"A well managed and friendly hotel with efficient service. Nicely designed and decorated rooms. Stay here regularly to visit a nearby supplier. Only small criticism would be perhaps there needs to be one overseas TV station ( perhaps pearl from HK) to get news in English but this is a very minor request from a foreigner."

But these four days, especially these two days, I felt that the front desk service was not good enough. I had to send clothes for washing in the evening.
