Guest UserThe guesthouse has a high location with a great view. You can see the sea from the room. I was very satisfied with the room; everything was clean and comfortable. There were many third spaces, and the two large terraces on the second floor were spacious with excellent views. The owner was very hospitable, providing pick-up and drop-off service, and the breakfast was plentiful. I look forward to days with sunrises and sunsets, and I'll come back when it gets cooler.

SH2502✨ A hidden gem in Taizhou: Fuchen Yin 府城隐
What makes this hotel truly special is its incredible story — a beautiful transformation from an old 财神庙 (temple of the God of Wealth, so yes… extra good fortune vibes 😉) and a historic printing factory into a serene luxury retreat.
Tucked away in a quiet residential alley and accessible by buggy, the hotel feels like a secret escape from the busy world. The moment you step inside, you feel a sense of calm. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with generous spaces to unwind, relax, and simply enjoy the moment.
My favourite corners? The library, where I spent time getting lost among the books, and the piano area, where I happily played a few tunes. These little details made the stay feel more like a home away from home rather than just a hotel.
The breakfast was an absolute highlight — a celebration of Taizhou’s local flavours. I loved discovering so many regional specialties: 🍵 青草糊 — a refreshing grass jelly dessert with a wonderful touch of peppermint that made it even more refreshing
🍜 姜汤面 and 芋头面 — comforting local noodle dishes
🍰 三色糕
🍚 乌饭麻糍 (with red bean filling)
🥟 扁食
…and so many more delicious local treats that I wish I had a bigger stomach!
They even helped me buy the famous 海苔饼 — the whole reason I came to Taizhou — and it arrived piping hot. Truly the kind of thoughtful service that makes a trip memorable.
The hotel facilities are exceptional. From the beautifully designed spaces to the thoughtful amenities, everything has been carefully considered. The bed deserves a special mention — probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. They also provide turndown service, luxurious toiletries, and a complimentary minibar (which, by the way, included local rice wine 🍶 — just saying 😉).
A huge thank you to every member of the Fuchen Yin team for making my stay so warm and memorable. The combination of history, design, local culture, incredible food, and heartfelt hospitality makes this one of the most unique stays I’ve experienced.
Definitely a place I would love to return to. 🤍

The hotel is right by the old Zhexi Street in Tiantai. After arriving at Tiantai Mountain Station by high-speed rail, the hotel thoughtfully provides a free shuttle service. The moment I arrived in Tiantai, I had a great feeling. The distant mountains stretched endlessly, and the water was a vibrant green. The old street seems to be a retro district built along the banks of the original stream, but with its pavilions, waterside structures, ocher stones, and the winding, cascading stream, the giant stepping stones spanning both banks, and the ocher-colored rock slopes peeking out of the water, it's a very well-designed area. Xi Ye (the hotel) is located right on the bank in the core area. Just a few steps to the right is Rong Xiaoguan, to the left is Starbucks, and diagonally opposite is BaWangChaJi. As soon as you enter the hotel, the whole world seems to quiet down. A huge floor-to-ceiling window overlooks a lush green view. There's a pond with koi fish swimming, and two or three clusters of azaleas blooming. The design of this hotel immediately captivated me. Entering the room, it was a spacious 50-60 square meters, with welcome snacks, a minibar, afternoon tea, turndown service with a late-night snack, Le Labo 33 toiletries, custom boat-shaped slippers, a black hotel-branded canvas bag, and even a small wooden prayer bead bracelet. All these details spoke volumes about the hotel's thoughtfulness. I will definitely come back. I love Xi Ye, and I loved the two local eateries I tried; it felt like every chef there was a hidden master, with every dish full of deliciousness and surprises. I came to stay at Xi Ye for Guoqing Temple, and for Xi Ye, I'd be willing to come to Tiantai again next time.

