"Our absolute favorite hotel in Egypt for our 10-day trip!! I was so surprised for our whole trip from the entrance to the lobby to the room because it's sostunning yet super affordable!!! Amazing amazing view, room is similar to what's shown in the photos. Customer service is standard, nothing more yet nothing less than what I expect from a 4-star hotel. If I really have to choose something I don't like, probably just the bathroom layout but even that is not a big deal. Honestly a highlight during our trip and what made Luxor specifically so lovely to us 💕💕"

"This was my first favorite accommodation during my trip to Egypt. The owner and all the staff were incredibly friendly, and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit. If you ask the owner, they'll arrange a balloon tour, Luxor, or Xian for a reasonable fee. Even if you're late for photo shoots, they'll wait for you until late and safely escort you back to the hotel. I can't say enough about this hotel's excellence. I highly recommend it. I hope it prospers! ^^"

"Our stay at Sonesta St. George Hotel Luxor felt like a little escape into luxury. From the moment we arrived, everything just felt right—the elegant atmosphere, the warm welcome, and the stunning surroundings. The room was spotless and comfortable, a perfect place to unwind after exploring Luxor. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make our stay special. We also had dinner at the restaurant for the BBQ, and it was absolutely delicious."

"The Steigenberger Nile Palace Luxor Hotel & Spa, while showing its age, still hints at its past grandeur. The rooms are incredibly spacious and very comfortable, with good amenities – even the TV is a Japanese LG brand. The laundry service is reasonably priced, which is a big plus for long-term travelers. Breakfast offers a decent variety, enough to meet daily needs. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance of Luxor Temple, making it easy for sightseeing and getting around. Overall, it offers good value for money."

"There are a few things of the Nefertiti Hotel: 1. Excellent location (Luxor temple and museum is within working distance; a shopping street located just behind the hotel, with reasonable (bargained) price; supermarket round the corner with super delicious mango in summer); 2. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of fruit; 3. creative room service (with lovely shaped towels which surprised us every day)."

"I originally wanted to book the Hermitage Hotel, but it was full, so the travel agency recommended this one instead. The food, as always, was terrible. I barely noticed any Hilton-level service or amenities. We booked a family room, and it turned out to be two rooms with a connecting door that we had to open ourselves, and we were even given two separate key cards. And of course, it was a corner room again. Do Chinese tourists in Egypt always have to be assigned rooms like this? If you can avoid this place, do. I was too exhausted from staying here to even bother taking pictures."

"Highly recommend this hidden gem hotel in Luxor! The overall environment is clean and elegant with a super comfortable atmosphere. There are neatly arranged lounge chairs by the outdoor swimming pool, and lying on them to sunbathe in the afternoon is the perfect cure for travel fatigue. The breakfast has a mind - boggling variety of options, with hot dishes, cold cuts, desserts and freshly squeezed juices all available, kick - starting your day full of vitality. Several in - house restaurants are also outstanding, allowing you to enjoy authentic delicacies without leaving the hotel. The room details are well - thought - out. The provided safe allows you to store your personal valuables with peace of mind. The biggest surprise is the bedding—the mattress and pillows are so soft that you won’t want to get up once you lie down. A special shout - out to Yasmin at the front desk! When I arrived at the hotel, it wasn’t yet the check - in time, but she kindly helped me check in early, enabling me to drop my luggage and rest sooner. It was such a thoughtful gesture. It offers great value for money for a one - night stay. You definitely won’t regret choosing to stay here in Luxor. Truly recommended to everyone!"

"The only downside to this hotel was that my room had a side view of the Nile, otherwise everything else was great, including a lovely little balcony. The location is excellent – not only do you get a view of the Nile, but it's also close to the pool, dining options, and hot air balloon bookings. Magic Horizon is just across the street, and King Tut's is upstairs in a nearby alley. There are two Chinese restaurants within walking distance, and Luxor Temple is also walkable if you're up for it. The breakfast was very good. Although the elevator is small, it's pretty normal, not one of those run-down versions. The shower and bed were both good."
