GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay at Shangshan Yunyang Resort. The location is quite close to Shuangqiaogou, which is very convenient. However, since we arrived at night, it was a bit difficult to find the hotel and we got slightly lost. For guests traveling with luggage, the hotel provides a lift, which was very helpful. The check-in process was smooth and easy. When we arrived, some of us experienced altitude sickness, so we carefully checked that the oxygen supply in each room was working properly. One of the rooms had a leakage issue with the oxygen bar, but the owner responded quickly by upgrading our room and ensuring all facilities were functioning well. We truly appreciated the care and responsibility shown by the owner. We were traveling with my 67-year-old father and a 4-year-old child, and the owner kindly arranged all our rooms on the same floor to make it easier for us to move around. This thoughtful service made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. In the morning, we were amazed by the beautiful mountain view from the room window, and the soaking pool was also wonderful and relaxing ❤️ The breakfast experience was nice, with unique local drinks and warm hospitality. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended

XXiaomanThis B&B deserves a perfect score! The owner is incredibly enthusiastic and responds instantly to any questions, always going the extra mile. The room was spotless and felt super comfortable the moment we walked in, with absolutely no strange smells. The biggest surprise was that they even helped walk our dog, which was incredibly pet-friendly for us traveling with a furry friend. We felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. We'll definitely be back next time!

GGuest UserI love this place where the staff always help me on everything such as since I had arrived, they came immediately without asking. They offer assistance to carry bag and recommend hotel detail with completely understand. The hotpot in the restaurant in the hotel is very good. The taste so good and the pancake is so nice as well when we eat along with yogurt. In the next day, they called taxi for us to go Bipenggou. Then we forgot the pancake on the taxi, the hotel staff has good assistance to call taxi to send us without cost.

CChong Koon MunWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was incredibly helpful, even before our arrival, the staff kept in touch with us and reminded us of important things to take note of. They also helped arrange a birthday cake for our friend, which we really appreciated. The room looked exactly like the photos, clean and comfortable. They even provided an oxygen machine just in case, as well as a floor heater to keep us warm. As Malaysians visiting a high-altitude and very cold area for the first time, we truly felt well taken care of. The hotel dinner was delicious, and overall the whole place felt very homey and welcoming. Both the staff and the owner were extremely friendly and helpful. From the hotel, we could enjoy stunning views of Siguniang Mountain and the beautiful surrounding scenery. Definitely worth staying here!

NNeladaI chose this hotel because it offers family-friendly rooms with two large beds, which was perfect for our stay. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more special. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist whenever we needed something. The dinner was also amazing — the hot pot was especially delicious and one of my favorite parts of the stay. Overall, I really loved this place and had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The owner and staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, providing excellent route and itinerary suggestions. There are some fantastic ******* restaurants and coffee shops nearby. What makes it truly perfect is being able to see the Four Sisters Mountains (Siguniangshan) in the morning!

WWeilan～haianThe B&B is right by the road, easy to find, and quiet at night. Since it's the off-season, there weren't many people, so it was very peaceful. The temperature difference between morning and evening was quite significant, but the floor heating was on all day, making it very warm. The only downside was that the bathroom lighting was too dim, which isn't very convenient for women trying to do their makeup or skincare. Also, the toilet isn't smart and doesn't have a heating function, so it felt a bit cold. On a positive note, the tea room on the ground floor of the hotel is really nicely decorated and quite stylish.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Changpinggou Scenic Area – just a few minutes' walk (about 600 meters). No need to rush in the morning, you can enjoy a lie-in! [smiley face] The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly. There's no elevator, but they'll help you with your luggage. The hygiene is spot on, and the facilities are comprehensive, including very effective underfloor heating, a smart toilet, and a great humidifier. It's excellent value for money, the environment is quiet and comfortable, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning mountain views. Totally worth it! Highly recommended!
