Perfect
We brought our two little dogs for a two-day trip, and both they and we had a wonderful time! The environment is truly lovely, elegant and peaceful, with a charming courtyard and resident cats. Just looking at the hydrangeas in the yard and the various vegetables in the garden was so therapeutic, it felt like living that dream of returning to a tranquil life in the mountains. Whether it was sunny or rainy, the mountain scenery had its own unique charm. In the afternoon, we hiked to Dafeishui, and after getting tired, we could relax in the hot springs in the evening ♨️, which was absolutely delightful. There were also all sorts of Chinese dishes, hot pot, and BBQ. Eating delicious food in the courtyard created such a fantastic atmosphere! I also loved breakfast every day; it was so satisfying! The kimchi and corn were especially tasty!

The room is super spacious for family 4 of us. The manager is very helpful to assist for our transportation/ticketing to cable railway station and hot spring.. Bbq Dinner at the hotel is superb. Highly recommended for family stays.

The front desk staff was warm and friendly, patiently answering all my questions. The room was clean and comfortable, spacious and bright. The service was excellent, and it was also very clean. It's a great value and highly recommended. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The price is also very reasonable.

I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

The environment exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean. There was a creek and woods outside the window. The lady boss was super nice and provided breakfast. I originally planned to stay one night, but after playing in the creek downstairs, I didn't want to leave, so I stayed another night.

The camp was very clean and beautiful. Out of all places I've stayed during my trip to Chengdu & Xiling, their camp is the best. Up till today (we've checked out their camp for about 1 week+ now) we still talked about our experience there. It is very memorable. Their staff are also very helpful. We couldn't find the camp at first and they sent staff to guide us. My mom left her charger at the camp and they willingly sent it to our next hotel. Their hospitality is the best! At first, we were shocked that we have to hike(10-20mins) to get to the camp. We were shocked because we were tired since we have been traveling for the past 2 days and haven't rested properly. But when we reached there, it was all worth it! This camp was basically what we need to recharge ourselves.

This is budget accommodation in walking distance 800m from the entrance of Xiling snow mountain. We arrived by bus at 10:30 and contacted hotel to pick our luggages at the entrance. Staffs were very kind and energetic. We came down and walked back to the hotel. It is cheaper to stay here and has many options for dinner. But heating system was not working so very cold at night as we stayed over Christmas. Simple breakfasts can be ordered. For non Chinese speakers like us, try to get WeChat of the hotel in advance.

The in-charge has a very nice personality, really helpful and friendly. They provide transport from & to airport, and to the surrounding with cheapper fee. They dont ask for more fee unlike the normal cab. The food potion was alot for solo like me, and it's very cheap. The place was quiet and nice view with mountain and forest surrounded. Enjoyed.
