"I used to choose this hotel every time I went on a business trip to Xiangtan. The service is good and the facilities are complete. But these four days, especially these two days, I felt that the front desk service was not good enough. I had to send clothes for washing in the evening. I called the front desk and insisted that it would be washed tomorrow. I told the cleaning lady Next, I helped readily without saying a word. The same goes for extending my stay. I asked to swipe the room card, but it turned out that I couldn't open it when I went upstairs. I had to wait for the aunt to come and help open the door. I hope the hotel will get better and better in the future."

"Honestly, with such amazing service, any minor issues with the hotel environment simply don't matter! From the moment I arrived, the lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm and gentle smile. Even though the lobby was small, good service trumps everything else! After checking in, I added her on WeChat, and she even recommended some great local restaurants. I was also able to reserve a charging spot for my car in advance, which was super convenient. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay! However, the hotel facilities could use some improvement. For example, the laundry room could be larger with more washing machines and dryers. Two washers and one dryer definitely aren't enough during peak season! Our clothes were taken out of the dryer twice the night we washed them and still weren't dry. Compared to the hotel we booked in Shaoshan the night before, the service here was night and day – absolutely superior!"

The environment in the store is clean and comfortable, and the service is warm! The hotel provides free drinking water, and the water in the room will be filled in time after drinking. I change the laundry, the front desk helps to put it in the washing machine to clean and dry, and wait for it to be dried directly. The pants and clothes of the friends in the same group were stained with oil. I wanted to find the front desk to get some detergent to wash myself. The front desk lady took the initiative to help wash it by hand after knowing it. After drying it, let us retrieve it.
The service is meticulous and thoughtful, the experience is great, I will stay here next time, highly recommended!"

Location: less than 2 kilometers from the scenic spot, own parking lot
Facilities: The homestay does not have an elevator to understand, there is air conditioning, you can watch TV on the first floor, free programs on the TV in the room, non-disposable slippers, disposable towels, and drinking water. Cotton bedding is comfortable.
Hygienic: relatively clean, almost no dead ends
Environment: clean and orderly interior and exterior
Service: The proprietress has high emotional intelligence and good personality, and smiles at any time. After booking, call in advance to inquire about the time of arrival. Considering that the scenic spot is not convenient for parking, she takes the initiative to provide a free ferry service from the hotel to the scenic spot.

The boss changed us into a triple room, which was comfortable and comfortable. Guest UserThe owners of this place are the nicest people ever! Even though we did not ask, they gave us a ride to and from the train station as well as to Chairman Mao's former residence. The location is great, it would not have been a long walk but the ride made our visit even smoother. The hosts gave us Chairman Mao pins for free and made us delicious breakfast for a really cheap price. They truly are such nice people! They don't speak much English but I'm sure you would manage just fine with a translator app. The room was a great fit for us, two couples travelling together, and it had everything we needed. We only stayed for one night since there is not a whole lot to see in this town but we would have loved to stay for longer just because the hosts were so nice. I would definitely recommend this place! 谢谢你们对我们的悉心照顾!

Guest UserThe hotel is quite new, room is clean and service is pretty good, every alternative day, there will be some complementary snack given to you at the counter. Whole in lobby waiting, the staff will offer you chinese tea to drink. Very attentive to anything happens in the room and will fix the problem as soon as possible. The con is food is limited in varieties daily, I would propose to get a fresh coffee grind machine, didn't like the instant coffee mix machine. Secondly, if your room is facing the main road, it can awfully get noisy.

另：潤基民宿的家庭餐也很不錯，可選套餐也可單點菜。
我們一大家定了6間房，在潤基民宿住了2晚，非常滿意。

Stayed in a room in the main building. The hotel is in a good location, close to South Railway Station and not far from Shaoshan. The hotel facilities are good and the layout is very charming. The waiters were all friendly and the service was attentive. What impressed me most was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of Manager Li Xiu.
The food in the restaurant is delicious and the prices are relatively affordable, especially the restaurant on the second floor. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, which can satisfy those who like swimming and stay near Shaoshan. There is a gift shop downstairs for convenient shopping.
The disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a washing machine, which is still a traditional hotel practice. There are also no laundry bags for dirty clothes, but rudimentary plastic bags are provided.

Stayed here for two days, it is worth visiting in depth, very close to the core attractions such as Grandpa Mao's former residence, bronze statue square, life exhibition, etc. It is within walking distance, there are environmental protection station points nearby, and it is convenient to go to other attractions. The boss is also a Mao family. I heard a lot of fun things. The proprietress is a clean person. The sanitation is very good. There is a disposable mattress. I have lived in the most worry-free time in the homestay. I will come again next time!

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed from the sound quality and awesome video features in the room, to the friendly staff and awesome location overtop a huge awesome underground mall. I can't stress enough how amazing this place truly is 10 out of 10. I got off the train in Xiangtan not knowing what to expect and because of this amazing hotel I am so happy I did.

I am very satisfied with this stay, I really recommend it!
The facilities in the room are very new, air conditioning, hot water, network are easy to use, comfortable and convenient to live. The hotel environment is quiet and tidy, the lighting is good, and the stay is very comfortable. The service attitude is particularly good, the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and the problems are solved in time. The sanitation is very clean, the bedding and bathroom are refreshing, and you can live with peace of mind. Downstairs is the pedestrian street, and travel is very convenient! The overall experience is superb, I will choose this one next time!

Tih KoonStayed for one night. Was not my first choice, but had to stay here because foreigners allowed at this hotel. Many other hotels in Xiangxiang do not allow foreigners to check-in.
Check-in process was smooth, and staff courteous and professional. Standard room with the standard amenities. Located right in the city center.
Could not comment on other aspects because did not experience/use.
