BBuchitangsuanHad a wonderful, relaxing vacation in Da Nang with my mom. We absolutely loved it! All the staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service, always ready to assist. The dinner at Citron was outstanding and delicious, and the breakfast quality was also very good!

HHenry_the_KingTo be honest, some highs and lows here. The service here is more like a 3-star hotel, definitely not a 4-star. I remembered the first two days I was presented with this nice buffet with good food choices , then for another 3 or 4 days, the buffet stopped running and they switched to this really underwhelming a la carte menu that looked more befitting into a 2-star backpacker or student hostel. Then I found out the buffet was only set up because of a number of Chinese guests staying there. When they left, the buffet went (obviously me and the other 15 guests who were staying there, didn't deserve it??) The last two days they set it up again, and surprise, a large number of Russian guests had just checked in. So it turns that only if you are Chinese or Russian you get the attentions here? I know what I paid wasn't cheap, smacks of discrimination. Then on those days the service turned sloppy, I came early for breakfast, I think this is the first place I have been, where they penalise you if you come to eat early. 30 mins after opening and some trays were cold, I had to use the toaster to heat it up. The housekeeping was a bit strange here. They didn't replace the bed sheets, they simply tucked them in (I know this anecdotically, for a fact) One of the coffee cups replaced was soiled and stained, and in one occasion, they had removed one of the bar items without telling me (paving the way to maybe ask me to pay for it later without me taking it, this is not a good practice) The coffee bar was very hit and miss. Some of the pastry pieces on display were some of the most ghastly I've ever seen, they looked raw, I had to ask them if they had been baked, they said yes (they were unglazed) On the second day, they served me this wishy washy mish mash of crushed ice with some mango on top, didn't taste of anything, they wanted 40000 d for that, how is that even on the menu? After that, I didn't set foot in there again. The hotel was not even at 20% capacity, and they had the brilliant idea of putting people directly next to me and above upstairs..really? The pikey backpackers would be thumping on the floor a lot of the time, very poor isolation. Upon leaving, I had this Be taxi driver (white car, 125.xx plate) He parked across the road, I was carrying my suitcases, I told him to turn around. He got in his taxi, drove off, and left me STRANDED, this was a booking to the airport, what kind of subhuman does that??? My experience with the Vietnamese is not great, but the staff here were kind and helpful, and assisted me greatly. Location not really great, a bit far from everything, but the place was very clean. So there are some positives, but this is in no way a 4 star for me, especially when subject to profiling and priviledges are removed, depending on where you come from, and what colour your skin is.

港女OnTheRoadSpeechless is the view. Some points, you don't want to go out because it's such a relaxing hotel. Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Breakfast and happy hour at the premium club are nice. It's good for relaxing. Although the food in the other restaurant was ok, it was a good experience to see the little chef show. This hotel is highly recommended. I found a hair on the baloney couch, but I still love the 🏨.

GGuest UserBooked Puka for three nights through Ctrip, which perfectly rounded off our May Day trip to Vietnam. The king-size bed was actually two beds pushed together, making it incredibly spacious. The room itself was large with a balcony, and the bathroom even had a bathtub and bath salts. We got 4 glass bottles of water daily, and the bedside speaker played radio with excellent sound quality, creating a great ambiance. The TV offered YouTube and CCTV. The room was even cleaned twice a day! A garden king room with double breakfast for just over 1000 RMB – you can't beat that price. Breakfast was from 6 AM to 11 AM, so one meal could easily last until dinner. There was a huge variety, and the baked goods were delicious. The iced coconut coffee was absolutely divine. The hotel food wasn't overly expensive, comparable to prices in China. We had the seafood platter shown in the picture for just over 400 RMB, and it tasted great. Room service was available late into the night. The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, and there aren't many shops within walking distance, but you can order food delivery via Grab. The environment was impeccable. We were blessed with four days of sunshine during our May Day trip, with temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius – perfect for swimming without getting cold and sunbathing without overheating. While the public areas weren't huge, they were beautiful, and taking great photos was effortless. The pool was open until 7 PM, but we even swam late at night and no one stopped us. Towels were provided during operating hours. The best part was that even after checking out, we could still use the spa for a free shower after swimming, complete with towels, lockers, and a hairdryer. We left for the airport feeling fresh and happy. The staff all spoke English well and had great attitudes. If you can ride, I recommend renting a 50cc scooter. There's a rental shop about a 10-minute walk away (search on Google Maps), costing around 40 RMB a day, with a deposit required. We paid a 500,000 VND cash deposit. A scooter is truly the best way to experience Vietnam. You can ride for 30 minutes to Hoi An Ancient Town and Son Tra Peninsula – it's amazing, but be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen! When will Beijing have direct flights to Da Nang? I'll stop going to Sanya then!😅

YYiwankepingxingguangxianThis hotel was our favorite during our entire trip to Vietnam! Everyone in my family, from young to old, was incredibly comfortable. The hotel consists of individual villas, which offers excellent privacy. The public areas are beautifully designed, and the service is great. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the spa was very relaxing. We were so satisfied!

