MM15455****The room was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. It even had a professional oxygen concentrator, and I was pleasantly surprised to find high-quality Le Labo toiletries. The room faced Siguniang Mountain, and honestly, I felt like I could just stay in and enjoy the view. What truly deserves a special mention is how wonderful everyone at the guesthouse was. The Matsutake hotpot they prepared was delicious (seriously, you *have* to try their homemade chili sauce!). The staff member was very kind; knowing we were suffering from altitude sickness, he offered us ibuprofen and glucose. Plus, when he found out we had previously stayed at another guesthouse, he proactively offered to pick up our luggage first so we could go straight to the attractions, which saved us a huge amount of time! I hope this place continues to thrive and do well!

The bed was also very comfortable, and I slept great at night. The staff were very friendly and could help arrange transportation to Shuangqiao Valley and Chengdu. Breakfast was provided daily; although the dishes didn't change much, they were delicious, and the coffee was good. A fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here. What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family. The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air. As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay. Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy. And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place. When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special. For all of the Cloud Inn family — I will come back soon. GGuest UserFirst and foremost, the location is superb, especially for my room type, as the balcony offered direct, stunning views of Mount Siguniang. However, be aware that the access road has a narrow stretch where local drivers tend to speed; we even had a close call. Parking at the guesthouse entrance can also be challenging for new drivers due to a steep slope. The room itself is on the smaller side but perfectly adequate for two people. It's worth noting that the in-room oxygen machine is a paid service, activated by scanning a QR code, and reportedly costs 68 yuan per hour. One minor point: the glass partition between the room and the balcony was a bit dirty. A good clean would greatly improve the view for photos. On a positive note, the guesthouse owner is incredibly kind and helpful! I accidentally left an item behind, and they went out of their way to find it and ship it to me via SF Express. Plus, the guesthouse dog is absolutely adorable and playful!

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and parking was easy right outside. It's only an 8-minute drive from the Siguniang Mountain Scenic Area. The staff were from Chengdu and were very friendly. They kept everything spotless, much better than your average B&B. We ordered a lot of soup pot the night before, and the staff saved it for us the next day. I highly recommend this B&B.

GGuest UserOur stay in this hotel was amazing! The room is comfortable and clean. You have to walk uphill to get to the hotel which can be a bit hard with a large backpack but it's fine. It is very close to the ticket office and entrance of Changpinggou (5mins), and around 10 mins from Haizi Valley entrance which is the one we did. The staff is very warm and welcoming, they helped us book the van back to Chengdu. Is right next to the main road where restaurants and c-stores are located. Totally recommend!

The location is easy to find, and they even guided us to parking and helped carry our luggage to the door since there's no elevator [tears of laughter emoji]. The room was clean and comfortable overall. The front desk staff were quick to check us in and provided excellent tips on local attractions and travel itineraries. They even offered oxygen tanks at night. This was by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Western Sichuan. Full marks! I'll definitely be back. The puppy was super cute too! 😂

The staff are all very enthusiastic and helpful. The room is smart and clean. The mattress is just the right firmness, and the bedding is comfortable, so I had a great night's sleep. I'll be back next year to see the red leaves and will definitely choose this hotel again.
