"We had a great time at Maple Leaf Hotel. All the staffs have been so polite, helpful and service was always on time. The lunch and dinner there, u may need to spend above 150 Yuan to get certain rebate or 500 yuan for another rebate. No halal food ya. For muslim travellers you need to bring your own food. There are vending machines at the lobby for some snacks. The location is very near to the playground & ski area. Walking distance. But because of our winter clothings which is so heavy, it made us walk slow to reach the destination. We had issue with TV but the staff came and helped us to set up the TV as we don't understand Mandarin.  The rooms were clean overall. We managed to get a room next to each another. We arrived earlier but they did allowed us to enter slightly earlier as we came with a family of 5 pax. I would suggest family coming here not to bring big & heavy luggages. One traveller just 1 hand car bag will do. Bottle water, shampoo and body wash are all provided by the hotel. The moment we check out, within seconds , i received the deposit fee if 200 Yuan at my Alipay apps. There is a Cotti Coffee near the playground. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the stay at Maple Leaf Hotel. Excellent service by the staffs."

"We had a great stay at Yaoyao Hotel near Xiling Snow Mountain. The room was very big, spacious, and comfortable, making it perfect for groups and families. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable pricing for the space and comfort provided. A special mention to the staff for upgrading our group room free of charge, which made our stay even better and more comfortable. Overall, Yaoyao Hotel is a budget-friendly yet comfortable option for travelers visiting Xiling Snow Mountain. Highly recommended, especially for group stays. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Xiling Town truly is a beautiful natural paradise with mountains and rivers. I absolutely love the traditional architectural style here. We stayed at this guesthouse again and fell in love with it, along with my friends. The hostesses personally welcomed us and provided amazing service ❤️. They even added extra towels for us, worried we wouldn't have enough. The room design was incredibly comfortable, and with the river just outside the window, listening to its sounds while sitting on the chair felt truly purifying for the soul. The bathroom in the room deserves a special mention – it was fantastic, superb! For us Malaysians 🇲🇾, it was incredibly accommodating. It had a Western-style toilet with electronic features and even a heated seat. The hostesses also cooked breakfast themselves; the hot noodles truly warmed our hearts ❤️. The guesthouse is also very close to the bus station, making it convenient for us to catch the bus."

"Very warm welcome from some of the loveliest staff! Excellent service and very friendly. Perfect location just at the bottom of the gondola (as we wanna spend the day up the mountain but mum wasn’t really keen on staying up here as it was freezing). The hotel also has a little gym where I can keep up with my regular routine. Language barrier wasn’t a major issue as we use the translator app and the staff also tried their best to communicate to us. Perfect for family or couple that want an easy walkable access to the mountain/gondola. Would definitely comeback here again for skiing next time!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Yingxue Square. The sightseeing bus stop is conveniently nearby, so you don't have to drag your luggage far. The hotel even helped us transport two pieces of luggage, and we only paid an extra 10 yuan per piece for the rest. It's truly the best location for a hotel in the mid-mountain area."

"We booked 2 tents. Each tent with queen size bed, electric heater, shoe dryer, portable lamp, electric blanket and bed that keeps warm but however it was still freezing cold as the temperature dropped to -8 degree Celsius during the night. Shared toilet/bathroom need some walking which for us family with kids and elderly gave a bit of hassle to go up and down the stairs. Shared bathroom heated and with working hot water. Restaurant coupon were given for breakfast (free), lunch (discounted) and dinner (discounted). Halal breakfast is available for is and they provide us fresh milk, warm wafer, boiled eggs and bread which we are very grateful. Do note that the bread and fresh milk with Halal mark on its packaging. What an valuable experience for us Malaysian staying inside a tent surrounded with snow!"

"Clean and comfortable room with very good beds, warm quilts and a choice of pillows. The hot springs were great and the service staff excellent. There are more than one hot spring pools. Breakfast was very good with a very large selection of foods. The standard was very high. The only thing which we felt wasn’t great was the noise of children screaming all over the resort and the incessant fireworks until around 10pm. That is not the hotel’s fault, but their guests. I’m not sure what could be done to improve this, as it affects all guests. I would stay here again though, for sure. The proximity to Xiling Snow Mountain (20 minutes by car), the comfortable bed and the excellent breakfast are all a big plus!"

"Close proximity to Xiling Ski Resort, around 10 mins drive. The owner Mr Lee was very helpful even before we arrived, helped arranged transportation to pick us up from Chengdu Railway Station to hotel. Room is spacious to accommodate 4 of us. Bed came with heated blanket which is a plus. The restaurant serves a la carte dinner which is not bad. Breakfast spread is simple but good enough to fill our stomach. Due to deserted location, there may be flying insects in room. Hot water is not constant but bearable for a quick bath. Overall good location and affordable for a short stay. Keep up the service Mr Lee!"

"I took my two kids to escape the summer heat and spent a long time choosing this place across various platforms. It completely exceeded my expectations! The environment, hygiene, and everything else were amazing. I'm a bit of a clean freak and usually dislike staying in hotels when I travel, but this guesthouse truly surpassed my imagination, so I absolutely have to give it a good review. I hope the owner keeps up the great work; we'll definitely be back to stay here for a snow trip in the winter!"
