The front desk is quite polite, and there are souvenirs when you leave. However, I wanted two bottles of water on the first night. The room phone called the front desk but no one answered. I called the front desk phone given by Ctrip on my mobile phone to get through. We stayed for two consecutive days, but the slippers and other supplies were not replaced on the second day, so we could only use the ones on the first day. This is a bit unexpected.
