"For Morocco, this hotel is actually pretty good. It's not far from the beach and conveniently located near the train station, and not too far from the airport either. The room had everything from a kettle to slippers, which was much better equipped than the hotel I stayed at in Barcelona. Perhaps it's a global chain."

"The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the Medina, the beach, and the souk area. It was a perfectly decent stay. The bed was comfortable, though a bit on the small side. The local breakfast was very complete, including natural orange juice, half a Moroccan bread, a small cheese, Moroccan tea or coffee, butter, Moroccan crepes, jam, and a pastry. They asked if we wanted our room cleaned, and we told them it wasn't necessary. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for two extra coffees, which we didn't order, and they removed them without issue. However, for the tourist tax, which was listed as €9 on Tripadvisor, they charged us €12. I didn't think this was right and showed them the Tripadvisor info, but we didn't argue and just paid it."

"I'm delighted with the hotel's service and reception; everyone was very kind and welcoming. The room's cleanliness and attention to detail were perfect. One thing that really stood out was the pool attendant – a very friendly young man who took great care of us. He always asked if we needed anything, happily changed our towels whenever we wanted, and always adjusted our chairs with pleasure. I'm thrilled with everything, thank you very much! I'm giving the hotel and its staff 5 stars."

"Great Hotel, had a one day layover there. Great location near beach AND old town. Restaurants and Carrefour nearby. "The hotel could be hardly central in the Medina of Tanger. It is built in traditional Riad style with typical indoors with Springs and very nicely furnished. The operators are very premature, friendly and helpful if there are questions or something is not suitable. Breakfast is recommended in any case. The situation in the middle of the Medina must be liked: it is very lively there, you have to do everything short and is in the middle of what is hardly known for rest. If you want to make a reservation, you will need to ask for this. But all in all we would go back to the Palace without hesitate."
