"This hotel was truly a hidden gem and one of the best stays we had during our trip! The breakfast was delicious with a good selection, and we really enjoyed starting our mornings here. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well every night. What impressed us the most was the service. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We had an issue with our room, and they were very kind and efficient in helping us change to another room. They handled everything so well and made sure we were comfortable, which we really appreciated. The location is also excellent — very convenient, easy to get around, and most importantly, we felt safe staying in this area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, excellent service, and a very good location. Definitely a hidden gem and a hotel we would happily stay at again. Highly recommended!"

"For its money a good hotel. It is in a prosperous Xi Point area, in its center itself. Around a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. A very polite and friendly staff helped solve all the issues raised (the feed and heating provided, as the room was cold). Moreover, we were allowed to settle a little earlier than the time, for which a separate thank you! The room is very comfortable bed, but there are some shortcomings. The toilet door was with a big gap down, lacked microwave, and the entrance door was strangely opened and closed (in theory, it is not so difficult to get outside) In the rest of the world, one or more nights this hotel can be boldly recommended."

"Latitude apart hotel is a nice place I will advertise it to everyone , because they have strong security , quality rooms , good food and drinks then the location is good and easy to pick a car or drive in"

"Guests who plan to drive should be cautious. Before booking, I repeatedly asked if there was a dedicated, enclosed parking lot. I was told there was, and that it had 24-hour surveillance, and they even sent photos showing it directly in front of the house. However, upon arrival, it turned out to be a small street dozens of meters below the house. The entrance to the room required climbing a long, steep slope, making it very difficult to carry luggage in."

"We booked the same room again on the 25th. Then we requested to check out at 1pm. We didn’t hear anything from no one. This morning at 10am there was knocking on our door. The lady said its time to check out. I said mo cause we requested to check out at 1pm. She went ahead and said there are extra fees and she will ask the front desk. 5min later knocked again on the door. Says no we cant stay and have to check out at 11am(note this was at 10:20am) when she told me, I went ahead and told her this is on them and we requested to leave later. She left, next minute, a man came back. All arrogant. Told me why didn’t I pack up my bags the previous night. Also said that if I dont leave cleaners will come. I said its okah they can come but I might still be busy packing up. He said if thats the case they can help me put my stuff outside. I told him I dont like the tone he is using and being aggressive. He said hr not aggressive but he definitely was and threatened me with security that will escort me out. He left and came back(note I was in my towel) he said he left me in my towel and I am still the same( note I took a shower, busy packing up stuff in the room as we came from abroad and had a lot of baggage) he said he is calling security. Then my husband came out of the room and told him why he using that tone with me and he been listening to him the whole time! This man immediately changed his whole tune when he saw my husband. So inappropriate! And disrespectful! Will definitely will not be staying here again."

"Nice hotel, good location, very helpfull staff. Unfortunately, the pool was under reconstruction and we weren't informed in advance. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so we were quite disappointed."

"Beautiful little space that managed to pack everything you would need into an apt into surprisingly small square footage!! Comfortable and quiet from steeet noise, but unfortunately there were other guests celebrating a birthday into the late evening. Took some time to get through to management to organise an early bag drop, which was more convoluted than expected but otherwise the location is stellar and pretty safe as a solo female."

"Located in a community, access is not as convenient as ordinary hotels. The breakfast is standard Western style, with fewer options compared to the hotel."
