"A very good hotel with European-level service. The staff is polite and always tries to help. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a room upgrade with a sea view for my birthday. The breakfasts are delicious and offer a great variety. It's convenient to have a swimming pool. There's also a small pool on the rooftop, but we didn't use it as it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Even though I mentioned it to the manager at the reception, they only removed the floating debris, but the tiles remained just as dirty. We recommend installing a smart box to allow streaming from a phone to the plasma TV in the room. It's also conveniently located for getting to the train station, with a 2-hour train ride to Casablanca. There are many restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance."

"Very good hotel has excellent location, customer service reception staff at check in was very helpful and polite. The location is excellent the breakfast was very good fresh offered many choices and the staff from the restaurant manager to waiters were excellent. They welcomed every day with a nice smile and remembered your choice of tea coffee. Manager Abdel Moughit and all staff, Karim, Youssra and Azize were excellent. Thank you guys for making this stay very good."

"The scale and interiors of the hotel are impressive, the renovation and furniture are fresh. Huge halls, 2 restaurants and 2 bars, access to the casino, a large swimming pool, good breakfasts. But there are serious downsides: cleaning in the hotel is at a weak level, to the point that every day we had to ask for towels (they forgot to put them) and toilet paper. We (a non-smoking family with a child) were placed in a smoking wing, and also in a connected room with perfect audibility of neighbors. From the hotel there is access to the public beach, but it leaves much to be desired: many stones in the water and on the shore, a lot of garbage and local vacationers, we advise you to take coral slippers."

"Sorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad"

"The staff is incredibly friendly and made my stay as easy as possible. The rooms with mountain views can be a bit noisy as the road passes right below. The rooms with sea views are much quieter. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. I would definitely return."

"We had a wonderful stay! Our room had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were friendly and courteous. The location was near the medina and walking distance to restaurants, the medina and kasbah. Beautiful terrace for a drink as well as a piano bar. They also let me see the room that Matisse used to stay in."
