"This was my second week. I had more problems this week and I wasn't met with helpful or responsible attitudes. There is specifically one guy (blind hair) on reception whose attitude was so defensive and passive-aggressive that I don't feel he fits working in hospitality. Sadly I was constantly blocked from accessing the manager who had previously been helpful. It was very noisy because the walls are thin, the housekeeping are noisy and the doors are slamming. Maybe over a few days you don't notice this but two weeks was too much."

"Very nice room. Clean and the location is superb. It’s near to everywhere. Walking distance. Easy to come Take metro to liberty square, just walk 10 15 mins. Or just bolt to the hotel. Opposite the hotel a small cafe selling sandwiches and red wine. The owner is kind and friendly. But he only speak local or Russian. The receptionists at the hotel are nice too. Do not take any unlicensed driver, it’s so expensive. Take bus or metro from the airport"

"The hotel is well-located, within easy reach of the main sights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room had a balcony with a lovely view, and the bathroom was nice and warm. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee were restocked daily. The only minor downside was that the furniture was a bit dated. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay—I wish I could have stayed longer!"

"This hotel might seem unassuming at first glance, but it's genuinely a great choice if you're traveling alone for business or leisure. First off, it's very quiet at night, which is perfect for sleeping. The hotel also has a fantastic terrace where you can even order food late at night. It's also really close to the city center of Tbilisi. The only downsides are that communication in English can be difficult, so you'll need to have a translation app ready. Also, toiletries are only provided for the first day; if you need more, you'll have to ask at the front desk daily."

"The hotel was on a quiet street, but just around the corner from shops and restaurants. Room was a huge size with a kitchen (full fridge, stove top, table chairs and sofa). Bed was comfortable. There was no lift/elevator but there was help from staff getting things up and down. Issues was the shower, that despite being enclosed, there was a huge puddle outside it everytime, no matter how much I tried to stop it. But the towels were changed everyday. I would like to have had time with no staff coming to clean, as I was told to go out for a bit while they cleaned. Breakfast was tailored to people, so you had to give a time to go down. On holidays you wake at odd times so I woke up hours before I said I was gping down but became too hungry to wait, not knowing what to expect. After that I didn't bother with breakfast and sorted my own food. I would say, overall, very good value for money."

"Brilliant location. Had an early flight at 6am and this hotel is literally across the road from the airport so we walked to departures early morning. We stayed elsewhere, except for final night of holiday we booked this Ibis. The dogs and cows were noisier than the planes but slept well. Pricey drinks at bar, didn't have any food. Got a Bolt to Tbilisi old town for a meal and it cost £9. Good price for the distance. Hotel clean and room big enough for 3 adults."

"The room was renovated, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It even had a terrace, making it a very lovely room. Mineral water and amenities were also provided. However, there's no elevator, so I had to carry my own luggage. I couldn't manage my suitcase, which meant I had to take my bags to and from the front desk floor every time. The front desk staff varied, some diligent and some not, so I couldn't get help with my luggage. Luggage storage after check-out is free, which is a nice touch. The last front desk woman I met even came down the stairs to see me off. While other staff members were absent or sleeping at that hour, she was well-groomed and working early in the morning. If her salary is the same as the other staff, that's surprising. Well, the price was reasonable, so if you think of it as an unmanned hotel, it's not a problem."

"The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and the hotel location was good. Very close to a metro station or walking distance to some of the main touristic attractions. The breakfast was a homemade buffet style and everything tasted nice and fresh. Coming from a warm place I struggled with the cold temperature the first night so I requested an extra blanket during the second day on my stay and they promptly gave it to me. Surprisingly enough, when I came back to the room on the third day, I noticed that the staff not only left the bed prepared with the extra duvet from the previous night, but also brought a heater to make the room warmer for the rest of my stay. I was really touched with the gesture."