Guest UserThe temporary homestay booked on the train attracted me at the time was as follows: one is that the homestay is very new and opened in 2024; the second is at the foot of Guoqing Temple, convenient for walking; the third is that the pick-up station is very worry-free for us who are not self-driving; the fourth is that the evaluation is very good. With an optimistic attitude, I contacted the merchant in Trip.com , but the young man went to the field at that time and couldn't pick up the station. I don't want to find a place to live again, but I still placed an order and added the young man's WeChat.
It cost more than a dozen yuan to take a taxi out of the station. It is the taxi driver who is not dedicated and did not send it to the hotel, but said that he can't drive in at the narrow intersection outside the village (afterwards, I knew that the driver was lazy, and they knew how to get in the road). Contacted the young man, he immediately contacted the family, his mother came out of the store next to him in a while (it turned out that this restaurant was also theirs, and later we solved the meal in the store, and gave a discount). The room in the hotel is really new and clean, very quiet, and well equipped. The first floor is the kitchen, very clean, and the owner is diligent.
In the afternoon, the young man came back and knew that we were going to Tiantai Mountain Waterfall. In order to apologize for not picking up the station, he drove us there. Halfway down the road, I found that I forgot to bring my mobile phone. He immediately turned back and did not show a little impatience. He kept talking slowly and answered all questions.
After eating in his restaurant, you can take a walk along the rice fields and walk around the room. Especially in the evening, listen to the summer insects all the way, see the cold smoke, the beauty of Yanguoqing Temple, envy the blessing of the residents here, how happy.
Guoqing Temple is within easy reach and can be visited at any time. Combined with various factors, this homestay far exceeded expectations, and the food, lodging and transportation were satisfied, greatly improving the travel efficiency. Highly recommended!

I was so happy to get a room with such an unbeatable ocean view during the May Day holiday! It's just a few hundred meters away from Dongxia Beach, but unfortunately, it's small and crowded, and the overall planning of the scenic area isn't very well-organized. The decor at the B&B is simple and comfortable. The owner and hostess are very welcoming. The seafood for dinner was very fresh, and the breakfast was also quite delicious. The mountain drive is quite demanding, but on a clear day, the sea is a pale green. Unfortunately, the weather was bad the next morning, so we didn't get to see the sunrise. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

RuantuotuoChoose this place! It's fantastic! The discounted double room was even upgraded! The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, great water pressure, new facilities, and excellent soundproofing. The rooftop waterfall is visible from the window. The guesthouse has charging stations, which is a big plus. It has its own parking lot and a courtyard. The breakfast is quite plentiful, and the owner even cooked dinner when we arrived. The price is very reasonable, and we even went to karaoke. It felt like coming home. The couple is so nice. I'll definitely come back next time.

Anonymous UserThis hotel is quite charming—it’s a large, old house that has been nicely converted into several hotel rooms. Our room was very comfortable.
However, a heads-up regarding the bathroom: there was no door on the toilet area, and the shower was an all-glass enclosure. Since I was traveling with my husband, it wasn't an issue for us, but if you are traveling with friends, you might want to be aware of this lack of privacy.
The location is excellent! It’s right next to the City Wall and super close to several great restaurants and cool bars.
We also liked the service; the staff were quite attentive. One thing I found confusing, though, was that they didn't register my address as per the usual government standard for foreign guests, which most hotels in China follow.
As for cleanliness, it was standard for China—there were a few stray hairs in parts of the room (usually women's hair), but I find this happens in practically any hotel here.
Overall, it was a good stay!

Xiaowang778899This trip was full of harvest. I wanted to take the baby to the beach. The boss provided tools to catch the sea. I dug a lot of Wenxuan with the local residents on the beach. The recommended restaurants are very delicious, including attractions and local fly pavilions. The hotel is not far from the attractions and can be reached in ten minutes by car. The sea breeze is very comfortable on the terrace at night, there is free Ktv in the store, and the facilities are quite complete. The bayberry wine brewed by the boss is very clear and treats guests like friends. In short, it was an unforgettable trip and would recommend it to friends who come to the beach to play.

This Narada Resort & Spa is ideally located right next to the North Gate of Shenxianju, offering five-star service and facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, with stunning mountain views right outside the window. Everything in the room is well-appointed, clean, and truly lives up to a five-star standard. I especially want to commend the front desk staff – they were so kind, friendly, and went out of their way to patiently explain sightseeing routes to us elderly visitors. A big thumbs up to them! We truly felt our trip to Shenxianju and our stay at Narada were well worth it. [Strong][Strong][Strong]

PROS: The boss helped us with dinner by cooking for us, since we’ve arrived quite late, and the fried noodles were so yummy! The breakfast was also served hot & delicious, even if we’ve woken up quite late in the morning too! The carpeted floor was clean & comfortable & the bed is soft & clean. Towels were clean & fresh. The shower head is new & stylish. There is a parking area which is safe.
TO BE IMPROVED: Our room’s trash bin was still full with trash from the previous guest, and it was placed in front of our room door, they probably forgot to bring it back inside the room, nor to clean it. The glasses in the sink were dirty. The surfaces of the tank of the toilet bowl is clearly not cleaned regularly, same with the toilet bowl.