FfanguLet's start with the positives: This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The complimentary pool with slides is a lot of fun, and there's also an infinity pool on the rooftop. Even if the weather isn't great, there's no need to worry as the hotel has its own indoor playground, ensuring fun regardless of the temperature (unless it's extremely cold). The bathroom has two sinks, which is great for couples or families as everyone gets their own space. You can find everything you need for dining, drinking, and entertainment right at the hotel. However, I found the overall Vietnamese food quite average (not very tasty). Pho and banh mi are good, but you can't eat them for every meal. Now for the downsides: The 'sea view' is actually a bay. We stayed for three nights, and it seemed to be cloudy the whole time, so the view of the opposite shore was always hazy and not particularly impressive. The surrounding area isn't convenient for dining or entertainment; it takes about half an hour by taxi to get to My Khe Beach or the Old Quarter. My impression of the housekeeping was that they basically just made the bed. My suggestion: If you're coming to Da Nang, consider staying at Mikazuki for two or three nights before moving to My Khe.

NNulli_SecundusI really wanted to like this stay, but they made it challenging. The front desk was friendly and welcoming and when I checked into my room, I felt it was odd that there was a curtain on the opposite side if the room from where you entered, so I took a small peek out of the curtain to notice a window looking out to another wing of of an elevator bank. So I tried to ignore it and closed the curtain tight when I noticed a deep and wide Crack from the ceiling, down the wall, and across the floor. I end up going to sleep and was awoken with bright sunlight shining into my room from the curtain area and when I rolled over in my bed I saw an Indian man staring at me and then saying, ”Go, Go, Go”! To a friend or partner and they darted onto the elevator and disappeared. I then realized that the curtain wasn't covering a window but double doors which were unlocked for other guests to just open if they wanted. It was extremely traumatizing and invasive of my privacy and security. I spoke with Trip's customer service and they were exceptional in helping me resolve the issue and getting my room changed. Unfortunately, the next night a hotel maintenance worker came barging into my room without knocking and I had to ask, ”What's going on”? And the worker said, ”Oh. Sorry. Sorry” and left. The hotel staff said the worker got the wrong room that he was supposed to do maintenance to. The front desk manager (Anna) was apologetic and kind. On a positive note, the free breakfast buffet was delightful as long as you got their at 06:00am before the guests from India arrived because the Indians would finger and touch and use their hands constantly when getting food instead of using the provided utensils. Utterly disgusting. The buffet staff were way too kind in constantly reminding these Indian guests to use the utensils because Vietnam isn't the unsanitary country like India is. There were two different pools on the roof but I would never swim or soak in those pools because of the oil slick scum on the top of the water after the guests from India swam in the pools that they left behind.

GGuest UserI booked a double room for myself, which also included tickets to My Son Sanctuary. The room was spacious and had a fridge, and the price was much cheaper than what you'd find domestically. The front desk service was excellent. Although my English isn't great, making communication a bit difficult, they patiently used translation software to answer every single one of my questions. Breakfast was decent, with plenty of bread options and long opening hours. It's a private beach, so it's not crowded and very quiet. 🤫🤫🤫🤫

AAnna MoshkovaHoang Sa is located 10 minutes from the beach, that's the main advantage. The area is not very comfortable for walking or picturesque but there are shops nearby, cheap laundry services, market, exchange office. We stayed in 3 different deluxe rooms during about 3 weeks. All rooms are spacious with big beds. The air conditioner was old and working with some trouble in 2 rooms. The shower was great. Wi fi was quite good. There are a lot of ants around the desk in one room. Great service at the reception and room service every day, they always brought water, toilet paper and tea. There was some noise from the construction nearby and some karaoke outside from time to time. The lift was fast. They also provide baggage storage at the reception, we went away for a week and left suitcases there. The location is not far from My An and the sights. There are a lot of massage salons in the street, prices are affordable.
