"The night receptionists were great, with excellent service. The location is in Zone 2, and you can catch a ride right outside the corner, though for a group, taking an Uber to the city center might be more cost-effective. The hotel's design meant that none of the bathroom doors had locks. In our first room, the bathroom door was semi-transparent with a large gap on the side, making it uncomfortable and awkward since there were four of us sharing the room. After speaking with the staff, we were moved to another room with a solid wooden bathroom door, which was much better. However, the new room's lighting was very dim, and some power outlets were loose; even their own lamp would fall out. The small cooking light in the kitchen was also broken. The towel rack in the bathroom was attached to the ceiling, but the ceiling around it was cracked and looked like it was about to fall, which felt quite dangerous. One day, I requested room cleaning and left a note asking them not to make the bed, but the staff didn't even empty the bathroom trash; instead, they left a trash bag for me to change myself.... There were only two tissues left, and they weren't refilled. When I went down to the reception, the staff said they could only make a note to refill them tomorrow, as they didn't have any immediately available. There was no phone in the room, so I had to go to the front desk myself to find staff. Each shift only had one receptionist, so usually, I'd have to wait 10-15 minutes while they dealt with other guests, which was ridiculous. It's not that the staff are bad, but they are severely understaffed! Also, because there was a kitchen but no cooking utensils, when I asked the front desk, the receptionist had to personally bring a set up... they're clearly too busy!"

"The location is genuinely great, right in Chinatown. Downstairs, you can find anything you want to eat. It's a perfect spot for Chinese tourists because you can get Chinese food anytime. If you need a convenience store, there's one right next door. You can also head to Chinatown for noodles in the morning. Across the street, there's a theater currently showing a Michael Jackson musical. You can check in online in advance; they'll send you an email. I checked in at the front desk, and the Indian guy was very friendly. They gave me a high-floor room. The room size isn't big, but it's just right for one or two people. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and it's very clean. However, there's no complimentary bottled water or slippers, which really surprised me. The bathroom also lacks a bath mat, so be careful when showering. Otherwise, everything else is pretty good. The gym isn't large, but the equipment is sufficient, with plenty of machines for compound training. I didn't opt for breakfast because there are so many food options downstairs, all within walking distance. The lobby bar on the ground floor is lively in the evenings. Overall, the price-performance ratio is excellent, but many things are minimalist, like the lack of slippers and water. The location is good, and the comfort level is adequate. So, if you prioritize price and location, this place is a solid choice."

"The staff were kind and easy to work with, the location was good and close to trams, but far from the main shopping and restaurant districts in Bourke St and Collins St. The hotel room was neat and clean, however I couldn't find a hairdryer"

For a Raddison brand, areas they can significantly improve on: - Room numbers can hardly be seen as the corridors dimly lit . - Sink tap handle fell off on first use - reported to receptionist. - Mould/dirty on the caulking/silicone around sink and toilet..refer to photos - dark colour stains on the wall? Refer to photos.."

"The hotel is conveniently located very close to Southern Cross Station, just a few minutes' walk from where the SkyBus drops you off. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. There's a Coles supermarket and a McDonald's nearby, plus a food street in the vicinity. It's also incredibly convenient for public transport, with tram stops for routes 30, 35, 86, and 96 all within easy reach."

"Built in 1883, this hotel is still in operation and surrounded by many attractions. St Paul's Cathedral and the central train station are within walking distance. The breakfast is a set menu with options, and it's delicious. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic."

"Room size is a bit small & the room allocated to us is having problem with hot water shower. However, the hotel is kind enough to provide another room for us to shower."

"Overall a good location as there are 2 tram stops just a quick 3 to 5 mins walk away from the apartment. There is a minimart and 7-11 just downstairs, convenient for picking up necessities. The apartment was quite big and had very useful amenities like a washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and big fridge. Unfortunately, the air-conditioner wasn't the best for me as it was a standing type located near the window in the living room. Despite adjusting to the lowest temperature and highest fan speed, the bedroom was still quite warm. Body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner and towels were provided but not toothbrush, comb or bottled water. There was a kettle provided but I would prefer having bottled water provided daily. I was also surprised that housekeeping was not provided for my 5-nights stay. Fresh towels can be requested by hanging a sign on the door before 8 am. Generally a good stay but do note that the reception counter is not open 24 hours, so if you arrive outside these timings, separate arrangements should probably be pre-arranged."

"Overall, I was satisfied. The location is excellent, right next to Southern Cross Station, within walking distance to free tram stops and supermarkets, making getting around super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it offered great value for money. However, some facilities are a bit dated, and they don't provide disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, so I recommend bringing your own."

"Need to check in on the 2nd floor. Location: It's on a very narrow street with a small sign, but it's close to Chinatown which is quite convenient. Downstairs, there's a Chinese noodle restaurant that accepts WeChat Pay, and also a cafe. Cleanliness: Overall, it's quite new. There are no toothbrushes or slippers, and the room isn't big, but it's fine for one person. It's cleaned daily. The sink, toilet, and shower are all separate. There's a kettle, but no bottled water; you need to go to the 2nd floor to get water. I stayed on the 24th floor, the elevator is fast, and the night view from the window is nice."