ДДенисова МаргаритаWe stayed at the hotel for 5 days. For us, choosing this particular hotel was crucial – it's one of the few in Tbilisi with its own free parking. This is extremely important for tourists in this city, as parking is paid almost everywhere, free spots are very scarce, and it's unclear how to pay without a foreign card. What a relief it was to find this hotel; there was always a parking spot right by the entrance! This is just the first perk of the hotel, and there are many more. The hotel itself is very charming, beautiful, and modern. The reception staff are very pleasant, and many of them speak Russian. We were accommodated in a room on the 5th floor. The room had everything we needed: a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cups, a refrigerator, slippers, towels, dental kits, shower gel/shampoo, a hairdryer, water, an Android TV, and air conditioning that also provided heating. The room even has a small balcony. Housekeeping was daily, towels were changed, water bottles were replenished, and vacuuming was done. The only downsides to the room I can mention are that, being on an upper floor, it was quite cool. The air conditioning heated well, but it was noisy, and the bathroom remained cold. Also, our shower tray leaked, and there was no door for the shower cabin, which meant the entire bathroom was wet after showering. Breakfasts were included in our stay (they are served on the ground floor from 8 to 11 AM). The breakfasts pleasantly surprised us; we didn't expect such hearty and delicious breakfasts with a good selection for the room price. There's even a coffee machine (though it would be fantastic if it could be set to make cappuccino and latte with regular milk instead of powdered milk). The hotel's location is generally convenient – there are Spar and Carrefour supermarkets nearby, it's a 10-minute walk to the metro, and 30 minutes on foot to the city center. To sum it all up, we want to extend a big thank you to the hotel for the warm welcome and excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Tbilisi! If we're in Tbilisi again, we will definitely stay here.

KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish

GGuest UserOur recent stay (10-17 January 2026) at Tbilisi Philharmonic by Mercure Hotel was excellent in every aspect. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, with exceptional service provided by Natia, the hotel receptionist. After flying more than 14 hours from Singapore to Tbilisi, she kindly allowed us to check in slightly earlier, which was greatly appreciated. She also recommended a local restaurant serving delicious Georgian cuisine, which turned out to be an excellent suggestion. Another friendly hotel receptionist we would like to commemorate was Daviti, he was not only friendly but also understanding and gave good tourist suggestions. The location is superb, with many supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and it is conveniently close to Chachava Clinic. When arranging transport to the airport via Bolt, the hotel staff were very helpful in entering the side-door pickup location for us. The road in front of hotel is a busy road with bus lane hence entering into the Bolt cars will not be ideal. The room was very clean, cozy, and spacious. A particularly thoughtful feature was the hot and cold water filter machine located near the lift area, making it extremely convenient to refill water without the need to purchase bottled water from the supermarket. Overall, this was a very comfortable and well-managed stay under the Mercure brand, and we would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

MMariaIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi. 1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name 2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****. 3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive). 4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

GGuest UserThis is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for three nights in two different rooms. Here are the pros and cons that I would like to point out. Pros: - convenient location. The hotel is close to the center, 20 minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue across the Dry Bridge and parks. Nearby is a pedestrian street with restaurants and Spar. - the rooms are quiet, especially on the second floor. But there is a But: inside the hotel itself, there is a lot of audibility. And if the sounds of the street do not bother you in any way, then what is happening in the lobby can be heard as if you yourself are in this lobby. But the hotel is small, so no one will make much noise for sure :) - the hotel and rooms are quite cozy. Lots of lighting, large windows, a beautiful view of the city (room 1) or the rooftops (room 5). Tea / coffee, which you can treat yourself to. Cons: - the biggest minus is the lack of an administrator. She is there, but only strictly during working hours. In the morning and in the evening, you will not be able to resolve issues, ask or find out anything. And it seems that this was a problem not only for us, judging by how many people during our stay tried to contact the administrator by desperately ringing the bell on the table. One night, closer to the morning, people came into the hotel and started talking loudly, making noise, ringing the bell and trying to contact the administrator. They did not succeed, but no one was sleeping. - uncomfortable pillows. But perhaps they seemed uncomfortable only to us. - creaky doors. We were very worried that opening and closing the toilet door on the second floor we would wake up the entire hotel. The doors can be oiled and the problem is solved :) - and not a minus, but rather an observation: in double rooms there is a large table, two cups and a teapot on the table. That is, it is implied that you can drink tea at it, two people. But for some reason there is only one chair everywhere! Definitely need another chair :) Overall, the hotel is cozy. I think that this is a good option for a few nights to stay in Tbilisi :)
