall, making walking difficult. Please take this into consideration when planning your trip. 🙏 Despite this, I guarantee the scenery is still beautiful! Second, it's tastier to eat directly at local restaurants than to order delivery via Grab. If you have time, definitely try visiting the local eateries. Lastly, for Ba Na Hills, I recommend booking a round-trip private car (with hotel transfer) through services like Klook. If you go by Grab, you might have trouble finding a car for the return journey.

Overall, I really liked the hotel. The room was excellent, stylish, and the balcony view was spectacular. The hotel itself also has an interesting, modern interior. The location is a bit on the outskirts, but that's also a plus, as it's quieter and more peaceful. We used taxis for transportation, so we didn't experience any problems. Breakfast was wonderful, with various fruits, yogurts, vegetables, pastries, and an assortment of cheeses and cold cuts. There's also a small à la carte menu for breakfast – I've included photos of waffles and a croissant with avocado. Everything was delicious and served quickly. The only issue is the ventilation in the breakfast restaurant; it's very stuffy. They have portable fans, but they don't quite manage. There were apology notes on the tables explaining that renovations are underway. The elevators are also very hot, and sometimes you have to wait for them for a long time, as it's a tall hotel. But these are probably the only inconveniences. We used the laundry service and were satisfied; our clothes were washed and ironed quickly. The beach across the road is excellent, not equipped, but for us, that's a plus – fewer people, less trash, etc. The immediate beach area itself is in a somewhat dilapidated state, with an old, unkempt building. However, I believe they'll gradually tidy it up. I enjoyed my stay at Radisson Red and recommend it as a decent city hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a sofa and dining table. The highlight was definitely the balcony view – it was so good it instantly lifted my spirits! They even sent some small snacks later.

The breakfast was plentiful and the rooms were quite spacious. We had three rooms in total, and one of them had a noticeable and persistent damp smell. The gym and sauna were great, but the pool was a bit small for a hotel with so many rooms. The biggest issue was the elevators; there were only four of them for a hotel with over 30 floors, making it impossible to catch one during peak breakfast hours. The beach was across the street, and the hotel didn't offer any facilities on it. Plus, the section of the sea right in front of the hotel entrance was a strong current zone where swimming was not allowed (we're not sure if this was temporary during our stay or always the case). Duyen, the front desk staff, was absolutely wonderful and truly showcased the hotel's service quality; interacting with her was a breath of fresh air.

Great location, especially if you're planning evening river cruises. The room offers a stunning view of Dragon Bridge. We booked a studio – it's rather compact but well-organized. It was very convenient to have a washing machine with a dryer in the room. The large balcony is another significant plus. As for the downsides – the service. Upon check-in, we weren't informed that the hotel offered a shuttle to Ba Na Hills, so we weren't aware of this option. On the second day, the TV broke – we reported it immediately, but it was never fixed throughout our stay. Also, there was a constant issue with hot water: even after waiting 30 minutes, the shower water wouldn't heat up. The furniture is quite outdated, and the decor looks tired. Overall, the hotel left us with mixed feelings: a good location, a convenient studio, and a beautiful view, but the service and room condition need attention.

The hotel is a little far from the city centre, but it makes up for that with great amenities. There’s a lovely swimming pool, mini casino, Ktv bar and an extensive spa facility. The view of Han River is exceptional. Getting around is easy, most Grab cars wait around the hotel. Improvements: Booking trips with the concierge is terribly expensive. Our trip to Ba na hills cost us half of what the hotel charged. The shuttle service is a great bonus but the schedule is a little inconvenient for a lot of activities. For example, you can only leave for the beach at 7:30 or 15:00, nothing in between.

This place is perfect for those who love relaxation. It's the best spot for families with kids. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The reception service is excellent; the staff really try their best. The only downside is the language barrier – you'll definitely need a translator. The food gets an 8 out of 10. Everything in the restaurant is lovely, and they have a great selection. Both the kids' and adult pools are excellent. There are 3 restaurants and a nightclub on site. We got an early check-in and a free transfer, plus a fantastic 60-minute massage and a tea ceremony. The Marble Mountains are just a 3-minute walk away (with cafes, souvenir shops, and a mini-market nearby). It's a 20-minute motorbike ride to Hoi An (we went and it was great!). And about 15-20 minutes by Grab bike to Da Nang city center (My Khe Beach). Every day, there's a free, comfortable, air-conditioned car departing from the hotel at 9:00 AM, with a return pick-up at 3:00 PM (you *must* book this in advance). If you're looking for peace, quiet, delicious food, and relaxation, this is the place for you.
