"Pros: The front desk staff and ground floor employees had excellent service attitudes.
Cons:
1. The room layout was very illogical. The transparent glass in the bathroom was extremely awkward.
2. In one of the accessible rooms, the air conditioning remained very cold even after being turned off, and I'm not sure why.
3. In the accessible room's bathroom, there was no shower curtain, so water went everywhere after showering, which was quite dangerous.
4. The F&B staff were severely understaffed and seemed untrained. Before the buffet started, there were long queues waiting for tables. They seated five people at a table for four and another group of five at a table for seven, which was incredibly chaotic. The buffet kitchen didn't have enough staff, and there weren't enough people to clear dishes or attend to guests' requests.
5. At breakfast on the second day, even though each room was entitled to two breakfasts, the staff claimed there was only one. We had to call the front desk to confirm, which was very unprofessional.
Overall, it really didn't feel like a five-star hotel. I understand it's newly opened, but the lack of staff and inadequate training are serious issues. I would not recommend it."
