"Nice hotel, clean room with plenty of space. The breakfast had lots of options and was of decent quality, it would’ve been nice to have a smart TV so we could cast from our phones but it wasn’t a big deal. It’s slightly out of the city and the bus was unfortunately full a few times and past us so we had to get a taxi or walk to the city around 25 mins. I would come back"

"Checked in to the hotel on 1st day of 2020, staffs were nice and friendly, however there are still some pros and cons for this hotel. The hotel was quite far from the city Centre it takes approximately 20 Minutes of walk, for those who doesnt want to walk may take a bus which will take u around 5 minutes for 2 euros. However, amenities are good it does provides what a hotel is supposed to give, room was big and comfy the bed and pillow makes me don’t wanna get off the bed. Staffs were very helpful I asked the receptionist to print some document for me and he printed it out for me in Juz a few seconds. Overall it’s a good hotel for couples or people who have car or doesn’t mind walking to the city Centre for 20 minutes, which I am"

"Strategically located in the Galway city, many tour buses stop right in front and Kinlay has their own Galway Tour too. Clean private room and bathroom, thankfully there was a standing fan in the room to beat the sunny summer heat (unusual for Galway). Complimentary breakfast was awesome, delicious homemade Irish Soda bread, yummy scones that I missed on our last day there. Free flow of water, apples, tea, coffee and hot chocolate making that you could make yourself anytime. Would come back again, highly recommended."

"Very good hostel experience overall. The place has everything a traveler might need: parking available, a very good continental breakfast, and common areas that are comfortable and well maintained. The location is excelent near the beach and a bus stop is in front of the hostel. You can arrive there a few minutes from the city center. The staff were friendly and professional. I had a small issue when another guest mistakenly took my assigned bed in the dorm, but the receptionist handled the situation quickly and changed the sheets so I could use my bed without any problem. The hostel was also very busy during St. Patrick’s weekend, yet the staff still managed things well. I appreciated their help and organization. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good option when visiting Galway."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated at one end of the main street with the riverfront right on the other side. This hostel exceeded expectations, for me. The rooms had comfy beds, large lockers and air-con. The free breakfast was delicious and home made and they even do family dinner each night which is great value and a fun way to meet people. The bathrooms were basic but functional and clean and I didn't have to wait for a shower. The pub downstairs was lively and good value. I would suggest bringing ear plugs though as the live music goes on quite late some nights so if you want to sleep you'll need them.

The room and bed were both very spacious, and there was plenty of parking. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. The location is great, right on the edge of the city, which made it easy to find and convenient for getting onto the main road shortly after leaving.

We were given a beautiful room  over looking the Circle of Life garden and the sea further on. See photo. Noise from jacuzzi below was bothersome in the morning and I had requested a quiet room, which it was apart from the engines bubbling below. Service in restaurant was incredibly slow for breakfast. Breakfast offering was good; not much pastry wise, but lots of fruits, gorgeous cheese, avocados even, good quality Oj. But the Coffee was sludge and undrinkable. Though the View over Galway bay is beyond compare. Room was comfortable though dated but very clean except at one point in the shower I looked down to see a chunk of long black hair stuck to my foot… 2000% not mine. That was pretty gross. It must have been sitting in the drain as I’d have noticed before getting in. Cockroaches in the shower are a more welcome site than that.  Bathroom is modern and shower had good power. Bed was soft but comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Pool is small, sauna is great. Pool not too clean/ Two discarded plasters on the side.  Location is unbeatable.

The hotel is very cozy, with excellent service and good facilities. Breakfast is 15 euros per person, not very extensive, but still acceptable. There is a bar in the lobby. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Galway next time.

It was a bit tricky to find but the staff were very helpful. They suggested free parking for the night and even provided a map to get there. They lent us an adaptor as Swiss plugs could not go into Irish sockets. Very pleasant stay and the room was fine, all necessary amenities available as well as aircon.

The hotel has three floors and no elevator, but it is very warm. The hotel owner is a twin brother, tall and tall, but very elegant. The hotel should include breakfast, but the description is to charge, so that everyone did not go to breakfast, I hope to inform you clearly in the future.

This is my terrible experience during my Ireland trip. No aircondition, double lock out of order, iron doesnt work When we reported those issues to reception, no fixing, no room change arranged. 10mins later, they sent me an iron 😔 As viewed, the hotel lobby is nice & good beakfast. Hope they have improvement in future. 🙏

We booked a whole sconto, everything worked without problems. Super nice service, free towels, as well as free tea/cafe and fruit. Room was clean, good size and everything was very uncomplicated. Super were the sticks on each bed with additional USB and USB connection, so you don't need a adapter. We also had breakfast incl. , rather smaller buffet, but perfectly enough and delicious for the price. The mattresses are our only defects, which were very hard.
