"The room was clean and tidy, with a delicate design and even a clothesline. Parking was convenient. They provided four bottles of mineral water, two packets of drip coffee, one black tea, and one green tea. The most unique feature was that the shower and toilet in the bathroom were by the window. The room also came with a smart voice assistant from Hampton. There's a public washing machine and dryer available, and a robot even delivered fruit that I redeemed with points. The breakfast was rich and exquisite."

"Big shout out to Xiaotao, our housekeeper! Her service was warm and attentive, and check-in was super efficient and quick. She also thoughtfully provided information about the surrounding area and the hotel's facilities. The hotel environment is elegant, clean, and the soundproofing is excellent, so I slept incredibly well. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations. With this level of service and quality, I absolutely have to give it a five-star recommendation to all my friends!"

"Overall, the room was decent, but the cleaning wasn't thorough. Under the bed was quite dirty, with lots of dust and papers. For a price of over 1200 yuan, including tickets for two adults and the cable car up to the ski resort, plus the bus fee, it felt like a good deal. The tickets alone would be 240*2=480, and we also received a 100 yuan dinner voucher. So, 1250 - 580 = 670, meaning the room itself was around 670 yuan a night, which is pretty reasonable for the period around Chinese New Year. The bottled water in the room was a super big bottle, and the hotel dinner was delicious. It was very cost-effective with the voucher – the boiled fish and cauliflower were absolutely amazing, I highly recommend them! The room was advertised as having underfloor heating, but the floor wasn't actually warm. However, it wasn't cold in the room, so it was fine. Xiling Snow Mountain is perfect for kids to play in the snow, build snowmen, and ski. It snowed on Feb 7th and 8th, and we arrived on the afternoon of Feb 10th. Our younger child played for a good half-day just building snowmen at the hotel entrance. The older child went skiing at the resort, hired an instructor for 2 hours, and skied for 4 hours. Renting gear and all cost about 1000 yuan. The instructor suggested booking a 2-hour single board lesson for 600 yuan upfront. If you book an hour and then extend for another, it's 340+340=680 yuan. Adult skiing costs 168 for two hours, and children's skiing is 128 for two hours, with an extension fee of 30 yuan for half an hour. Once accumulated to 6 hours, it becomes a full-day pass. Our child wanted to learn snowboarding, so we hired a single board instructor. We only booked for an hour initially, thinking an extension would be calculated as part of the 600 yuan total, but it wasn't; it was 340+340=680. Since we rarely visit, it's fine as long as the child had fun. I feel it's much better than going to Harbin in Northeast China. It was too cold there when I visited, and the kids couldn't really enjoy playing in the snow because only their eyes could be exposed, and they needed two pairs of gloves to stay warm. But Xiling Snow Mountain was great! The 0-degree temperature wasn't too cold, and the kids had a blast. No wonder it's called the warmest snow mountain! Before going, I was hesitant, wondering if it would be as underwhelming as some online reviews suggested, but I genuinely found it very worthwhile. The free snow play area is quite large, feeling even bigger than the paid Panda Paradise. I also recommend going up to Sun and Moon Peak (Riyueping). Children under 13 are free, and adults are 96 yuan each. You might even see squirrels 🐿️ up there. We went up in the afternoon, so it might have been too cold by evening for the squirrels to be out. Those who went in the morning saw them. We were playing in the snow at the entrance, and a guest told us Riyueping was worth taking the kids up to, so we rushed there before leaving in the afternoon. I recommend going around 9 AM when the sun is just out and warm, and you'll have a better chance of seeing squirrels 🐿️."

"Location: The hotel is located in Xiling Town at the foot of Xiling Snow Mountain, just a 20-minute drive from the Xiling Visitor Center. Environment: The hotel environment is very elegant, revealing the owner's attention to detail. The twin room was very warm; the heating was on as soon as we entered, and the bathroom had a heater and strong ventilation. The twin room is suitable for families with children. A small stream flows gently in front of the hotel, adding to the tranquility and relaxation. Service: The hotel provided welcome fruit and recommended Xiao Shi Restaurant, a local favorite. A very good experience."

"Located away from the city's hustle and bustle, it's wonderfully quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep! However, I do hope some maintenance and repairs can be done on the facilities. I understand the financial and business pressures they're facing, though. The service was truly excellent, especially their genuine sincerity, which was fantastic! The location is great, right within Anren Ancient Town and close to the museum. Overall, it's a good place, and I would choose to stay here again."

"The hotel is not far from Huashuiwan Hot Spring Town, built by the roadside, making parking convenient with a dedicated underground parking garage. There are two accommodation buildings. The price is a bit high, but the environment is quite good, though there's not much to explore in the surrounding area. The room was spacious, although the walls were a bit dirty. The hot springs are great, with about 10 pools built along the river, plus a sauna room. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Overall, the facilities are complete. Breakfast was very rich with a wide variety of options. The jam tasted homemade, which was a pleasant surprise – they even provided a butter knife, which many larger hotels don't! It would be a pretty good deal if the price were under 500."

We'd been talking about coming for a hot spring getaway for a while, so we specifically chose a weekday to avoid the crowds, and it was perfect – not too busy, not too empty. The hot spring experience was great; there were many pools, each with its own unique charm. The outdoor pools had beautiful scenery and the water temperature was very comfortable. While the room facilities weren't brand new, they were incredibly clean and tidy. You could tell this established hotel really puts effort into its upkeep and quality. The location is excellent, right inside the ancient town, yet the rooms and facilities are surprisingly modern. I was extremely satisfied with both the cleanliness and the service, and the privacy is also fantastic. I particularly recommend the private hot spring rooms. Enjoying some fruit while soaking in the private hot spring and feeling the evening breeze is truly divine. The pictures speak for themselves! I originally planned a one-time visit, but after staying here, I'll definitely come back if friends visit Chengdu again! It's truly worth it."

"On May 31st, my daughter and I made a last-minute decision to visit Xiling Snow Mountain, and the first thing we did was book this hotel. **Location:** The hotel is halfway up the mountain, very close to Yingyue Square, and it's the first hotel in the hotel area. **Cleanliness:** The room was quite tidy, and the bedding was soft. The ink-wash painting on the accent wall was very artistic. The bathroom had a separate shower and a bathtub. **Dining:** We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast area the next morning was cozily set up, offering side dishes, main courses, and rice noodles. **Service:** The front desk staff were friendly and even provided thoughtful reminders about hotel policies when we checked in. **Highlight:** The night view was the most pleasant surprise. When the hotel lights up, it looks exceptionally warm nestled in the mountains. **Overall:** A great experience, perfect for a relaxing getaway to Xiling Snow Mountain."

"Stumbled upon a super hassle-free hotel! The entire place was spotless and fresh, the bedding was soft, and the room had great natural light. The blackout curtains were amazing. What really stood out were the thoughtful little details: the front desk had Huoxiang Zhengqi water (a traditional Chinese medicine for heatstroke) and band-aids ready, so no need to panic if something unexpected happened while out and about. The facilities were complete, the bathroom was clean, and overall it was quiet and comfortable. I felt safe and at ease staying here – definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling!"
