"The bed is comfortable, the room is very clean. The bathroom is also spotless. The room has a large window that lets in plenty of natural sunlight. If you’re traveling solo, I highly recommend staying here."

"Let's start with the positives: an amazing mini-apartment on the 24th floor the highest level with breathtaking river and cityscape views. The riverside location is my favourite in Da Nang, and it's great value with an excellent, extensive breakfast included. The gym features top commercial equipment, and the extra facilities—like the rooftop garden with pool, coworking space, and cashless laundry with provided detergent are fantastic. My floor was quiet, and I slept well. However, there are a few downsides. Breakfast was very busy and noisy (think super busy food court) so I advise going early or just before closing to avoid crowds. The two lifts get heavily congested, and as a solo female, I felt uncomfortable in late evenings sharing or avoiding lifts packed with clearly drunk men. The hotel hosts a wide range of guests, including families with children but I’m mentioning drunken guests which you will see around the evenings if that’s something you are uncomfortable with. Cleanliness of my room wasn't spotless upon arrival, as I found a hair on the toilet seat. Housekeeping did a good job but I do think it could be much improved. Additionally, a requested 2:00pm room clean was delayed past 3:30pm with staff repeatedly and dishonestly telling me ”another 5 mins”. For an international hotel, I expected better customer service standards, and some staff didn't speak English at all. Despite this, all in all it was a good stay, but next time I'm keen to try the other Wink hotel across the river to see how it compares."

"The front desk staff were very friendly and responsive to any issues we had. The hotel's location is excellent, being close to the night market and shopping mall, and it's easy to catch a taxi right outside. For the price, this place is a real bargain!"

"This place looks like it just opened recently; all the facilities are brand new, making for an absolutely amazing experience! The room is spacious and expansive, with a balcony outside to enjoy the view. The bed is very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is also large – it perfectly matches the photos provided. There's a small swimming pool out back, and you can also use bicycles to explore Hoi An. The owner is incredibly welcoming and basically answers every question you have, which is really friendly for solo travelers. A thoughtful touch, even though there's no elevator, is that they help carry your luggage, and the air conditioning was even on when I entered the room. You can tell this guesthouse pays great attention to small details. It was a wonderful memory from my time in Hoi An. Overall, I highly recommend everyone stay here!!!"

"Quick check-in, friendly reception, and a lift. The room is small but spacious enough and clean, with all the necessary amenities. However, I have to deduct a point for one inconvenience: the toilet and shower are in the same room, and even if you press against the wall while showering, water splashes everywhere. The next person entering the bathroom will find themselves standing ankle-deep in water. There's no partition, curtain, or raised edge, which is very inconvenient. It's hard to deal with, so it would be problematic for a longer stay. But for an overnight stop or as a transit point, it's an excellent hotel."

"The room is looking nice, big, clean and cozy. The staff is kind and friendly. There is no lift. Just for info if you take a grab from this place pin this location you need to walk to pick up point around 100m. The staff are very helpful in terms of renting the scooter bike from the homestay. They will try their best to help their customers because during our stay they sent us to the nearest bus stop check point. Homestay have a mini kitchen downstairs fridge and water cooler dispenser. We really having a good time here and will repeat in future"

"The staff were all incredibly kind and greeted us with smiles, which made our stay very reassuring. The room was clean and comfortable, and the quiet environment allowed for a restful night's sleep. This hotel is highly recommended as a base for exploring Hoi An. If I ever visit Hoi An again, I would definitely choose to stay here."

"The staff were wonderful, very responsive to requests. Overall, it's good value for money. There's a kitchen, and a big plus is having two TVs, both supporting apps. The sea view is nice, but there's ongoing construction outside the window which is constantly noisy, and once the new building is finished, the sea view will be gone. The location is excellent, with everything nearby. For our family, the inconvenience was that the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, and we were on the 5th, so we had to carry the stroller up and down."

"Pros 1. It takes about 800 meters to walk to Myke Beach, so it is good to run in the morning. 2. If you go to My Khe Beach, there are many local restaurants that only locals go to. (Banmi, Mi Quang, etc.) 3. Han Market, Antong, etc. are all close to grab. 4. Friendly reception Cons: 1. I didn't know when I made a reservation, but it was like a love motel. In particular, there are slight sentences written on the wallpaper of the room. If you go with your family, I'll dry it. 2. The bathroom was connected to a window with a view of the outside, so it was uncomfortable to always blind every time I took a shower."
