GGuest UserThis hotel truly lives up to its reputation as the most beautiful! There are tons of activities right by the beach, like kayaking, beach volleyball, and archery. A bit disappointed I didn't see any monkeys, but there were plenty of squirrels around. Eating at the hotel is extremely overpriced, and very few staff members speak Chinese.

ЛЛяйсанМThis hotel is excellent! It's very clean, and the breakfasts are delicious (the best pho bo I've ever tasted). The room has a bathtub, which was exactly what I needed after long walks. It's located in a quiet area, and there's a free shuttle bus to the Old Town at 5 PM (you need to notify the front desk half an hour in advance), or you can take a taxi for 10 minutes (35,000 VND). The hotel also provides free bicycles. We rode around some stunning photo spots and saw how rice and peanuts are grown. We also cycled through charming village streets. Just a 2-minute walk across the road is a boat station where you can take a ride on the round boats for 100,000 VND. A kind Vietnamese man entertained us there! I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

GGuest UserWe had been travelling Vietnam and frequently moving between destinations. I chose the Hyatt Danang for its resort style amenities and it did not disappoint. It was away from the hussle and bustle of My Khe Beach and Danang city centre. The grounds were stunning, it was peaceful and you could hear the ocean from our Deluxe Ocean View room. The rate included club lounge access, this however was a little disappointing in the evenings for canapés and drinks. The food offered was very limited compared to other SEA properties. The breakfast however was good. Although it states continental breakfast there were hot dishes and eggs to order on offer. Staff are fantastic, odd that the room was not cleaned until after 4:00pm when it was vacant from 9:00am each day. I would recommend staying at the Hyatt Danang and happily return in the future.

GGuest UserBooked Puka for three nights through Ctrip, which perfectly rounded off our May Day trip to Vietnam.
The king-size bed was actually two beds pushed together, making it incredibly spacious. The room itself was large with a balcony, and the bathroom even had a bathtub and bath salts. We got 4 glass bottles of water daily, and the bedside speaker played radio with excellent sound quality, creating a great ambiance. The TV offered YouTube and CCTV. The room was even cleaned twice a day! A garden king room with double breakfast for just over 1000 RMB – you can't beat that price.
Breakfast was from 6 AM to 11 AM, so one meal could easily last until dinner. There was a huge variety, and the baked goods were delicious. The iced coconut coffee was absolutely divine. The hotel food wasn't overly expensive, comparable to prices in China. We had the seafood platter shown in the picture for just over 400 RMB, and it tasted great. Room service was available late into the night. The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, and there aren't many shops within walking distance, but you can order food delivery via Grab.
The environment was impeccable. We were blessed with four days of sunshine during our May Day trip, with temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius – perfect for swimming without getting cold and sunbathing without overheating. While the public areas weren't huge, they were beautiful, and taking great photos was effortless.
The pool was open until 7 PM, but we even swam late at night and no one stopped us. Towels were provided during operating hours. The best part was that even after checking out, we could still use the spa for a free shower after swimming, complete with towels, lockers, and a hairdryer. We left for the airport feeling fresh and happy. The staff all spoke English well and had great attitudes.
If you can ride, I recommend renting a 50cc scooter. There's a rental shop about a 10-minute walk away (search on Google Maps), costing around 40 RMB a day, with a deposit required. We paid a 500,000 VND cash deposit. A scooter is truly the best way to experience Vietnam. You can ride for 30 minutes to Hoi An Ancient Town and Son Tra Peninsula – it's amazing, but be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen!
When will Beijing have direct flights to Da Nang? I'll stop going to Sanya then!😅

They upgraded us from a studio to a two bedroom with a balcony. The apartment was spacious , comfortable and clean. The bed was made for a good night sleep. Breakfast buffet was included and it was delightful with lots of choices. On the top floor was the infinitely pool, spa, another lounge with great views of the ocean coastline. Staff was great & spoke English ! We would stay here again!

The free kids club inside the hotel could make some improvements. There is no possibilities for kids to stay without parents for some time (something that would be great seeing as the hotel has a spa etc), even though there is staff present at all times during opening. A little bit disappointed as some of the staff would be busy on their phone..
Also there is a sign at the entrance of the club with different activities, but we never saw any of these (except for the few pieces of drawing paper, and broken pencils).

Our corner room offered fantastic views; the bathroom had a sea view, and the room itself overlooked the city. It was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent and professional, making for a very comfortable stay. Even though our room was on the 14th floor facing the street, it was surprisingly quiet – so those sensitive to noise can rest assured. There are two pools on the rooftop, perfect for watching both sunrise and sunset, and a game room on the first floor where you can play billiards. 🎱

The private beach is stunning; lounging on the hammocks there, listening to the waves, and stargazing in the early morning or evening was incredibly relaxing. The hotel grounds are huge, and the gardens with their flowers and trees are beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful, with a fantastic variety of fruits and pastries, and the setting was very elegant.

AAnna MoshkovaHoang Sa is located 10 minutes from the beach, that's the main advantage. The area is not very comfortable for walking or picturesque but there are shops nearby, cheap laundry services, market, exchange office.
We stayed in 3 different deluxe rooms during about 3 weeks. All rooms are spacious with big beds. The air conditioner was old and working with some trouble in 2 rooms. The shower was great.
Wi fi was quite good.
There are a lot of ants around the desk in one room.
Great service at the reception and room service every day, they always brought water, toilet paper and tea.
There was some noise from the construction nearby and some karaoke outside from time to time.
The lift was fast.
They also provide baggage storage at the reception, we went away for a week and left suitcases there.
The location is not far from My An and the sights.
There are a lot of massage salons in the street, prices are affordable.
