"Honestly I didn’t expect to like this hotel this much. From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and just made everything easy, no stress at all. The room was really clean, like spotless, and the bed was sooo comfortable I almost missed my morning plans 😅. Breakfast had a lot of options, fresh and tasty, not the usual boring stuff. Also the location is perfect, everything is close by. Would 100% stay again."

"The location is excellent and it’s also convenient but I wasn’t satisfied.
Pro: I found collaboration at the reception.
Cons: I saw other images different than the reality when I booked the hotel. There was a lot of dust (the telephone in the photo was already cleaned) so due to my allergy - but also for a medium standard of cleanings - , I had to clean when I entered in the room with some specific products fortunately I had with me. In addition to this, there were a lot of rusty taps and they should be changed/ clean with a specific cleaning product. The carpet was dirty as well as the bed decorations as in the photo. In this case, I suggest to remove ruined things to make the room cleaner. The last thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact that at the reception I had some language barrier problems speaking in English. Some people known English well, but not everybody and this is a sort of problem if you have to give info at the reception. I’m not happy to give this review but I hope this will be inspiring to have a better cleaning’s standard and happier guests."

For Chinese travelers, food is also easy to find, with a Chinese restaurant right at the entrance (though a bit pricey, e.g., rice is usually 4 GEL a bowl elsewhere, but 10.9 GEL there). There are many other Chinese restaurants on Rustaveli Avenue, like Xin Ya and Ding Sheng, which are quite good. The hotel rooms are about 13 square meters, relatively small, perfect if you're out exploring during the day and just need a place to sleep at night. The main draw is the low price, starting with a '2'! Breakfast is decent, and overall, it's a great place."

"We stayed at this hotel in the summer and were generally pleased. It was obvious that the renovation was done a few years ago, and although the hotel is a little worn out in places, the overall impression is still positive, especially compared to other hotels in Georgia. The room was clean, comfortable, the location is excellent, and the price is quite justified, considering the local market and the level of service.
If we come to Tbilisi again, we will most likely choose this hotel again.
A few comments: the air conditioner in our room clearly needs maintenance - there was mold inside, which is especially unpleasant in the summer heat, when you have to use it regularly. We ask the administration to pay attention to this and monitor the cleanliness of the air conditioners.
And another thing: the young security guard at the entrance sometimes allows himself to be rude. If you ignore this, it does not interfere with your rest, but it is still worth noting.
Otherwise, everything is fine. The price matches the quality, and from the point of view of economic feasibility, this hotel is a good choice"

"Hotel itself was fine along with the breakfast. The spa was amazing, but I had 2 big problems with the hotel which is service and cleaning:
1. Cleaning: Rooms were not cleaned 3/12 days of the trip where we had to request multiple times those days to clean and sometimes it wasn't even cleaned properly as the room had multiple dead bugs on the floor, especially under the nightstands.
2. Service: The day I checked out my gold bracelet went missing after the cleaning that morning (my friend stayed an extra day). I dug through trash outside after a long battle for them to take me there. We searched the whole room, I spoke to cleaning and more. As I left (15) I spoke to front desk. On 16&17th I emailed. On 18&19th I called. On the 19th I was finally helped and told that he will finally ask around and email me back. It took 5 attempts for them to start bothering and it has ruined the experience for me.
If you go really take care of your belongings, but the location is great and so is the pool."

"This Ibis hotel was excellent, as were many of the other Ibis hotels I've stayed in. I chose a standard room with a double bed, and I was given room 314. The view from the window was of the back yard, which wasn't particularly beautiful, but it was free from tourist crowds and noise. The breakfasts were standard European, with a wide selection of food, fresh juices, tea, and coffee. They were delicious. The room itself had minor imperfections, such as scratches on the walls, but I didn't consider them a significant issue. Room service was available daily. Thank you to the service team for the pleasant surprise."

ДДенисова МаргаритаWe stayed at the hotel for 5 days. For us, choosing this particular hotel was crucial – it's one of the few in Tbilisi with its own free parking. This is extremely important for tourists in this city, as parking is paid almost everywhere, free spots are very scarce, and it's unclear how to pay without a foreign card. What a relief it was to find this hotel; there was always a parking spot right by the entrance! This is just the first perk of the hotel, and there are many more.
The hotel itself is very charming, beautiful, and modern. The reception staff are very pleasant, and many of them speak Russian. We were accommodated in a room on the 5th floor. The room had everything we needed: a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cups, a refrigerator, slippers, towels, dental kits, shower gel/shampoo, a hairdryer, water, an Android TV, and air conditioning that also provided heating. The room even has a small balcony.
Housekeeping was daily, towels were changed, water bottles were replenished, and vacuuming was done. The only downsides to the room I can mention are that, being on an upper floor, it was quite cool. The air conditioning heated well, but it was noisy, and the bathroom remained cold. Also, our shower tray leaked, and there was no door for the shower cabin, which meant the entire bathroom was wet after showering.
Breakfasts were included in our stay (they are served on the ground floor from 8 to 11 AM). The breakfasts pleasantly surprised us; we didn't expect such hearty and delicious breakfasts with a good selection for the room price. There's even a coffee machine (though it would be fantastic if it could be set to make cappuccino and latte with regular milk instead of powdered milk).
The hotel's location is generally convenient – there are Spar and Carrefour supermarkets nearby, it's a 10-minute walk to the metro, and 30 minutes on foot to the city center.
To sum it all up, we want to extend a big thank you to the hotel for the warm welcome and excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Tbilisi! If we're in Tbilisi again, we will definitely stay here.

KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish

MMOHAMMED ALJAAFARIWe had a wonderful stay at Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Tbilisi Concert Hall and within easy reach of the city center, restaurants, and attractions. It’s both convenient and quiet.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean, with comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities. Everything felt well-maintained and stylish, reflecting the Mercure brand quality.
The staff truly stood out: friendly, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Breakfast was varied and fresh, offering both local and international options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays.
I would definitely recommend Mercure Tbilisi Philharmonic and would happily stay here again.

GGuest UserThis is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.

MMariaIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

HHuangjinjibieguibinTbilisi transit Armenia, the airport goes out to the right of the bus 337 (there are cars before 6 pm to 11 pm) to brush the domestic credit card, look at Google Maps, three minutes away from the bus stop, there is a place to take a bath, bring your own slippers, toothbrush towels, it is a night, the requirements are not high.
