Kuantan Hotels with Infinity Pools

"We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 PM and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself looked pleasant, and the room was in good condition upon arrival. We also requested extra towels, which were delivered promptly without any issues. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The toilet appeared to have a leakage issue, and the air-conditioning was not cold enough despite the temperature being set low. During breakfast, food items were not replenished quickly, and tables were not cleaned promptly, making it difficult to find a clean table. Guests also had to look for their own cutlery, including spoons, forks, and tissues. The breakfast selection was quite limited, although the food served was tasty. On a positive note, the check-out process was quick and hassle-free. The hotel’s location is also convenient, being close to East Mall Kuantan. As a hotel rated 5 stars, I expected a higher level of maintenance and service, especially in terms of room facilities and breakfast operations. While the stay was comfortable overall, there is definitely room for improvement to meet 5-star expectations."

"The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents."

The View: The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking ocean view. Waking up to the sight of the sound of the waves right from the suite was incredibly peaceful. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The Service: The staff truly made the difference. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. It’s rare to find a team that balances professionalism with such genuine warmth. The Vibe: The villas has a unique architectural charm that feels authentic and serene. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained."

"We are looking for some get away resort near KL and this is a perfect one. The price is a little bit higher than our budget, but it really worths for every penny. Foods were great. Reception welcomed me like a distinguished guest and provided all info and clarified all my questions very well and attentive manner. The villa was great, clean and facilities were great too. The most enjoyable part is recreation activities and they do the maintainence very well for all equipments. We will visit again."
