"Great new hotel. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I thought I had left my sunglasses there and they went out of their way to try to find them. Easy to book activities around Victoria Falls and Chobe thro9ugh them. The only issue is they are not near downtown, so you have to take a cab, but it is easy to find a driver and very inexpensive."

"This hotel has a perfect location – close to the waterfall, best restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is immaculate. There's also a pool. As for the downsides, the rooms are really compact – there's nowhere to put your belongings. Despite the air conditioning being on constantly, the rooms are very damp, and nothing dries properly. Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel; it's quite good."
