"HAVN Apartstay Hotel provided a comfortable and practical base during our Cape Town stay. The location was highly convenient, allowing easy access to major attractions such as Table Mountain and the Waterfront. The apartment-style layout suited our family well, offering sufficient space for luggage, children, and downtime. The room was larger than expected and exceeded our initial expectations in comfort. While there was a slight lingering smoke smell upon arrival, airing out the room improved the environment. Staff were helpful and accommodating, especially when allowing us to store luggage prior to check-in. The overall experience balanced independence with hotel-style convenience. It was especially helpful during a busy sightseeing phase of the trip. HAVN offered a reliable, well-located option for families seeking flexibility and space in Cape Town."

"The location is excellent, and the security is top-notch. The basic amenities in the room are very sufficient. Everything was satisfactory, except for the rather small sink in the bathroom. The staff were also very helpful."

"We stayed at this hotel twice. The first time, we had a large room (pictured) with a separate bedroom, a comfortable kitchen, a good bed, and working air conditioning. The view was stunning, overlooking Lion Mountain. It's a safe area; we could stroll around peacefully until 9:00 PM, and we parked our rental car right under the windows (where the car wash is). The downside was the incredibly loud seagulls ๐Ÿ˜‚, but that's just nitpicking. We stayed a second time a week later because we were traveling to other regions. The only room available was a studio. It's very small, and it's difficult for two people with suitcases. Also, be aware that check-in at this hotel is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We didn't notice this, which was also a drawback for us. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel; the staff is friendly and pleasant."

"The Village is basically a collection of different sized apartments located in various buildings inside a gated compound, all with self catering and laundry facilities. It abuts into the beachfront road in the centre of Bay Camps, very close to a great variety of shops and restaurants. The bus stop for the suburban bus services and the Open tops is about 200 yards away and there seems to be adequate car parking. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"This was my first time staying in an 8-person female dorm, and I actually really enjoyed it. Here's what I liked: - The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean. - Housekeeping was good, and the staff was very polite. - You can rent a towel at the reception for an extra fee. - Each bed has a locker for your belongings, but it's better to bring your own padlock for peace of mind. - There's a co-working space where you can grab coffee and chat with people. A big plus was the location in Green Point: it's easy to get around and explore, with many great spots nearby. I also liked that it didn't feel like a typical 'dormitory' but more like an apartment: a kitchen + a shared living room and two bedrooms โ€“ one for 2 people and another for 6. It was very cozy and beautifully designed."

"Residing in the hotel in February, chosen because of the location, but were disappointed by the hotel's work organization. There was constantly someone walking past the windows, the noise from the bar was continuous. The police came to the climax, as the neighbors stole a large amount of cash from the room (no safes in the rooms). The administration smiled nicely, but did not help in searching for thieves. We found a dirty trap among their things on the shelf. Apparently the staff of the clining were crawling in the pockets and lost it. In general, not a pleasant place. Not recommended!"

"Beautiful little space that managed to pack everything you would need into an apt into surprisingly small square footage!! Comfortable and quiet from steeet noise, but unfortunately there were other guests celebrating a birthday into the late evening. Took some time to get through to management to organise an early bag drop, which was more convoluted than expected but otherwise the location is stellar and pretty safe as a solo female."

"From our room, the city and dining mountain were spectacular. The living room and both bedrooms had large sliding windows and a huge balcony. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary equipment and dishes, there were tea and coffee. The settlement was fine and quite fast, the UnionPay card was approached to deposit. Communication with the apartment manager was pleasant. We were on the car and we allocated a personal parking space in the underground garage. The cleaning of the room was good. Apartments: There is a supermarket at the gas station right next door, which works until late. On the other hand, a large supermarket spa is through the road. At the Victoria and Alfred embankment you can walk quite quickly. From the downsides I can note only a little outdated bathroom equipment. But it has not spoiled our stay."
