The location was highly convenient, allowing easy access to major attractions such as Table Mountain and the Waterfront. The apartment-style layout suited our family well, offering sufficient space for luggage, children, and downtime. The room was larger than expected and exceeded our initial expectations in comfort. While there was a slight lingering smoke smell upon arrival, airing out the room improved the environment. Staff were helpful and accommodating, especially when allowing us to store luggage prior to check-in. The overall experience balanced independence with hotel-style convenience. It was especially helpful during a busy sightseeing phase of the trip. HAVN offered a reliable, well-located option for families seeking flexibility and space in Cape Town."

Being so close to the V&A Waterfront, just a short Uber drive away, makes exploring Cape Town a breeze. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this location is ideal. The views from the apartments are nothing short of sensational. Waking up to the sight of Table Mountain is an experience that never gets old and adds a unique charm to the stay. "For its money a good hotel. It is in a prosperous Xi Point area, in its center itself. Around a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. A very polite and friendly staff helped solve all the issues raised (the feed and heating provided, as the room was cold). Moreover, we were allowed to settle a little earlier than the time, for which a separate thank you! The room is very comfortable bed, but there are some shortcomings. The toilet door was with a big gap down, lacked microwave, and the entrance door was strangely opened and closed (in theory, it is not so difficult to get outside) In the rest of the world, one or more nights this hotel can be boldly recommended."

"Pros: The location is excellent, just across the road from Camps Bay beach. It's close to a mini-mart and restaurants. There's a toaster and a kitchen for cooking and dining indoors. Coffee is provided, and there's parking available (though it costs extra). Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were very helpful. Cons: - Being on the first floor, I sometimes heard outside noise. - The cleaning service could be better. I stayed for 3 nights, and on the first day, the floor didn't seem to have been cleaned. My towels weren't changed throughout my stay, and the shampoo and soap weren't refilled (they only provided small bottles, which I supplemented with my own). - The coffee, milk, and tea were only provided on the first day and not replenished on subsequent days. - The shower has no door, so it's not very private and feels cramped. The toilet is also at the foot of the bed in the bedroom, which doesn't allow for much ventilation, and it's quite small. - The air conditioning in the room is quite old, and the remote control was often unresponsive."

"We stayed for three weeks in March 2026 and absolutely loved everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help and accommodate our requests. Housekeeping was excellent, coming every other day. Upon arrival, we found tea, coffee (ground and in capsules), sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and even dishwasher tablets – everything you could need! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils. There's also a decent rooftop pool with fantastic views. Overall, it was a superb stay! We hope to return and stay here again."

"We had a great stay at this place. Location is good - 5 minutes to the quay. There is a stop of the red bus near that is very convenient for the travelers. You have everything in the flat. We didn't expected that there would be cleaning so often. The only thing - it was a bit cold inside in April although there was the heating."
