"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. I came for a weekend after working in a nearby city, and it turned out to be a very relaxing experience. The hotel is beautiful, and the location is perfect if you’re looking for a quieter beach area. It’s great for a morning run by the sea or just enjoying the ocean without crowds. The infinity pool is stunning and ideal for unwinding after the beach. The breakfast is very good overall, though I would suggest adding more variety in breads and cakes, as it felt a bit repetitive over the two days. That said, it’s still excellent. The afternoon tea was a lovely surprise—far more than just tea and biscuits, with a great selection of items and an incredible ocean view. As a complimentary touch, I also enjoyed 30 minutes at the spa (foot bath/sauna), which really added to the relaxing weekend. The staff were all very polite and attentive. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to improve the gym—adding a mirror, ensuring towels are always available, and expanding the attachments for the cable machine would make a big difference. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Overall, this hotel offers good value and some nice amenities. The room was spacious for the price, and the large window provided great natural light during the day. The free sauna and spa on the second floor, along with the complimentary foot bath, were a big plus—the sauna is small but gets very hot (around 80°C). The rooftop infinity pool is also a highlight with great views. The staff deserves recognition. When I needed help heating leftovers and there was no microwave in the room, Zoe at the front desk initially let me know they don’t have microwaves. Shortly after, Tommy stepped in and went above and beyond by taking my food to the restaurant, heating it, and even plating it nicely before returning it to my room. Tommy’s service was outstanding and really stood out. There were a few downsides. The room lighting at night wasn’t great, and the window has a strange film that makes the outside view blurry. The room phone wasn’t functional, so I had to go downstairs to reach the front desk. The $500,000 cash deposit was unexpected, and the “gym” is very limited—don’t stay here just for a workout. The shower had low water pressure, the restaurant felt uncomfortably hot in the mornings, and the breakfast buffet lacked variety, though the omelet station was a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable stay with good space, great sauna amenities, and standout service—but with a few areas that could use improvement."

"We loved the huge rooftop pool. That’s the best pool among the 3 hotels we stayed during our visit in Da Nang. We also had a great afternoon coffee/tea at the hotel. If you like river cruises, the dock is right in front of the hotel and the price is like $6-7/person. However I didn’t find restaurants I like nearby so I had to order from Grab which worked perfectly fine."
