No need to get up early to chase the sunrise; it truly lives up to its nickname, ”Little Switzerland of Western Sichuan.” After searching for ages, I finally found a courtyard hot spring bath with a view. And it's a private courtyard bath for each guesthouse, so you won't be disturbed. The guesthouse has its own restaurant where you can enjoy local cuisine. As a Cantonese person coming from a city in the twenties (Celsius) to the sub-zero Western Sichuan plateau for the first time, I absolutely had to have some braised yak meat and matsutake chicken soup to warm me up. Soaking in my private courtyard hot spring bath in -8°C weather, gazing at the unbeatable snow-capped mountain scenery—this is what it means to have your eyes in paradise! Even at an altitude of over 3,000 meters, there's no need to worry. The guesthouse has oxygen cylinders and oxygen bags. Although it was my first time at such a high altitude, I felt mild altitude sickness, which was manageable. Especially when I felt unwell, taking a walk in the courtyard and breathing in the negative ions of nature made me feel much better! What's best about the guesthouse is the scenery; it's truly my ideal utopia. Every view from the room is a perfect shot. You don't need to spend money to go to tourist attractions to see snow-capped mountains, meadows, yaks, horses, and donkeys. Coming here to relax is incredibly therapeutic.

GGuest UserThis hotel is so convenient! Changpinggou Scenic Area is just a short walk away, so you can always come back and rest when you're tired. The waitress was incredibly friendly and immediately helped us press the elevator button when she saw us carrying our luggage. The room was also incredibly clean. The hotel also has a restaurant and a free billiards arcade. It was fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserThe hotel is probably considered good in Xiaojin County, but my review is based on my personal experience and comparison. I'm generally satisfied; the bedding was comfortable and the environment was nice. However, I have two issues to mention. First, the service was terrible and completely ruined my impression. I couldn't get into the parking garage and called several times over 10 minutes, but no one answered. I even received a text message from the traffic police reminding me that I'll definitely give a bad review if I get a ticket later. Second, the facilities were poor. The toilet seat was broken and displaced, and the self-service laundry was poorly managed. I had to make three trips to get my clothes in line, and people wouldn't take their clothes after washing them, occupying the washing machines without me notifying anyone. I had to leave them somewhere temporarily. When I went to pick up my clothes at 2 AM after they were dried, they weren't even dry yet. One pair of pants hadn't dried even after two hours in the automatic mode – it's outrageous! I think these things should either not be done at all, or done well.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and well-lit, and it was tidied up perfectly. The surroundings are great, with many small shops and mini-marts nearby, making it convenient for buying things. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and proactively asked about my well-being, even offering to help with my luggage. For those who enjoy hiking, this is a great place to stay as it's very close to Changpinggou, just a few minutes' walk to the park entrance. I picked this hotel randomly and it definitely didn't disappoint; it's really good!

Xiao Cao and Xiao Ran, who assisted us, were very enthusiastic and attentive. What particularly touched us was when we walked about a kilometer for dinner tonight. After our meal, it started raining, and there were no taxis nearby, nor did we have umbrellas. We had to call the hotel for help. Xiao Ran, who answered the phone, immediately offered to bring us umbrellas. She walked through the rain to deliver the umbrellas and pick us up. As we neared the hotel, Xiao Cao, who had just returned, drove out to meet us. We were incredibly moved by their actions. With such a customer-centric spirit, this hotel is sure to thrive.

GGuest Userthe hotel is near to the shuangqiao valley of mount siguniang (walking distance). the room was also clean and there was heated floor so it was very very comfy and warm. they also provide breakfast in the morning. the service was great, we were greeted by the owner upon our arrival. they also replied to our message and fulfill our inquiry fast. the owner also kindly give us time to checkout a little bit late than usual. overall very good experience, will definitely stay here again if i came here.
