With Tanger Ville Railway Station just 1km away and Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport only 14km away, transportation is very convenient. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Salon Corps de Rêves, Reality Room and Vip Sun Spa all nearby. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Tangier hotel features parking on site. According to our guests, the location of this hotel is one of the best around. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"The hotel is beautiful, clean, the location is excellent, and breakfast is good. However, all of this is overshadowed by the subpar service. Check-in was incredibly slow; our room wasn't ready by 3 PM, so we went out. We returned at 9 PM and still had to wait about 40 minutes to check in, which was far from pleasant, especially since we were tired. There were 10 people at the reception desk, milling about, chatting amongst themselves, and pretending to be busy, resulting in a queue for check-in that moved at a snail's pace.
Ultimately, they upgraded our room as an apology, but the negative impression lingered. If these issues don't bother you, I still recommend the hotel."

It's a magnificent hotel. The service is exceptional; they are always willing to help you with anything you need. They even printed my tickets, called a taxi to the airport, and offered to store my luggage until the taxi arrived.

The location of the Ibis hotel was really convenient, and the room was comfortable enough for a few days’ stay. The amenities were quite basic though — just shampoo and a towel — but overall it worked fine for a short trip.

The room definitely needs some renovations. The parquet flooring at the entrance is damp and crumbling, the shower head is leaking, and the extra breakfast was a bit disappointing when we didn't get scrambled eggs, and many other items were already out of stock. The pool is open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., so we missed it. Overall, it's a decent option for the price. There are a lot of beggars along the way from the train station, though, so beware.
